Morning
Just popped in to say "good luck" for those hopital/docs visits today. Will be thinking of you and keeping everything crossed that all goes well.
And since Val is at the doc's this morning, I have donned me pinny and am ready and waiting to serve brekkie etc to anyone who calls in! (Used to work in tea-shop so think I can remember what to do)!

Popped in to wish everyone well for the various appointments today. Hang in there, girls, I'm creeping into several different pockets right now.

I wish I could do the smileys but since my computer updated itself it won't let me copy them........having another lazy day today, so might get it sorted. In the meantime, buckets and buckets of roses and carnations for you all!

yes, good luck girls. You'll be fine bubbles. The procedures they use nowadays are so much quicker and easier than say, 5 years ago. Just imagine how you will feel when you have lost all that fluid. Must have been quite painful.

Who wants to join me for a cuppa. I think I need to unwind abit today. I am on countdown now to next Monday. We have our Norwegian friend staying with us Frid thro to Sund, packing for our epic trip to Norway, BBQ Saturday night. Am I a glutten for punishment or what?
My back felt like it was broken by the time I had finished last night.
Made some of my business cards for my painting. Tidying the office here. Now if you saw it you would understand. Both of us are involved with things and it's not only our stuff but bowls club, community centre papers, art event paperwork. Putting allthe dangerous things away from little fingers because my grandchildren will be coming on Saturday too.
I think I will just have another cuppa then get started again. Need to get the fridge cleaned out today and the floors again. I have been trying to give them a thorough cleaning every morning. Normally it is done twice a week if I feel up to it. Now those two jobs will nearly kill me as it is. My chiropractor is going to be very cross with me on Friday. Getting hair done on Fri aswell as the shopping ,so will not get many jobs done that day. On Sat I will be so sore from the chiro too. Have'nt got time to be ill.

Thanks for the well wishes, just grabbing a cuppa, before getting ready for my visit. It is a full day of visits today, half of us are at the hospital. Hossy Tuesday we should call it.

Best have another shower too, bit of a waste of time as I will be in a lather as soon as I arrive on the ward............ :roll:

Had a bad shock this morning. Walked into my dressing room (sounds posh) picked up my towelling robe. It's a lovely great big one I bought from Orvis years ago. Anyway, pick it up and it was soaking wet. Didn't use it last night, so shouldn't be wet. Then notice one of the wardrobe doors was wet, my hairdryer was wet, the carpet was wet. Yes, you've guessed it. Tank in the loft again.
It was coming thro the ceiling. O no, I said, just before going away.
OH gets up in the loft and manages to mend it. Got cramp a couple of times because he was twisted round in a difficult small area.
The water will be turned off while we are away. Can't risk another celing coming down like last year. Wouldn't be able to get anything on the insurance this time.

I have a thought that maybe quite a lot of joints might need some changing because of the age of the house .

Back to work now.

Hope the sun has made it to where ever you are? Its nice here, bit too much wind to lizard but..... might be back to sleepless nights for a few days s might try.....

Hi, I hope things went well for all that were at hossie today.

Im issueing a Wonky Warning.
My stepson has a problem with the spring keep coming off his kickstart on scooter, so OH is out there trying to fix it.
Im holding onto the screwdriver whilst he is pushing the spring back in.
He then shouts... ''is it in position'' '' is it in yet'' Groan :shock: God knows what the neighbours thought when i shouted out '' no its not in'' ''i do know what position is got to be in, its not the first time ive done this you know'' Then i said '' can you give me a break a minute im out of breathe'' :shock: :shock: :shock: :oops: :oops:
Think i'll be staying in for the rest of the day :oops:
