Right then Cris,
I see the big guns will be needed for tomorrow  so plans are afoot
littlelegs ran back and has sweet-pawed several 'mates' from the nearby Defence school of Transport, and now has at her disposal for tomorrow morning:
1 tank (with driver )
1 armoured personnel carrier (to keep cris safe on the journey there
1 search and rescue helicopter (complete with heat-detection camera so no escape from them )
and finally.....
a brigade of Gurkhas who will track our Skezier wherever she goes, and what's more they promise to scare her veins into submission, not to mention the sister
Cris do please get loads of rest, and know that we are with you in spirit every minute of the day.
loads of love and hugs

Again we find ourselves in the murk of a breaking dawn. To my right I can see, very low down, what looks like a Father Christmas beard - I'm going in for a closer look . . . . . . .
Mornin! It's, me, David Bellamy! I met David last night in a westaurant, you know, David Attenbowough, and he was tellin me all about all these ware skeziers that are comin to light. Appawently you can find 'em all over the countwy, and Sometimes Things Get Like Whatever and they all gwoup together and support one another. Today we do have Complications and we are hopin that one doesn't give us the Slip. That's why I am here, cwouched in the long gwass, and not in Bwazil, which is where I should be at the mo! I can see a gatherwing of outlines, in vawious shapes and sizes and all sorts a colours: wight, there's one on the woof, looks like a big yeller daisy, she has a vewy good panorwamic view of the gwound so should spot if the skezier that's indoors makes a bweak for it. Thre are vawious butterflies, other animals, other flowers, in fact quite a wioutous collection of cweatures and shapes! There is an exception tho, and this one is a bit of a mess, quite fwankly. It looks a little like the weflection of the sky in water: it's staggerwin about, swiggin something from a water bottle, which I don't think is water - oh! not staggerwin, dancin! and yellin 'Some Kind of Blue' and 'Alone With You'. The other skeziers are fwownin in disgust, this one is vewy vewy noisy! I Wemember when I could move like that tho - wight, back to the action.
An armadillo has appwoached the fwont door and I think she's holdin a hand gwenade - this could go sewiously wong! Women and hand gwenades? I think I am going to wun away, I should be Faxing Berlin, not cwouched in gwass in Cornwall. I'm Not Exactly comfortable either, so I think I will leave the skeziers to it. They seem to have things under contwol. Byee!Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0 -
So There I Was, skezier - the best I could come up with today! I hope you have spotted certain titles dropped thro that wittering - we'll let the others struggle with the hidden message - chris7 won't tho, will she? I will be thinking of you today, phone's on, I'll be near it and on here - you are now just over half way thro, yes? The end is in sight and you can do this: you have done it before, unfotunately you will have to do it again, but this one is nearly done. Onwards and downwards! (as we say in this household). Take care. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

So funny DD!
you have a skill for writing for sure.
Cris, flower I'm up and ready... as are the loons... to join in Wonky's manoeuvres this morn (bags me a trip in the tank..... can I be in charge of the gun?? )
Sending you more tea (never have enough of that) and hope that my 'fading memory' potion has worked... even a little ....to make you easier to handle.
will be with you each step of the way...
(((hugs)))
Iris xxx0 -
Hi Jan, Rose, Ange, Trish, Iris, Wonky and DD,
Don't want to play today and I certainly can't have them do much to the left arm.......
I can see several people massing, one in a very large beard ( you may not know this but in DD's post she has managed to get the names of the tracks on a very good Deadmau5 album Its very well done actually and faxing Berlin is the BEST track too! )
There are so many of you out there I don't have a hope... well I do have an actual Hope but she is seconded to Iris just now Looking at tanks and Miss L Legs sternly standing there... you know I thought her costume was a bit smart... she is a military nurse!
I shall give in today, no fight left  Dreading it though.... I mean dreading it...
Still wimpy and drained of courage but there are at least the right number of horse out there so that's a good start......
