    Hi Trish, I think eventually the body has to sleep. so you nodding off is just the bodys way of saying'' ive had enough im shutting off'' & you sleep.
    Perhaps your are more relaxed & thats helping you sleep.

    Hi everyone, just a fleeting visit, to let you know I am ok. Been so drained the past couple of nights, have sat with the laptop and just stared at the screen and nodded off, which is not like me, I like my computer time.
    Feeling quite jaded, think the pregabalins are sending me high one minute, down in the depths the next, very odd. Anyway, back to the GP this week, for my monthly visit.

    bubbles was there some where lots of others but names have gone who got spare brain i have to pack today mine at least go sat and no where near sorted was dithering wether or not to get new suit case light weight one (£35) or bit heaveyer (£7.99 or£9.99) depending what size just do not know walked here and there yesterday and could not decide lol.. does any one know it the ultra light weight ones any good for flying you know the way they throw them about

    peppermint tea please really bad stomach...not sure whether it maybe meds for stomach?? Been put on Lansoprazole stomach cramps at 1 in the morning lasted hour followed by...relief.

    right peppermint tea i used not to eat enough with meds (still do not from time to time) that caused me probs lol.

    I think my body will be shutting down this week. I have just about managed to get out of bed. Ouch, how I do hurt. I've decided that it is too much trying to set up an exhibition out of town

    Hubby sounds as though he his worn out too. So it will be a very quiet day for both of us.
    Mind you, I have all the washing to catch up on and housework.

    I have a commission to finish by Christmas if possible and I have to get all my Christmas Cards printed, but that is as far as I go with my art this year. I shall then just concentrate on some watercolours.
    At least I sold two pictures. It will cover costs.
    People just do not have any money these days.
    I noticed one signature in my guest book though and it was 'Sir something'
    Right , will pop back later for my coffee break. Have a good day peeps

    Morning all just popping in for a cuppa before I start on the washing again :roll: will it ever end :shock: Val my brother got a taxi from the hotel and orded one to pick him up when he had done shopping but it never came, hhe rang hotel and still no taxi so in the end he walked for 4 hours :shock: As an appology the hptel are not charging him for his meals, should think not too. He's had a bad flight as well, none of the other cabin crew will talk to him cos they are planning to strike and he's not :roll:
    Jan hope it goes well at the docs hun, will get in yer pocket and make sure you behave :wink:

    they cutting there own throats do they not realise that you choose the battles you can win it moment to much bad feeling for them to have public feeling behinde them silly people and when you loose customers they do not often come back

    Morning all, not a bad morning here - definitely not raining and quite bright which is good for a start.

    Lunch out today, 'cos it's my birthday. Going to do some retail therapy shortly as have been given some money! Whoopee!

    I think one of the books I ordered has just fallen through the door, so don't mind if it does rain again later.

    Hi there Val, Anne, Trish, Toni, Joan and Jan I know I have missed someone.
    Poor you Jan. what a time you are having. Are you really waiting for an op? If it's true, I'll find a trolly and wheel you in myself. I'll get a gown etc and get you to the theatre. Can I be godmother?
    I didn't realise it was so late in the day. Was going to drop in for 11's but it's afternoon tea. Could do with a builders I think. Now that quiet day. done all the washing. Changed the bed. Have left the guest one and justfolded duvet pillows etc. in the middle of the bed. Will cover up with a blanket and leave until we have someone to stay.That way the linen will be fresh. Just a pile of ironing to do.
    Can you do it Toni? then you can watch her favourite program.

    Joking apart, I think it will have to wait. My hands are very painful with over use as did my feet and legs.
    I've also edited all my photos, sent them to AC, mayors office etc. I shall try and put them on FB. Haven't got my own web page.
    Lovely to see the sunshine today. It's warmer outside than in. Must get some more bulbs in.
    Then a nice quiet sit down. he he

    Absolutely no problems, Trish..........I'm letting this one go by and insisting that I'm 65 again!

    Have had a lovely day, where did the rain go? It's been so warm here, been outside tidying up for an hour this afternoon and so enjoyed it!

    Hope you've all had good days - will get myself a builders........ooh, I bought the rest of the birthday cake for you all....first come, first served.
