Joan at least the plumber tried to help even if he has to get a part still. I'm glad it's warmer :)

The colour is very similar to magnolia, but in some lights it's pink-ish too.

I hope you have a good weekend too.

Aiden, the poor lady in France. Glad she wasn't hurt. I think I would have been giggling for some time about it. Hope your niece's MIL is feeling better now. I'm hoping my macula will heal on it's own. Don't fancy lying awake for an hour while they do the procedure. I've phoned the people who did my last windows and left a message but they haven't got back to me. Can your OH pop over to mine and do some tidying in the garden please? The weather really isn't encouraging me to do it.

Toni, I love the ceiling lights. I want some too. The room would be beautiful. I'll let you know when I go to the hospital. It'll be good knowing you are all with me.

Joan, at least you've got some heat now. Hopefully, the past will arrive soon. Hope he can get your rad working too. Yes the eye drops are very stingy.

Barbara, I'm hoping the hole will heal. Don't fancy eye surgery. I phoned the company who did the other windows but no answer yet. I think the cheapest would be Safestyle but I've heard such a lot of bad things about them so would rather pay more and have it done properly. Some people keep such a lot on their phones, it's often not the cost of buying them, it's the loss of photos etc.

Finally sat down and did the first module of my course. It was just to write about what I thought I'd get out of the course and what I thought life coaching was about. This one doesn't want to mark each module but there will be an exam when I'm finished. Other than that and doing some jigsaw, I couldn't be bothered doing anything. :animal_busy:

    Afternoon everyone

The pictures are great Toni, love the ceiling, very atmospheric and impressive. I am sure you had enough debris to clear up in the house, never mind the garden. It is all looking very good.

I like to find the nearest pics to Miss Sleek. I bet she is itching to go and investigate, even more so with new flooring, cats always like new carpets etc. Pepe thinks ours is just for him to do his gliding and clicking.

Rev Delphine sounds lovely, a good sense of humour is essential in her chosen path. Not every member of each Parish are amiable and pleasant.

So things are a little warmer Joan, apart from your radiator   now he has to come back with another part, goodness it really is a saga, it will be Spring / Summer, before they are finished.
Yes, lots of stories, from France, from Nursing, I was going to write a book at one time.

Oh dear, your GD phone not being insured Barbara, more to pay out and they are not cheap, if you buy one outright. Most things are automatically backed up to Google or Samsung or the i cloud, but it is the texts and personal details that are stored on our phones. We rely on them so much, well, I know I do, I have no clue what day or date it is half the time
Oh, the scones, yes, there are plenty, I will have a little clotted cream, not my favourite thing, but I can force some down. That cruise was wonderful, the boat was amazing, I would have to get them to make me some scones, that matches the GC exactly :) Yes Aidan, wake up now, the chances of me going on it are somewhat remote. But, it is nice to dream.

Hi Christine I hope your macula heals on its own, they often do, having a repair done under local would be unpleasant indeed, not painful from all accounts, just a wee bit disconcerting

I will send OH to tidy the garden, glad we had a potter when we did, Sunday it has rained solidly all day long. I have no experience of Safestyle, we have always used local companies, from word of mouth recommendation. I have noseyed at a few customer reviews, some are not so good, some say they are fine. Have a good read of what people are saying on trusted review sites.

Glad you have started your new course. A very interesting one indeed. I don't blame you either for not wanting to do much else, it's the week end and therefore one must rest :)

We have had a fairly quiet day, Mum n Dad popped in for coffee and a croissant, laced with butter of course, well, it is full of calcium :)
Watched a lot of Nordic cross country, Ski Jumping, now catching up on the tennis from Rio. Looking forward to Dubai next week.

Right, it is going up for 1am, so I had better move, I have Pepe sat on the sideboard next to me, no, I am not on the sideboard :lol:

    Morning Aidan :)

It is looking good down there just the floor to do then furniture.

Of course Miss Slimkins has been down, but Paul has brought hi work's Henry for hovering up some of the mess don't want any sore paws do we? The fibre optic lighting is sharp, but so effective. Flooring is going down Thursday and Friday.

Good to hear Mum and Dad popped in. How well is she doing??!!!

