Meds not working

Hi im tony 52. I have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. Extensive pain in all joints ( worse in hips knees ankles feet wrists and elbows)

My medication just doesn't work.

II've Had this for 2 years. And it keeps getting worse with reduced mobility.

I am on 1000mg naproxen. 120mg duluxetine. Ameprazol. And 8 x cocodamol a day.

Still In lots of pain.

My joints crack all the time with severe pain.

I feel I'm getting no help off the doctors . Just getting pills thrown at me. I keep telling them if I t carries on like this I will soon need a wheelchair.

DoDoes anyone have the same problems?
