    HI All,

glad to see Val got back safe before the cloud hit again

sorry not seen what's been going on - did too much in garden yesterday (sweet peas look a lot happier now in proper soil :D ) and today woke up with stinking cold :x :x :x :x

a huge bucket of energy please, along with a bath full of honey and lemon for my sore throat, and I may get on again a bit later.

hugs to you all but I won't stay cos I can't stand the thought of sharing it with you all ....... bad enough that hubby will prob get it and he's on holiday from work this week

    hugs

Hi Val, Barbara, Wonky, Julie..........sorry if someone else has sneaked in.....

Val, welcome home.........glad you had a lovely holiday, you seem to have brought the sun back with you, although he's taking his time round these parts.

Barbara, glad you had a lovely birthday...........what did you choose for the garden? I'm just curious!

Wonky, so sorry about the cold, you seem to have one thing on top of another just lately and it all gets so very wearing! I agree with Barbara, a brandy should do the trick (either that or after a couple you won't care about the cold).

I've popped in for another builders but don't want anything sweet tonight for some reason..............a sausage roll would go down nicely.

Just been reading back and I owe Trisher & Bubbles an apology

sorry I said I'd tell you about the concert and well I slept all day instead

I did get there .... managed the car journey as they kindly let me sit in the front of the car, and also I took my resting splints & cushion. THe chairs at the church were rather hard & a bit low for me, but a few cushions (never travel without them now  ) helped and we did enjoy the evening.

Got back about 11.30 to find littlelegs was keeping her eyes open with the canine equivalent of matchsticks as she wouldn't go to sleep without me being there :lol: poor ousl, she tottered down the stairs to me, wagged her tail for a treat and a cuddle, then scarpered back to bed and was snoring within seconds :lol::lol:

I suffered Friday for the evening out, but i did enjoy it.

It is worth making the effort sometimes so we have good memories isn't it?

right, better put kettle on again before I start coughing and wake hubby up

hugs & hope you are both feeling better tonight.
