    evening all

Trisher good to see you - please look after yourself and not worry about coming on here when you hurt so much.

Cris - sorry the sale was bad ..... and I do hope that you get a bit of peace from your neck soon.

Jan - hope the knees are behaving? ...... and go to see the GP!!!

Julie - hope you not feeling quite so sick now? I hate taking new pills cos you never know how they will take you, and what you'll have to put up with. How are your aches?

Barbara - welcome back ... we missed you!

Bubbles ..... have you cooled down a bit today? (temperature I meant  ) I do hope so .... it was too much yesterday for me.

hugs also for Val, Annie, Debs and anyone who I have missed (((()))))

phew what an 'indoors' day it has been today :(
rained all day bar a few minutes morning and evening when hubby managed to walk littlelegs. She still got wet though

In the dry half hour this afternoon hubby and I managed to transfer the contents of one water butt into our spare ones, so now we have four full butts :D:D so plants will be happy for a while longer. I was in charge of filling buckets and he had to lug them ....... fair shares I say

fancy a cuppa I think, before I see what else has been going on today.

    hugs

    Hi Everyone

I'm getting better now. Was so ill before. Got a bit down and having a nasty flare grrrr.

Have felt really ill too. But I'm over the worse now although still on AB's. Had so many in hossy and when I got home. My GP was furious they sent me home from my local hostpital too soon.

But thanks to her I'm getting better. I lost one and a half stones, anyone seen them at all?

Thank you all so much for your PM's it will take a time to wade through them. I will answer you all when hands and wrists are better, honest I will.

    Love Trish xx

It is nice to see you all though.

Yes, I think so, the laptop overheated and so did I. Much better today, cooler and rain here too. More rain for tomorrow evening. Still, the rivers are so dry, you can walk across the one near us.

Sounds like you have had a busy day, bailing water. Two full butts    better than just the one I guess.

I'm still lurking at the moment. I have missed our chats too. Well put kettle on have a coffee you want tea?

Can you lift the kettle, I will drop it eitherwise, my wrists are so painful.

Peeps won't like it if there is no kettle.

Yes, I have a great doctor, she is someone you can talk to, really talk to, she is a lovely person. She never says we will do this or I will write you a prescription she always says how will you feel if....... or shall we try ....... that kind of doctor.

She also says if there is anything else I can do while I'm here.

TRisher don't you worry we have installed one of those water heaters where you just press the button for hot water ..... no need for you to lift a kettle!:lol::lol:

glad your GP is a good one - she sounds a lot like ours who we would be lost without.

Bubbles ...... glad to hear you are gradually sorting out the problems. Always something to sort with families isn't there

you take care both of you .

sorry I'm leaving you now cos my bed is calling me.
sleep well and I do hope tomorrow is a better day for you both.

    hugs

I will try, but I have been known to drop kettles  There, we are ok, used two hands and a cloth. T will be lovely. Glad you have a great GP, I have been lucky with mine for over 20 years, they have all been really good. It makes a lot of difference when they actually listen to you and involve you in your own treatment, mind, I am the one that usually says, I am not taking that, or shall we try this. At the moment the amitryp is going up in increments, before starting the pregablin in a week or so.
Still waiting for all the test results from the Rheummy, he did write and gave a summary of things to date, nerve impingements and other things.
Also said "admission", but I think it is for day case, for knee draining and injecting.

Helloooo anyone here. Things lovely and clean and tidy, good job done Bubbles. I think I'll have my usual hot choccy with marshmallows and a lovely big chunk of home made victoria sandwich cake. (On a diet so not eating cakes etc, I heard the ones here have no calories???). s1220.gif It was lovely to see that Trish is feeling a bit better, well enough to post, welcome back Trish, we missed you a lot.

Went to visit my lovely mum and dad today, it comes as a bit of a shock to realise how frail they are becoming. Back to work tomorrow (or should that be today?) thought I had a docs appointment but was mistaken, its Tuesday. When I went to physio on Friday she has bookedme in for an 8 week gym course at the hospital, so it will be interesting to see how that goes, anyone else had that??t31216.gif Well off to drink choccyt1990.gif see y'all later, Brenda xx

I seem to have the place to myself this morning.

Have been doing a bit of socialising, as I was getting accused of becoming a total recluse, with all the work going on at home. Huh, come round and do a bit of scrubbing if you miss me that much!!!

I`ll have a bacon buttie, and a builders, and sit out in the garden for a little while.
