My Dad is 79 and in constant pain with arthritis in his hands and is awake a lot of the night. Tiger Balm?
I’m seeings lots of ads for this during the Olympics. I can’t use any NSAIDS not even things like Voltarol. I can use Deep Heat carefully, and do use Biofreeze. I wonder does Tiger Balm work also? I used to have some years ago but that was for insect bites.

Working with osteoarthritis in hands
Hello!! I'm new to this but glad to have found this community as I don't really know what to do. I have a desk job in the NHS and can end up spending a whole day typing so bought some compression gloves, but I don't know if they make things works or better. I've attached a photo of the gloves .. any advice? Thanks.
