    OOO-ER, Jen, hope he doesn't keep us waiting over the holiday weekend, not sure Rehab could stand the strain!

    Besides, Trish is having labour pains and I think I've got a backache (mine were all in the back).

    Oh, good idea, Trish, a photo would be lovely!

    I have asked nicely and the MOD said we can see a photo of the baby cos they want to see him as well.

    Interesting MW appt today, ended up spending all morning in hospital with the baby being monitored as his heart kept skipping beats. Its still missing beats which is massively worrying for us but the doc's aren't too concerned as he's still moving around (a lot - they kept losing his heart beat as he wriggled so much). He may need a scan after he's born to check there's not a problem.

    Hubbie did not answer his phone when I called to tell him I needed to go to the hospital so plan B swung into action and I called his friend who panicked a lot and ran round the office til he found him. Nice practice run with a few wrinkles to work out!

    It's still a waiting game I'm afraid.

    Have checked with hubbie and he's happy to put a pic of baby on forum (thanks jean) when he's born, although he may look like a pink blob in a bobble hat!

    i've just been to the hospital to see my best friends baby who arrived this morning over a week late, little girl called erin she is lovely, won't be long before your hold your baby.

    It wasn't me, but one of the mods who said - quite rightly - OK. We are all looking forward to seeing the new arrival, and I'm sure he won't look like a blob...he is bound to be gorgeous like his mum.

    how are you doing?
    i'm another one that can't wait to see your baby, he'll be gorgeous and the bobble hat will look so cute! although the way the weathesd been maybe a sun hat would be better? or is that wishful thinking on my part?!!
    not long now, i know that saying that won't help but it really is getting closer by the day so it really won't be long before you are cuddling him and drinking a nice cuppa, thats the best bit after you have him, a nice hot cuppa made by someone else, perfect! oh and some toast if you are lucky!