As for the Rev Delphine; there is one member of this Parish...not amiable at all, but her heart is in the right place. The Rev is very tactful.

Carry on Nursing eh? that would be a book!! Go for it Aidan if you can find the time :?

I have used Safestyle]Christine - they were pricy, but the windows were lovely They did no damage at all to wallpaper etc.

It does help when you know people are thinking about you doesn't it? I hope the Maccula heals fingers crossed.

It is the photos to me and the text conversations, phone numbers etc.

Well done for starting the course and I'm glad it's not too many /much exams/marking.

Enjoy your puzzle - soon we'll be out in our gardens. This year I will sort the pond for sure!

Barbara yes last time we went Lucy was bang in the middle of her chemo - I was terrified to leave her. Charley and Tia stayed with her all day bless her. Court 1 that time. It was a scorcher of a day :) sigh....

I am so sorry for your GD. When my 'hospital phone' died I lost all the texts I had sent to people when Lucy was diagnosed. For some reason it helped me to believe it had actually happened.

I'll have a scone and some cream, put my name on in the fridge ;)

    th_20170224_164459.jpg

    Morning from Diddicat :)

I hope you are warmer Joan I know you'll be in in a moment ;)

    Love to everyone

Joan I hope they fit the boiler soon...you to have a cuddle to keep warm..x
Toni you have a good family around you to help with Lucy like that...I remember how hot it was that day....good to have Wimbledon to look forward to hope you are near the front..the lady vicar sound so nice...suppose she has come across quite a few different people .. :)
Aiden never give upon your dreams..OH and me go over what we would do with a lottery win.. :D if I win we will all go on a cruise.. :D our GD got the phone a couple of years ago for her Birthday..it was insured for the first 12 months..typical..nice to have mum and dad for coffee..has for the butter on the croissants..have you been speaking to my OH calcium indeed..:lol:
Christine hope you can find someone decent to fit the windows..I think you are young enough for the eye to repair itself..my dad was in his late 60s...dont worry my garden is a mess..we have just bought some algae killer for the stone flags....not sure when it will go on apparently you spray and leave it to kill the spores..good luck with the course...

Well hello and hi to Miss Sleek too, looking very slim says Pepe. :animal_busy: at the moment, but he will catch her later on Skype.

Good that the big vacuum has come in to pick up the bits, yes, fiber optic "bits" are very sharp and would easily get caught in paw pads. They look fab though. That reads as if Paul is a big vacuum - :? but you know what I mean. :?

Most Reverends are pretty tactful, Dad always was. You never knew who would be knocking at the door, day or night, or what state they would be in :? :o Sober, drunk, barely clothed, irate, sad, you name it..........It was certainly a 24/7 vocation.

Yes, Carry on Nursing, I did make a start once, a long time ago, but only finished the first chapter. No idea where that went.

I understand about loosing your phone when Lucy was first diagnosed, sharing is very helpful and does make things more tangible when you have to tell people. ((()))

Oh, so the T, was for Toni, I thought it was for afternoon T, so I ate the scones with cream. Ooops. :? :? Shame on me. Don't worry, I have brought some more

    scones-395453.jpg

I have written TONI on yours and popped them in a box in the fridge.

Mum is doing really well, I would say she is a bit more weary at times now, but still going strong and getting out every day. Mainly in the morning, they both like a nap in the afternoon and rightly so. Dad can fall asleep on a washing line - I wish - I have to be chemically knocked out

Hi Joan, I am glad the gas man is going to push for a new boiler, it sounds like you need one, I would hope that any boiler worth its salt could heat more than one or two rads. It is getting cold again at nights, you and Sue will be huddled up round the heater, it's not on at all. Take lots of care.

Hi Barbara, it is breezy here and raining again - the rivers will be high onto the banks by now, we can hear the streams near us racing along. Glad that we are high up.
Snow forecast for tomorrow night :?
Oh, yes, we could all go on a cruise, that would be wonderful - says me who has no sea legs whatsoever.
A good family friend, who was a Harley St Dr, always said, you must have dreams, they are very important.
Oh yes, lots of calcium in butter, therefore it is good for you :) when you spread it, the calories fall out anyway :)

OH sprayed the algae last year, some of it has stayed away, some has come back, more so on the decking. Some are better than others, algon was a big waste of time, as was hero, they sell one on the shopping channels, wet and forget, or spray and leave. They both have good reviews. I think you need a dry ish day, 5 hours or so after spraying, then it can rain all it wants to.

