Oh Wonks, is she crying, or just looking unbelievably sad about her paw. I`m sure you know what drama queens they can be - well Amber could - she could put Judi Dench to shame! Make sure before you spend a fortune, I`ll join you for another hot chocolate.......Ange.

    Hi Wonky,

Chocky bickies f034.gif she said with a big happy face......... Sorry she doesn't mean to jump up at you........ or pin you to the wall....... or share!:lol::lol:

Little Legs might need a dressing to pull it together, they don't often stitch but they might dress it on a 3 or 5 day change. Will keep my fingers crossed that its not that sort of cut. I'm sorry your plans have changed again....... Hope it gets easier for you soon. Slurps from k050.gif and ((( ))) from me x

chocolate coming up ange ........ there you go .... extra chocolate too

she is not licking it at all, in fact there is little to show that she is not happy until she goes out for a walk ... then she can be fine for ages, until she suddenly draws the paw right up into her body and wont put it down. That happened again tonight when hubby took her out, and when she got back there was blood on another of the pads on that paw, but I can't see a cut :?

The hole looks like it is still clean, but she is fighting us when we try to bathe it .... I now know what Cris means about playing spin the sheep ...... how one dog weighing 15.5kg can get the better of two humans with nearly 200kg between then beats me :lol::lol:

will see what the morning walk brings ..... snow and salt on the roads doesn't make it easy

I worry in case it does hurt and she is not showing it - staffies are not very good at saying when it hurts

HI Cris .... you snuck in there when I wasn't looking :lol:

I now have great admiration for you with your spin the sheep routine ....... I can't manage it unaided for one dog ... can't imagine how I would get on with a sheep :lol::lol::lol:

CHristmas plans are made for changing it seems ...... and I will have to grin and bear it ........ won't know until Wednesday evening whether the visitors from the US are coming or not - baby has a bad ear infection :( - and therefore when dad will arrive / depart

It will happen somehow, but I still want 2010 to arrive soon please

Trisher has me singing ............. calm, calm, calm calm ........ I am calm, calm calm calm .......... I am . zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Oh something very strange is happening...... Las night I thought I had earned a treat, so opened a box of chocs. I had just two, and couldn`t face anymore. OK, maybe I`m overtired I thought, will put em away for now. Just brought them out again, ate one, and just couldn`t eat another one - my favourite soft caramel cup! - to save my life. Have I been sneaking off to chocoholics annonymous in my sleep, without realising? This is a complete mystery...........Ange.

I like that, Wonky...........I'll sing with you "calm, calm, I am calm tra la la"
I have enough problems playing spin the cat at times (and I have the scars to prove it), can't imagine playing spin the sheep.

I'd better have a very large builders with three dollops of brandy....by the time I've had that, I think I will be nearly ready for bed!

the boots sound like a good solution - hope you find another solution for your poor feet.

I will have to delete your mention of chocolate dipped shortbread bribery otherwise she will be even less co-operative when she only gets offered a piece of dried fish skin  :lol::lol::lol:

If the last month has been so cold surely we deserve a better start to the year - that is what I am hoping anyway .... so I will try to keep the warm coming in your direction too.

Good evening to all, Joan, Jan, etc.

I need a large builders (builders tea, Jan) and a couple of pieces of shortbread..........ooh, is that another bread pudding lurking over in the corner all by itself? Think I'll keep it company.

I have just flopped into the chair for a break, still got things to do, but my feet working a bit better cos I saw the chiropodist this morning.............I couldn't do that job for the world, but it feels so good now.

mmmmm, another builders (right, Jan?) and I'll be set to do a few more chores.

There you are, Trish............are you sure it's not the other way round? You couldn't be full of brandy and cheer with a bottle of merriment for me, could you?

I'll have to have another large builders and I'll have a splosh of that brandy in it..........I've just realised that my feet are blocks of ice; I think some buttered toast would go down well, comfort food for my feet.

    Hi everyone,
I got the mince pies made today, at last. Here's some for anyone who would like one.
There's some mulled wine in the flask.
Trisher. Sorry, I can't find your message yet.

Must admit to feeling rather uncomfortable today after my chiro session, especially the neck. 2nd session tomorrow, so I am going to get an early night, and take a few hotties with me.

Also a little upset that Christmas day is no more. DiL very very poorly and son is not well either. They couldn't treat her this week at Rotherham because she just wasn't well enough,so that means she will be feeling very poorly now. There is every chance she will be spending it in Northampton General. They are poised :(
I just feel so helpless. Perhaps after a good nights sleep I shall feel better. So goodnight. sorry to be such a party pooper tonight.

    Silent Night, Silent Night
All is still all is quiet

If you do come round this way, try and keep the singing down a bit. I don't kno which one of you is always out of tune.
Let's say I don't think I can put your name forward for the X Factor.

What's mine is yours HA HA, I will have you know that I'm still full of merriment, always am really. I like Christmas.

    Cris

How those chilbaines did you call gp??? hmm Yes or No? You had me worried last night.

hi to everyone i have missed, not meant.

had my stitches out today, only another 10 weeks in a cast to go now unless I react to the wire then it has to come out asap.

Started my new med today, only 4 months to feel any benefit.
now, I only face tremor, sickness, tummy upset, the list is too long. still even that has not deterred me from my merriment.

Silent Night Holy night all is calm all is bright. la lala la
