New diagnosis

hi I have been diagnosed today with spinal osteoarthritis, I also have spinal stenosis, diabetes type 2, depression and anxiety.
I have had back pain since a trampoline accident at 13. How do you guys live with this, I am struggling. I am on 1200mg of gabapentin but am still in pain.