Quiet day here, just pottering and sorting some washing, as always. Did a little ironing. Enough for one day, now it is pills time. Again.

Hi to everyone else, Christine, Carol, Mig, Elizabeth, Kerrin and all, take care XXXX Aidan

Evening everyone from a windy Kent. Been laying low this weekend as felt really ill and sore yesterday. A bit better today thank goodness.

Been doing some cross stitch this afternoon while watching rugby with Tommy the cat for company. Jerry has been sleeping all day. All this mouse catching is wearing her out.

My garden is a mess too. Think I will get a garden service in this year. I am tempted to change the grass to artificial grass, my friend did that last year is it looks great.

Toni, so Safestyle were expensive. I thought they were among the cheaper ones. I did once get Everest round to do a quote when they were advertising half price windows. The first thing the man said was that, even at half price, their windows were more expensive than any other. I remember you going to Wimbledon last year and being worried about leaving Lucy.

Joan, your heating is getting worse. We'll all get behind the gas man and push for the new boiler. I'm sure it would be cheaper in the long run.

Barbara, wouldn't it be lovely if we did all go on a cruise? It is typical, isn't it, nothing happens when we have insurance then it all goes wrong when we stop it.

Aiden, thank goodness the calories fall out of the butter when you spread it. I thought I was using too much. A book about your nursing career would be a good read. You should write it.

Kerrin, sorry you have been feeling ill. Glad you are a bit better today though. Quite a few people are changing to artificial grass.

Another lazy day today. It had been very grey and windy with a bit of rain. I did clean the bath, shower curtain and shower hose as mould was starting to take hold. The hose has been dripping for some time. I'm hoping I've tightened it enough to stop it now. Just watched Boy in a Dress. What a good film.

Evening all just popped in to let you all know we had to have Snowie put to sleep this afternoon as he could not stand up had lost use of front and back legs on his left side we think he may have had a stroke and I know he ha 2 seizures as well so we had a veterinary assist ambulance out to him and they took us to the emergency hospital near where we live and his crying and yelping was so pitiful that we had both made the decision that it was the kindest thing to do for him. Mr turbo and I are both heartbroken and now my nose is playing up again so after 2 nights in my own bed I fear I might have to spend tonight in the armchair again.

take care all and keep safe and warm

Carol I am so sorry that Snowie has been put to sleep, really sorry :cry: It is a decision that none of us want to make, but I know you would not want him to suffer, if he had lost the use of his legs after a possible stroke, oh the poor love.
No wonder you are both heartbroken, sending lots of hugs and sympathies to you. (((())))
I hope you manage to get some sleep. Take care XX a020.gif

Hi Kerrin, you have been feeling poorly, oh dear, ((())) glad that you feel a little better now and managed to watch the rugby with Tommy while doing a little cross stitch.
Jerry is all moused out, bless. Miss Sleek will take over mouse and vole duties I am sure,
I would not blame you for having astro turf put down, some of it is so real, you would never know. Then you can vacuum the garden, easy :) We are going to gravel our small lawn, it is up hill and down dips and OH loathes cutting it, so limestone chippings here we come, 8 tons should do it.

Hi Christine definitely don't go with Everest, even if they do say they fit the best, at least he told you they were more expensive than all the others
I think we will all be having a trip to Joan and Sue's, to get their boiler sorted. Toni is on high alert with the bus and I have emergency scones at the ready. It is time the powers that be, actually did something for them, it is just not right.

It is always a relief to know that calories come out when you spread butter, it is the same with biscuits, once they are broken in two, the sins drop out. :D
You have been quite busy, on your lazy day, cleaning the bathroom. I did out shower curtains the other day, they don't take long to go a pinky colour at the bottom, from shower gel etc. I sprayed so much bleach around my eyes were watering  :? Well, you can never have enough bleach in my book of cleaning, but I do get a bit carried away, OH sneezing and coughing...........ooops.
Mould appears overnight, I swear. Someone told me that bleach only encourages mould - not sure how that can be, if it kills just about everything on earth.
I have read a little about the boy in a dress, but not seen it, might have to give it a viewing.

