    Hi Joan, yes its fixed for now but he'll break it again :roll: . OH is waiting for a new starter motor for it then this problem should be cured for good as he wont need to use the kick start.
    Right i'll sit down as soon as ive done dinner as im straving, ive not eaten yet :shock:

    I am back from the hospital too. Glad it went ok for you Julie.

    I am supposed to rest up for 24 hours now, having been injected, they could not drain anything off, despite there being loads of fluid on my knee. Thinks I might have pseudo gout or something like that. I know the hospital well, but they had a new wing built since I was there last, very smart, super swish and very clean, staff were lovely. I would have been proud of the ward, so nurse Bubbles was impressed and that is no mean feat.

    Confirmed that I have OA, cervical, lumbar, knees, moreso in the left one, with boney overgrowths in all areas. Wants to up the amitryp to a much much high dose and start pregablin. Said my Dr can do further steroid injections every few months.

    pooped now as well, so I had better follow orders and go rest, no pottering allowed :shock: what will I do...................

    Hi Everyone

    Not read back yet but do need a larg coffee with cream on it sprinkled with grated chocci.

    Been to the hossy. Got to go back tomorrow for CT Scan. Had lots of bloods taken so one arm refused to play any more after some bottles.

    They had to find another vein which was not easy, they did get one in the end. Have two nice bruises now.

    Consultant was nice. Could not give me any answers until he has all the results back.H did say to the students that the liver seemed to be a bit large.

    He pressed all over it he mentioned pank or something I know it soulded like pankacke. Well I was sick all on the floor and the couch. I'm sure I got his shoes :oops: :oops: :oops: I rushed out as the nurse was mopping the floor :oops: :oops:

    Had to drink some stuff yuk, then they came out and put me on a drip which meant another vein had to be found, they found found around the back of my arm, near where they got the bloods. I had to wait 20 minutes then I went in for test. Went up and down and around.

    The stuff in the drip was browny coloured. :shock:

    Got to have another test as well that is going to be in Neculear Medicine I think he said. They will send for me.

    Do you think they are going to send me into space :shock:

    It was the Consultants shoes so they might have been expensive. I just wanted to get away. :oops: :oops: He said it happens so he was nice.

    Go back tomorrow so fill bus with petrol will find a rocket big enough for all of us.

    I see they have given you the once over, for sure, oops about the shoes, not to worry. Glad you are home and that they are getting on with tests and sorting things out.

    I am home, reported back before I went to lay down, which was a waste of time as I could not get settled, knee like a football and weighing a ton. :roll: My rheummy had a trainee with him and I heard him say to her in a hushed tone," I will do this, you assist me"
    A TRAINEE, on bubbles knee, I don't think so luvvy. She was nice though, said, let's use a green needle, it will be easier, so I said NO, blue will be FINE thank you all the same.


    Am not allowed to potter, so will be out of sorts tonight, that's for sure. am going into the kitchen though, to perch and butter some bread.

    Are we all at home that should be home now? I see the bus is back in the garage for a while. What a day.

    Sorry about your knee. Can't they use a Butterfly one?? No don't want a green one thank you. Do we.

    My bloods were done with Butterfly's when they found somwhere to go, they are 'Thrombosed I think that is the right name they call them |Or collasped.

    well im afraid your stuck with me for the night, i cant go on Facebook as my ex husband is on there & i dont want to get into a row with him so im avoiding it.