I have just taken the anti-emetic in case I wonder by the way.
I have found a note though...... I may have to use it cus well I don't need to sit there while some called in paramedic insults me and even tells me I move my veins..... or be stabbed over and very again.... I just not got the courage today.
See had the wimp draft...... this is the real reason I can't handle 3 instead of 4 monthly....... When its the usual 2 nurses it goes fine... quickly connected and fine but when its not... and you never know who will be in charge, how good they are at getting needles in and who the sister will call in.......Still better than the big hospital though......
I shall get a cuppa and make a couple of pots for all out side then watch Arthur and miss beaker then I guess get ready.... I will go I am totally resigned to the next 2 days but I do still have the note.......
and.........
Nearly's invisibility cloak.....
Fooled you ...... I up in Devon
You all have a good day and leaving ((((( ))))) and my thanks for being there. Cris xxx0 -
Morning Cris, Iris and DD (love the DB thing DD!)
Cris - look at it this way - after the day you had yesterday, both at hospital and when you got back, today really CAN'T be any more difficult can it? Hope you have had no more escapees overnight (no wonder really is it if they are following your example!).
As for getting you there today, Wonky's plan sounds infallible but, after your message about Owns last night, I wonder if we've been making it too hard and getting you to follow a bucket of sheep nuts to the hospital might have done the trick all along.
As for Friday, Annie's hang-gliding plan sounds very promising.
Will be with you again every step of the way Cris. DON'T FORGET THE ANTI EMETICS!!! And the invisible flask.
Loads more love, ((((())))s and courage coming your way.
Tilly xx0 -
Hi again Cris
You were posting at same time as me!
What's all this about "notes", "Invisibility cloaks" and "Devon"? Sorry mate but with Wonky's army and the heat-seeking cameras and all you don't stand a chance.
Anyway, I'm there with you watchiing Arthur and TB and glad that you know you've done the anti-emetics today.
Lots more love
Tillyxxx0 -
Oh Iris,
I promise no emotional breakdown texts..... I promise.....
Ah so its the potion that's making me so forgetful I was worried bout what was doing it
Hope your ok flower and leaving a packet of custard creams for hopley, don't tell the lady Wishtiria what ever you do xx
Hi DD,
I did see the tracks just took me ages to post  I get them confused and its Brazil that is the best track though faxing Berlin comes a very close second......
You just reminded me to put the phone on charge, thanks flower cus that would just be the end of life xx
Hi Tilly,
I guess that's true actually..... The fact they are all in the field and looking crest fallen has helped start the day with less dread....
Thanks for the invisible flask I have a feeling that it will be used a club as much and a tea dispenser..... xx
Oh Legs that was as good a costume as any I have seen and with Little Legs as the nurse and living with Haz I have seen a few xx
Hey Tilly Iris's draft s so good I may not know about the anti-emetic in an hour xx0 -
Brace yourself skezier - you will be the first (and for the time being the only) to get this: I am sending you my love as well as my best wishes for today. God knows girl you don't lack courage in any way, shape or form. You know how much I admire your grit and determination, your spirit and resoluteness, your gumption and absolute REFUSAL to let everything get the better of you. I have no words of comfort to offer except everything passes, which it does.
Do they have to use your arms? We have veins everywhere - arms might be convenient but there are more about in other parts. Would they be any better? I don't know 'cos a) surprisingly enough I am not a doctor and b) I don't know what you look like! I can see veins all over me, which I know doesn't help you! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh! The frustration of it all.
Anyway, in case you missed it, I am sending you my love. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0 -
Hi DD,
I do have a couple of bigger veins in my feet but they are no longer allowed to use them. I wish they could cus even half blind you can see one of them.... though it would be dodgy o getting it to circulate.... would have to sit with my foot up.... no fresh air     Jan will understand that... so will a few others
After that sending love you had best sit down and I will get you a cuppa but tis kind of you flower. Ah see my childhood has helped and the arthritis I got it young enough to think **** you! I think its called denial actually
I am bit wimpy today though......no need to hurry so will be able to watch a bit more kids tv ((((( ))))) back to you and love Cris xx0 -
Hey Cris
Glad all the animals are still in the field!