Right, I had better move myself, OH is busy with a PC, so I will potter a little.
Off to the GC today, for coffee and scones. Need a few bits from Sainsbury's and px to collect from Drs.
Everyone take care, I think there is another storm on the way. XXX Aidan

Joan I think the boss of the association is trying to get out of paying for a new boiler. Aidan has the scones ready and I have the bus out and filled with diesel.....

I'm glad you like Lucy's ceiling lights :)

Barbara it was a hot day wasn't it? We had strawberries and champagne and Wimbledon was sponsoring Macmillan that year so I kept bawling too!!

Something to kill the algae not jet-wash it off? Sounds a good idea. Is it safe for pusskins??

Our garden is a mess too to be fair it's the time of year.

Aidan you too with the algae spray - so it must be pusskin safe or you might trail it in on your shoes!! I might have to have a look.

Good to hear how easy it is to get rid of calories!!! I am very glad to hear that as I am off to see my friend this morning and we will go out no doubt ;)

I have no sea legs, but was ok on the cruise we did years ago with the kids. You don't really feel the sea under as the ships are so HUGE!!!

How brilliant is it Mum is doing so well and they both have a nap in the afternoon so Dad too can recharge his batteries. I'd expect batteries to last less long as you get older.

My worry is that Joan and Sue will not only be cold in the winter but it costs more those little heaters!! grr Grrr GRRR!!!

I have been in the fridge and located my scone - thanks Aidan :) You are utterly forgiven for eating mine. Last thing and one would want isn't it a scone going to waste!!

Start the book again - go on!! It would be really funny I'd buy it :)

Your poor Dad. Mind you that job is a vocation isn't it. Not a job so he probably, for the most part anyway, didn't mind too much.

Daisycat is very slim ATM it's the cir-cat training, skateboarding and of course less that usual quantity of mice and voles

Limestone chippings sound a good idea I do not blame you one bit.

Is the pink shower gel? I thought it was something to do with the hard water we have here. so hard to keep on top of it isn't it?

Kerrin we nearly bought a house with artificial grass it looed fabulous! The days of it being bright green are over now it looks real.

I am glad you managed a restful afternoon cross-stitch and rugby :) ATM you clearly need weekends to cope with the week ((()))

I was hovering up sharp bits in the basement to protect nosey pusskins.

Daisycat says she'll help you with the meeces anytime

    e030.gif

Christine that is NOT lazy!! shower-curtains are very hard to get clean as are hoses and baths. I have a long handled cleaning sponge.

Safestyle are dear, but I did find the windows excellent. Last time I needed them though I found a local company on recommendation which was cheaper and pretty well as good. No getting away from it it's not a cheap job

Sounds like you and I haven't been using too much butter we just need to spread it more :D

Go for the artificial grass then you will be able to potter more outside less mowing ;)

Oh Carol :( I a so desperately sad for you and Mr Turbo. It's so so devastating. Poor Snowy. The house will feel so empty. I do think you did the right thing though he sounds as though he was suffering the poor boy, but he's had a god life with you. Sending some ((()))

    Morning to you all
Thank you Toni and Barbara to say that yesterday was traumatic is an understatement. it was so ironic that only on Saturday morning we were speaking to a friend of mine and Mr Turbo was telling her he had an appointment with the vet today for kennel cough jab with him and said he had asked them on Friday if they would give him a check over as well and he said that he thought the time was coming near to the end for snowie. and then this all happened yesterday. we have both been saying for weeks now that is he was that bad we would not prolong his pain and would have him put to sleep. so after hearing his pitiful cries of pain and seeing his looks of total confusion by the time we got to the animal hospital our minds were made up and we said what we wanted straight away. the animal ambulance people were brilliant they normally only take one passenger but they took both of us and were both in the room when it was done in fact I was holding his head and talking to him as he drifted off so peacefully so my last image of him was him lying there at total peace. Thank you Joan just caught you message before I posted.

as for sleep I spent half the time in the armchair and half the time in bed and I suppose I had maybe about 3-4 hours sleep so more than I expected too when I started off in the armchair

love to everyone you are such a wonderfully supportive group of friends .

