In the 24 hours following my MTX dose I experience significant anxiety symptoms. Every month I’m surprised by this. My RA clinic nurse wasn’t aware of it- has anyone else experienced this?
Any thoughts on what supplements help or should be avoided? I am prescribed Gabapentin so don't want to interfere with its efficacy. Have previously used nagnesium, still taking multi vitamin daily. Heard good reports about turmeric and vitamin D but wish to proceed with caution.
Any advice on the best time to take Gabapentin. I start today with one tablet, two tomorrow and three the day after. From then on I take three a day. I have been taking Zapain with little relief other than a good night's sleep!
