Get as much rest as you can and teach those muddy pets to groom each other!!

Ummm, fuzzy with meds and nausea, have I contacted you today? Strewth I need a new head. Anyway, if I have I meant every word and if I haven't I'll put some here.

I hope you had a decent night and went to your bed. It is the best place for so many things - :D - and I have retreated to mine today, but, alas, only for sleeping and reading. I am, as frog, so memorably put it, shift today, and am taking some time out. I hope the legs are improving, that you are feeling brighter and better and that all is under control ark-wise. I saw the weather forecast at the hospital this morning - I suspect you may have trouble logging on today! I hope not, we need our daily blast of skezier to make sense of this rubbish world. Take care. DD

Hi Speedy, Julie, Loise, DD and Toni,

Much less swollen today now if I can keep them like that hopefully.... The doc asked me if they itched, they didn't then....... Throbbed for a bit last night and felt the circulation flowing when flat so think the pooling id just cus I haven't made up the blood yet......Don't you just love this self diagnosis thing  I was told its capillaritis/vasculitis and yet I still have my own ideas :lol:

I actually had no pooling in the heels first thing so went and laid down again! Now been up and about on em and its back but not as bad as yesterday.... The right one is much better and the left on the way. I have to say the right one did ulcerate on the foot once so the fact its improving quicker is better from where I am sat worrying

Speedy was pleased to see you cus was beijing to think about search parties.... hope all is ok? xx

    Hi Julie,

Its quite trance like at times... and me.... as if I would lay it loud :lol: There are a few advantages to not having neighbours but one massive advantage :lol: xx

    Hi Louise,

Bless your heart how much bellow duties have you done! We have sun  After yesterday and last night I did expect it to be as wet..... well tis on the ground but I must do some bellow duties

Look Dr H is a good chap, he won't mind you crying and usually has tissues as well. I see him on the 20th and promise not to use all the tissues up.

Tell him as it is for you and just see if he thinks pregabalin could help?! He needs to know whats going on and he doesn't seem to mind what you talk abut either. I also wonder if the pain clinic could help you? Hang in there flower tis on;y 3 weeks away now. ((((( ))))) xx

    Hi DD,

A cure bone draft and a cure feeling shift draft as well as a ((((( ))))) and you rest up... its what you would tell me to do! xx

    Hi Toni,

Tis a lot betters though they are both swelling again since I been using them they did go down last night and that's the first time since Sunday and got to be a big step in the right direction :D xx

    ok Cris

I will let you off 'doing something' if they are clearly getting better. I suppose it is a lot to hope for that they will go as quickly as they came :(

Just PLEASE try not to 'catch' them where the skin will be taught

    Love

Very glad things seem to be improving, Cris. I think you have sent the rain up here as it's been coming down in bucketloads for hours now. I don't mind, the cat goes out on her own - except when it's raining and naturally all my fault.

Could you please send Rowan up next week? I may be on my own for a couple of nights and could do with a bit of company..........There's a shed in the garden just the right size for him.......

Mornin Toni, I, Annie, Rose, Barbara and DD,

Tis starting to get colder now so hope its ok where you are?

They are definitely less swollen even when I have not been resting them so that's good. Still a bit of pooling but not like it was :D

I still think that till there is enough blood made up there isn't enough pressure... doctor says he thinks its old tired and leaky valves..... see as ever one of us is wrong :lol::lol:

I, they are a bit iffy bout the feet raised thing but they still manage to suction on to my head... they also like the chair with all the raised up stuff on it and I am finding it harder to fight with them as they have started to mass :lol::lol: Ever felt used?

Annie Rows is on his way cus bless him he is so much in need of a bit of love since the old bag who should be looking after him has got as much maternal instinct as Slipper Boy! He said he has to bring Odd-Ball though cu they are est mates now.

Right I must get some stuff ere done...its got bad now as I have been coasting for a few days now! Will rest em again as soon as I have finished this place.....

    You all take care xx

Oh DD hope your feeling a lot better today?

    Hi Cris :D

glad to hear that you're still sporting pink toes  it's good news that you feel better but please do remember to go carefully; you've had much to cope with and only just got things under control.... but it's a fine line flower between coping and not...so rest when you can and don't do too much.

get Davey boy to do the heavy stuff..? please??

tell hope the merc is still in the driveway... even though my own puddle jumper is back from the garage. I'm not used to such luxury in a car....seems such an unnecessary extravagance.... wasted totally on me! but suits hope to a T ..with her upper class manners and sense of finery .:lol: (tad deluded perhaps?)

    go careful (((hugs)))

    Hi Cris

Glad to read that the swelling is improving..

Be careful you don't offend the 'head warmers' - you are going to be glad of them very soon - much cheaper than turning up the central heating!!

Hi Cris, glad the pooling and swelling are improving.

I've not been on the forum much as have had a lurgy and when not clutter clearing/looking after S/doing my physio I have been collapsing. Improving now though - apart from constant coughing.

Glad to see that things are steadily improving.....not so the weather, though! Hope you don't have to go out too much over the weekend and that you are able to keep resting at least a little more than usual (for you!).

On the lookout for Rows with or without companion, I got hubby to move the mower out of the shed ready for them; Cat is looking forward to having some companions in crime.