Sorry I've been AWOL for a few days. No reason, just feeling lazy really. I blame all the walking. Pain in my thigh muscle and knee. But I'm NOT giving up.

I notice that Joan and Sue are STILL without heating. :x :x :x

Oh Carol, I'm so sorry to hear about Snowy. But you will have happy memories of your life with him, and his peaceful look afterwards.

Afternoon to all, a dark ish day, just started to rain / sleet / hail :?

I think the same Toni, not wanting to replace Joan and Sue's boiler, how very remiss of the association. A letter to the local press me thinks :)

I can imagine you did get very upset that year at Wimbledon, with them sponsoring MacMillan.

The sprays for killing off algae and the like, are fine for pusskins and doggies, once they have dried, I think they say about 5 hours and to avoid spraying too close to tender plants. We need gallons of it here. Might ask next door if we can borrow their pressure washer, not for me to use  :? that would be a disaster waiting to happen, but OH would be ok.

Yes, don't worry about the calories, they all drop out, or go to waist (is that the wrong Waist, lol). Hope you have a nice time with your friend.

I know, that MSC Divina is absolutely VAST, it is like a floating town. They do avoid bad weather whenever possible and as you say, they are so big, it would have to be a mighty storm to send them rocking. I would still have to take some anti sickness, just in case.

Mum is doing well, not eating as much recently, she said I don't want to put any weight on that I have lost. Err, what do you say but to encourage as normal a diet as possible?

Her Brother and SIL are coming up from Swindon on Friday for a few days, to stay with them, her SIL was a nurse, so we have a right old natter about nursey things.

I will have a think about my book. I cannot decide to make it about nursing, or about our time in France, both had their "moments".
Miss sleek will be super lightweight at present, with all the training, Pepe is the same, he is going for gold with his carpet gliding routine. He will Skype later he says.

    Computer-brain-learns-to-recognize-cats.jpg

I could tell Miss Sleek was impressed with Pepe's gliding routine.:lol:

Yes, the pink is from soap and shower gels, it does wash out though, even though the labels always say no bleaching agent, I always put some whitening powders in the wash and they are fine.

No, I don't think your boiler is playing ball at all Joan, it needs to go on a skip  :? and have a nice new shiny one in its place, that can actually manage to warm the radiators. Grrrrrr
I am always pottering, I have turned it into an art form. OH knows just where I am, due to things going flying. At the moment I am knocking drinks flying left right and center. OH says I am a one man band, lol.

Hi Carol, I am sure it was a very traumatic day, I was thinking of you last night, sending lots of hugs through the ether.
I am glad that everyone was so kind and you were there to see him drift off so peacefully. Bless him.
I am glad you managed to get some sleeps.

don't worry about feeling lazy Kath, you have been more than busy and active recently and we know you would not give up at all. We all keep going as best we can. ((())) for the pains to ease for you.

We all went for coffee and brunch this morning, well, OH and I had brunch + scone of course. Gathered a few bits. Out for lunch tomorrow, just the two of us (there is a song in there somewhere) then we will pop into the big Tesco while we are over yonder and get things we cannot find in Sainsbury's. Right, onwards with the washing and drying. Potter time.

    Hi again
Aiden yes a very traumatic day was yesterday for both myself and mr Turbo and I all the people we dealt with from the person who answered my original call to the animal ambulance people and the two lady members of staff who did the actual injection were all absolutely wonderful people I cannot fault them at all.

Kathleen Yes we have lots of happy memories of him and we are going to get a photo frame to put a picture of him and his collar that I asked them for into it as one of our many memories of him. and although it hurts that we no longer have him with us and we both heartbroken. We both know we did the right thing. what is so amusing with the whole thing is I was the one that really wasn't bothered weather we had a dog or not he sure wormed his way into my heart over his eleven and a half years with us.

