    We could be. We went to Minehead it pouring with rain there. So thought we would go somwhere warm again.

    Anywhere you would like to go Joan? Do you fancy Gibralter? We have not been there yet?

    Stand on top of the Rock of Gibraltar and you feel as if you were on top of the world. Europe is at your feet. Africa fills one horizon, while the gates to the Mediterranean and the Atlantic are on either side.

    That sounds good, Trish. I fancy being on top of the world, don't you :?:

    we have the egg they gave it back to us in the house. we have to return it to island of doom . just had a thought all this doom and gloom on the news is this the island of doom where we live does the egg belong in the cane and able have we been going around in circles for the sake of it what do you think??????????

    That seems to be an apt point on which to bring this cruise to a timely end. We embarked on 27th June, so it has been a long and enjoyable criuse.

    Thank you to all those who dared to set sail on the skylARC once again ( this was cruise number 4, I believe )

    Thank you especially to Captain Trisher who has steered the ship brilliantly, even when attacked by Pirate Del, and to the Guardian of the Egg, who added to the fun of the cruise as only he can. Also thanks to Val, Annie, and ellsbells, who stayed on board to the end, and joined in the general madness :!:

    :roll: Just got back from Gloucester,and couldnt find the boat. Must have gone down a black hole in Minehead. Have to find the pub now.Pickled eggs for all.!!! :roll:

    As you can see, the cruise ended on 6th Aug, but no doubt there will be cruise number 5 at some point in the future, so I'll let you know when to book your place on the next one.
