    Hi All,
    I had a good night for a change.Only woke up a couple of times and went straight back off.
    It doesnt seem to have snowed here in Ruislip but freezing cold and packed ice.Got the fire on as well as the heating.
    Extra large mug of tea for me please as lots of tabs to take!

    Mornin All,

    Whats on line shopping :wink: They wont deliver anything in these lanes! Went in to gt some bread yesterday...... the termites had clearly been in before me :roll: They had obviously had a busy days and row after row of empty shelves, hell twas worse than Christmas eve! :lol::lol::lol::lol:

    Got 9 trays of eggs if anyone wants some and talking of which Beryboy have you got any eggy bread left p....l....e....a....s....e......With some marti sauce I think :wink:

    Have been out ad about for a bit today, did the sheepsis early and they forecast blizzards but thankfully we are so far just getting flurries...... the sky is darkening though so I shall grab a builders, nick Jan's blankie and go sit by the fire for a while.

    Actually yes,cos dishwasher broke before Xmas.No sure if its postable though?

    Hi there everyone. are you all well. Hope so.
    I need an Irish Coffee or something to settle my nerves.
    Have just sat and given instructions to OH on how to put my new curtains up.
    Since he painted the walls to the lounge cream sometime last year (or was it the year before) I acquired some cream curtains same col as walls and the same pattern as the carpet. How can someone get so stressed putting curtains up.
    I was a bit sad to see my old curtains go. Cream and pale blue voile, about 12 years old. Worn well but design on the cream has faded now. Did love them though.
    The two small windows have never looked right with proper curtains, so think I shall go and get some Roman blinds made. It takes so long to describe to my OH what will look good there.
    I do wish he would change this stone fireplace - hate it. he will not budge though. Can I cast a spell.

    I'm really sorry that I made all the snow stop up there. We've had very little here. We reached +2 degrees here today. Couldn't believe it. We cancelled out weekend away too. Just aswell mind you considering how I felt.

    wish you'd got rid of our snow as well.... had another 2" of the stuff this afternoon/evening.......... Could you just make it warmer up to not freeze the troughs for me and Gill (Mistywillow) please, don't know about Gill but I'd pay :lol::lol::lol:
