    Oh gawd, have we got to bring out the big guns then? Blimey, I hope I get some decent sleep tonight, soun ds as tho strength will be needed tomorrow. Bung us an egg custard, please frog, if there's one left - which I doubt! :D

    Oops Toni! How much is that going to cost you? And how many egg custards does it take to get over a parking ticket I wonder? Lots I should think! Glad I made you chuckle DD - but I reckon you are out of luck on the egg custard front - won't be any left for you after Toni has finished consoling herself!

    So, what's the plan for tomorrw then. Is a JCB going to be enough d'you think? I was thinking maybe a fleet of tanks?

    Sorry you have a malfunctioning dongle Cris - hope it's not that sister wot's dun it - else she's going to have another black eye to go with the one she's already got!

    Just to say I'll be sitting in the corner of the ward with you tomorrow but I shall be in disguise. :shock: I shall be wearing my sheep costume (fully sheared so you don't have to bother) and have even blacked my face - you can hold a cloven hoof when times get bad and I'll even baaaaaaaaa you to sleep....... promise :)

    I've mixed up another potion... this time it's a triple strength 'fading memory' potion so that Cris'll have forgotten all about today's ordeal and won't fight us too much tomorrow. :lol: smells a bit rank (the potion..not Cris) :lol:

    Iris, sorry to break the news to you, but I think, since it's your potion, you should be the one to persuade Cris to drink it! Is it too late for an amendment to the recipe, to make it taste like something really yummy? That's your best (and probably only) hope I reckon!

    Toni, I am trying to rustle up a fleet of tanks for tomorrow as we speak. But, if we have to resort to tanks tomorrow, goodness only knows what we will come up with for Friday!

    I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.

    Cris, glad you are home - you are halfway through now so well done that woman!

    Sorry about the line.......I do wish they would get some midliners there for you.

    My mum was in Treliske Hospital a few years ago - she was visiting my sister and had a blackout which resulted in a nasty fall. They never did find any reason for it and it never happened again, but she didn't seem to have any complaints about the hossy itself.

    Onwards and upwards, girl! I'm working on a kind of hang-gliding plan for Friday...........

    Cris.. I'm thinking about you ... I can't imagine what you're going through ... not much longer now and then you'll feel a lot better... try and visualise a lovely Cornish coastal scene on a warm summer's day and you're walking with the dogs..

    Oh what a day..... and you'd think, wouldn't you that having been weepy all day I could come home and curl up sobbing in peace really... but no.....

    Got in.... made a nice cuppa that I have been looking forward to since this morning ..... had one ,mouthful..... and a lady called 'excuse me but are these your horse?'!......

    No they aren't mine.... but... their owners phone number is void now so they are my problem! :roll:

    Rowan and Blossom had no mums and mules and Owns were out gallivanting along the verges foal free and couldn't care less....

    Now there is a part of my that gets cross with them for that. Any way they wouldn't let me catch them but did herd like cattle back in... and straight back out again...... well there is a broken fence!

    As I was hobbling round to cut them off at the end of the lane the Police turn up...... Mule immediately jumped the bank and came back in (well they don't want an asbo... they do deserve one!) Owns started to.... Slipper-Boy and Gimpy went flying across barking, Owns said 'Wolves' and tanked back down the lane. The Police gt her off the lane by opening a neighbours gate so she was safe...... Couldn't catch her though!

    Anyway the guy who has come down to help me this week set about the fence mending and I got a bucket of sheep nuts and went on a Only catch expedition....... She would have non of it! she would how ever follow the bucket a bit like the carrot on a stick thing and she came back in..... will have to be up early to check and g and get them if they are out.......

    Soaking wet, thumping head ache swollen sore red arm but at last have had a cuppa! :D

    I have to warn you all I am dreading tomorrow... I must be stronger cus its the Sister again and although she is nice I know (well been told) she doesn't think I should be there and should be down the big hospital.... she also has this thing about getting other people in to do it and that leads to insults and stuff, I wait till they all left the room and cry again! Its rough eh? Still better than the big hospital though..... that says a lot eh?!

    Right enough moaning....

    Am off to get some egg on toast Marion if you would like some?

    Really want to thank you all for just being there listening and keeping me stronger than I feel and Nearly can I borrow your invisibility cloak please? :lol::lol::lol:

    My increased dose of methotrex has been delivered today, so I am just going to inject it and go to bed now.. bit scared about feeling nauseous tomorrow, but will think about you - you brave thing - and will feel ashamed of myself for being such a wimp!!

    Good luck with the increase and I so hope it works for you. My 17.5 wasn't as bad as going from 12.5 to 15 so hopefully you will find the same. Its sort of working for me though the nurses this week have been commenting on my wrists and how sore they look... doesn't stop them from jabbing them though :lol::lol::lol: Deep down I expect to go to 20 when I see the rumo next month but you never know.....

    Be thinking of you and your not a wimp, increased mtx is just not nice! :lol::lol::lol: (((( )))) and a smako each for your girls xx

    I will fly down and help :D I love cornwall so its no bother.
    I also make a decent cuppa :D so your in luck ! i can bring you coffee cake aswell , you like that dont you?

    if you want to watch Arthur and T Beaker i will let you watch it when you come back from the hossie! with a nice cuppa and your favourite dinner. you will have to tell me what it is as i dont know :oops:

    I'm so sorry the horses got out. You did not need all this did you? Glad you had a good cry makes me want to do the same.

    Wish there was something we could all do to help you. PLEASE get to bed Cris try and rest as much as you can.

    If I win that blooming lottery you can have fences as high as you needs them. That will be the top of my list. I promise you.

    Cris after tonight just one more sleep night and it will be all over for a while.
