Hey we had rain last night It was snow when I went to bed doing a very good Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh impersonation ( sorry that was a bad day :oops: ) and sometime between then and getting up it turned to rain Got about as much grass as slush snow now and best of all I haven't had to attack the water troughs, the ice hole wasn't frozen AND some of its actually melting Sorry what is it they say about simple things and minds.............

I should like a builders and some of Annie's omelet with mushrooms and onion (glad its not just me that puts them in )

I am feeling absolutely bushed at the moment, just so tired. I think my MTX and meds are beginning to work.

I wanted to see my youngest grandson tomorrow, he'll be 3. Have to ring my daughter,it's her birthday too, but she lives in London, so will not see her. She'll be 41.
Then next Saturday it will be my DiL (my son's wife) 30 birthday.
Then, my son will be 40 on the 13th November. and OH willbe 70 in Sept. got some big birthdays this year. Can I order some birthday cakes please, anyone?

Back to fire hogging with the heat vampires It might be warmer but there is a lot of ice....... Still compared to 10 miles up the road we got off lightly

been a long day today and I'm tired, so not be on here for long.

Mind you , if cheesecake is on the menu then I may be persuaded to stay I'm not choosy what flavour it is


The rain has cleared a lot of the snow, but the compacted ice round here is making the pavements really slippy still.

Hope you are all keeping ok ...... and that the snow is starting to melt everywhere ...... it is so good to be able to get out and about a bit more, although I had to take the bus and walk as well today as shoulders are still too sore to drive :x :x :x

One large dose of energy and coffee coming up. Still freezing here, like Wonky said the pavements really are glass here :shock: Hope you keeping warm love.
