Ruby has now moved in to the half-way room so coming home time is getting closer. :D Barbara, there were babies there smaller than Ruby. it's amazing seeing them but you just hope and pray that they all come through it.
It's been lovely and sunny here today. Quite warm too but I visited my dad today and he won't sit outside. It was lovely to be out on the way there and home again though.
Hope that tiredness doesn't go on much longer Elizabeth. I had 2 weeks of trying to work with my eyes closed, I was so tired. My GP put me on Amitriptyline and I'm starting to feel more human after just over a month on it.
Toni, glad your mil is on the mend now. That sounds extremely painful. Hope they find her things soon.
Did someone mention crumpets? Think I'll have a couple of them with lots of butter and a cup of tea before bed.

    Morning all.....yawn!!!!

Better get some washing up done here

    e010.gif

Applerose your news is fantastic.....I am so pleased for them all. Just thinking I expect Ruby's Mum is 'nesting' ready for her to come home. I think I felt the same - rather helpless really so she will want to do 'something' for her baby. Mind l used to spend about 7 hours at the hospital every day

d027.gif Right then hoover up the bits

e070.gif and get some pancakes on for anyone who fancies one?

Still cold and tired but that is because I am frequently woken by the knees. At least I do sleep unlike many I know.

When will the weather warm up? I'm getting fed up with it all now.

So just having a much needed cuppa.

Well, sorry, but we have had the good weather all day. Even put some washing out.

Barbara, glad your little fishes are getting on with each other, I do love to sit and watch them. We still have two left, so we are still waiting and then it's gone.

Elizabeth, you just hang in there, the weather will improve. Hope your knees are being a bit better today for you.

I am going to have a hot choc, then me thinks a lay down.

I do sleep but the pain in my knees frequently wakes me up and at night I also need to be monitoring my Son so can't take anything that will knock me out. So my sleep is constantly interrupted by one thing or another.

I also used to love gardening but cannot do anything now. The front is looking awful with stringy plants and a collapsing border fence. I see people looking at it as they walk by. In the past I'd never allow it to get like this!

We have some fish but the tank needs sprucing up, rocks, plants and cleaner water.

We also have a paella and a lemon drizzle cake Coco!

    Take care all

    Hi everyone

Just incase you want to try the amatrips Elizabeth I take them and sleep much better for them BUT I can still wake up if I am needed. I have done many times if there is something wrong with one of the kids....like yukky bugs

Husband off to see MIL tonight I can't go as i dont like to be that far away from Lucy (she has epilepsy) unless she is with her Nan. Let's hope she has her teeth in eh  (MIL not Lucy  )

Barbara I laughed about your Dad's teeth  Bless him enjoying his sweets

Well done all gardeners - we did some too mostly me directing (coco why not eh  )

Funnily enough Charley (biggun) has bought a fish tank ready to fill once it's has it's requisite number of days to 'settle'.

    See you all later

    Afternoon all,

looks like everyone has been busy (even if it is just by directing lol)

i had my dexa scan today, they scanned my lower back and left hip, i was told they would also scan one of the bones i broke, (they have plenty to choose from) but nope they picked the left hip not the right one which gives me all the pain , oh well will await the results with interest.

need a coffee now any one want a cuppa?

    Afternoon all

    Hope you are all okish.

Elizabeth, I too take something to help me sleep, and I can always wake up if one of the girls is up. So, maybe it might be worth a try.

Coco, glad the scan went ok. Shame they didn't do the bad hip. But they seem to operate that way don't they. Just to wait for the results now.

Had my physio, very nice man, would you believe I only have 3 sessions on the nhs.

As I started to walk out, got round the corner and fell flat on my back. And, no one came to help me. Had to ring Tony to come and collect me. And now, I do really feel C**p. So, shall really look forward to the next session.
