    HI All,

what a strange day ..... cold & windy and not like May at all

Trisher I am so sorry that you are on AB's again .... but hopefully they will soon kick in and show the infection the door. Have topped up the supplies of energy for you ....... that new lever on your chair is a new energy dispenser so you should be ok for a while

Cris - hope you got your sale ok and that the crohns is getting what it deserves courtesy of your new pills

Annie - do take care not to overdo it ..... we can't have you too ill to move can we?

Ange - I am sure that there is a rule that for every bit of cleaning you do you have to sit and have a cuppa and read a chapter of a good book  at least that is what I try to do only sometimes it turns out to be 4 or 5 chapters :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Hugs to Bubbles, Mummyb, Joan, Julie, Jan,
and anyone else that I've missed - hugs to you too

right ..... might just be time for pain meds soon :D:D:D or maybe not ..... another 10 mins at least

    time for a cuppa :D:D

Then can you come back in the night? I have more to have? Then in the morning we have another ton of pills.

I'm a lot of work, could you do it?? :D

I know what you mean about pills, it is like a space meal, umpteen times a day. If you go out, then you have to make sure you have this, that, the other, some of them, one of those, just in case, sprays etc.

    Wonky

Thanks for loading my wheelchair up. See I have the best of both worlds. When the weather is warmer and I feel ok I go out for a while. I never get tired legs, I have all my gadgets on my chair, including my brolly which Val still cringes when we mention it.

    What more could I want??

I hope Val has had a drink or two for us while she is out there.

I trained in nottingham, worked there for 11 years in NHS, then moved to Yorkshire and worked in Bradford Hospitals, then in private nursing, then back into NHS in Leeds, then where did I go :?: , back to Bradford, then they retired me after a few years, as I was about to keel over.

I did, but they say that due to all the lifting and such that we did in those days, that it will not have helped with my current OA and now RA. Health and safety, there was none, lol. But the care was damned good and I kept my wards spotless. Suppose it is not fair, annoying yes, sometimes I really miss it and would love to go back to running a ward for a day, but I couldnt, no matter how much I wanted to.
