No trish, My next thing after this is injections into neck & spine under x-ray.
I have to see the GP soon as ive been advised to have more physio to loosen the muscles in my shoulders, as there hard & imflammed. Ive been told i need strecthers for my feet at night (Plantar Fasciitis) & an assessment for sticks for the house. Ive got me crutches for now.I have to get GP to refer me.
    Never ending is it.
Ive not heard about me Disability Facility Grant yet either for me stair chair lift thinggy.

Have you asked for a stairlift? If you have hope you get it. You never know when you might need it Debs,

What on earth are stretchers? What about a wheelchair or can you manage alright?

Debs you should get Mobility Allowance. Don't say on here but if you are not put in
    for it.

    Night Wonky, sleep well.
were not going on about banging bushes again are we
Trish, Stretchers.. Ive got plantar Fasciitis in my feet (they call it policemans heel) my tendons in feet are imflammed & very painful to walk on.
My OT wants me refered back to physio so they can make me splints for wearing in bed to keep my tendons stretched & hopefully they wont be so painful the next day to walk on. I also get cramp in the soles of my feet at night.

    Hi All,

Just tearing in to say the foal is born, he is big and healthy (though did think he might like to drown in his bag without my help) and very well marked. His owner will be disappointed he is a by but can't be disappointed in any other way.....

Must go make sure they are both ok and he is getting up now... he was after midnight so he is the 12th

Be back later less I so tired I just crawl into bed

Hope your all ok? ((( )))'s to all and xxx

I'm in pain again my fingers have got so bad. Hubby looked at them today and said two of them have really gone over they seem to be falling from the first joint after your knuckles

I hope they don't fall off  My back is bad as well as all the other normal complaints.

I don't thik it will be too long before they have to operate on that hand.

I'm not on anything to slow the arthritis down, they did say I have an agressive form of it.

Me, rest, well, I guess, for me, I have not done too much today. Watered the plants while OH did the bending and sorting in the garden. Sat out with a cup of T. Watched some tennis.
Had a nap at T time, which was nice, heavy chested at the moment, think the angina is playing up, so taking it steady for the past hour or so. The GTN spray nearly blows my head off, so I am reluctant to use it. g015.gif

I know you care and thank you. When you spend years in a wheelchair also when I lie in bed Iam on my back all the time. Since I lost both legs i cannot lay on my side so I have pressure sores and all that going on as well cuved spine and lots more.

I could have done without arthur as well.

I'm on Oxycontin and also Oxynorm as well and they have recently give me Oramorph but that makes me feel sick.

The trouble is, you never know how much more pain you might get so you get scared of having too much meds now.

Eh, you need nurse Bubbles on call, my Dad was in a similar position, he was in hospital from the age of 5, for 19 years, with TB of the bone, he spent years on his back, in a cast from neck to knee, that was before antibiotics.

Pressure sores are awful, we used to do everything we could possibly do to prevent them, usually we did ok, but sometimes they would appear so fast.

I know what you mean, oramorph is quite bad at causing nausea, but they can give you something for that. I had Diamorphine when I had my last heart attack, but I refused to have the jabs unless they gave me maxolon as well. I remember the pictures were moving up and down the walls, such powerful drugs.