Yep, feel free to use the combination tea-flask and club in whatever way is necessary!
So Iris's evil potion is stating to work is it?
Chin up chuck - you are doing BRILLIANTLY.
Love and courage, Tilly xxx0 -
Oh believe me, I sat down. I needed a whiff of smelling salts to bring me round! I'm glad you spotted the tracks - I never know what they're called, I just go by the number! So for me, it's still track 7 complete with wailing bint. Smashing! Oh - I Wemember!Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Hi Tilly,
Iris makes a good potion..... have we met
I don't feel like I am doing so well but after all the help you people have given me its not so bad to get in there..... now if you could all make the line in painless and un-insulting.....
(((( )))) and hopes you have a decent day. xxx
Hi DD,
I remember...... but..... sometimes things get complicated......
Will try an get the dongles to work a bit better than yesterday... xx
Right I see Legs in the sheep costume and some of the more boisterous members are trying to pain her pink.... must go rescue her.....
You all have a good day. Hugs t you all Cris xx0 -
Tee-hee-hee!
Right Cris - today the tea in the invisible flask also contains strong "anti-insult" powder. This means that, if you have a big swig of tea before they start doing the line, you will hear any insults as nice general, harmless chit chat so they won't bother you at all.
Thanks for the ((())) Cris! Right back at ya!
You can do it!
Tilly xxx0 -
Well Cris, looks as if everything is covered. Tank crew...Check. Pith helmets in abundance, camouflage jackets, magic potions, flasks and the Ghurkha’s!!
Well I have a fishing line with a block of CDM dangling from it if all else fails. So your army of supporters await. I must say those who are hanging off rooftops and various hospital fixtures and fittings are really impressive if only for their choice of night attire!! There seems to be a fare amount of hearts, teddy bears and fluffy slippers on parade.
I see the animal brigade have you penned in on all sides. Ready to funnel you to the gate. Sorry flower no escape. Tissues and hot teas awaiting your return and Marion has the eggs and toast hovering over the cooker.
Loads of hugs and a very large bucket of resilience coming your way.
Love from, Ix0 -
Morning Cris my love...think you may be there by now..I shall come dressed has a nurse today...then who knows what we can get up to :?
I think your employers where coming to look for you yesterday....can just imagine the lot of them in disguise.
You take care my love....not long now

Good Morning Cris
I loved DD's post! Vewy vewy clever I thought - did that take long to put together?!
I myself have seen The Skezier, myself, having first heard it's 'music' from some distance away. It was one of those days when ths mists are low over the cornish fields....
as i said I could hear the 'music' and feel the thumping and I thought if I was careful and stealthy I might catch a glimpse...I dont know whether the mist camoflaged me, or the music hid my approach, or if I was just lucky that day, but I did! I saw one! An amazing sight for sure and one I will never forget
So far I have been unable to capture one on film - has anyone else? They are notorioulsy shy aren't they?
Ok girls (and any men) we need to get going - she's being rather reluctant today to say the least to actually get gone.
II hope Cris, that once you get there you will be ok - don't 'give in' keep being yourself - maybe they will try the kids needle again - that worked well once didnt it?
Love
Toni xx0 -
Two more esacpees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The horse type!
I have checked and Cris is not pushing them out0 -
You are kidding - horses are out again? Is she on her way frog? - (to the hospital, not the horses.) DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Morning Cris,
Reporting for duty again, and today I`ve got yummy homemade chocky birthday cake Its my daughter`s birthday and i`m sure she`ll let us all have a bit. (well she won`t know cos shes at school!!)
I hope that you get a nurse with x ray vision today to spot your hiding veins, and don`t put the invisibility cloak on til the line is running! Your veins are invisible enough without it!!
((((((((((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