As for me and mr turbo we were both so very quite afterwards and hardly said anything to each other yesterday evening today we have talked about him and the silly little things we miss. but we will weather the storm as they say and get through the heartbreak together.

    love to everyone
    Stay positive always👍xx

Oh Carol you will weather this loss together of course you will. It's good that you'd already discussed what you would do so you were prepared and in agreement.

    Extra ((())) for you

Kath I'm glad you are ok that's the main thing. You are doing so well walking it does help doesn't it? I try to walk every day and we have a treadmill which I use if it's too cold out.

Barbara Lucy is totally enjoying her plans for her room(s) bless her. Got to find tiny bathroom fittings to fit the shower in though!!

It's hard loosing an animal isn't it. I was on here when I had to let Eric Catona go in 2009.

My Mum also lost her appetite. :(

Joan I hope you and Sue are ok. Warm enough? I hope the weather keeps mild-ish for you. You just have a duff boiler.

Aidan I ADORE the picture of Diddicat admiring Pepe's exercise routine. She has been practising here herself.

I think your first book has to be a nursey one then sequels can be about 'The nurse goes to France'.

I'll leave the laptop switched on for them to skype later.

At least I know what it is. You can get it on aclean fairly new loo brush too. That must be the loo cleaner!! I bought black heads for mine now.

We have a massive Tesco here it's great. Even the most able-bods need a scooter to get round there!!!

Right off to bed for me now.

    Love

    Toni xxx

Well, it is nearly Tuesday now, so I thought I would pop in and say hi, as I do, late as usual.

Carol, I totally understand how traumatic it must have been for you these past 24 hours. Good to hear that everyone involved was so kind and caring. It makes a world of difference.

The picture and the collar will be lovely to remember all the great times. Our pets become our family and they do steal our hearts. Many years of love and affection to remember. We often look at our pus cats and try and think rationally, that they are really getting on in years, 17, 16 and 15. I had better stop, I will be a wreck. You know you did what was right and proper. ((()))

Being quiet is fine, just thinking your own thoughts, nothing wrong with that and then you can talk about him and the amusing times you had.

Life is full of storms for us to weather, everyone is with you in thought, as you know.

Hi Barbara - yes, broken biscuits are fine, same with cake, once you cut it, all the calories evaporate :cake:
I think we would have to go on a cruise of the fjords, where the waters are calm, we don't want anyone turning green. If you did, I would and then we would all be sickly :?

You never bore us at all, we are both great at rambling, I get so carried away, when I look at my post I think oh goodness, people will be glazing over.

I bet Lucy is having a great time choosing things for her new room, exciting. Tiny bathroom fittings, mmmm, I think google would have to help with that one.
Isn't that just the best picture of Miss Sleek, admiring Pepe, clicking, sorry, gliding on the carpet :lol:

So the first book is to be a nursey book, right, ok, then let's do France as the second one. I do vaguely remember the first intro.

Pepe said they did Skype when we had nodded off earlier. The mouse was very hairy

Yes, loo brushes go pink too, then it makes you think they are ready for the bin. They do a loo brush, that isn't a brush, it is more like a paddle, impregnated with silver (which is a natural bug killer). They have them on QVC, about £22 I think  which is not cheap.

I will be in a buggy today, whizzing round the aisles :) It is great going at speed, makes me feel more able bodied, until I try and get up and out of it

Right, I will move, everyone take lots of care hi to all who are not around at the moment.

    Morning everyone.

Carol, sorry to hear about Snowie. May he/she have many happy times over the rainbow bridge.

Sending warm vibes to those without heat. I'm feeling the cold at the moment , roll on summer. At least the days are lighter.

Can't remember who did my windows. Most were done very shabbily before I bought the house, except the one downstairs! Did that when I did the sliding door.

Jerry is still mousing, Tommy is still being as lazy (and fat) as ever.

Time to go, still feeling tired with sore back and fingers but hey ho. On a training course this afternoon and then wedding cake tasting this evening ( instead of swimming)

Afternoon to one and all...........It's a darned chilly day today. Creepy cold.

Sorry you are feeling sore and tired, sending hugs your way for you to feel better very soon.
Cake tasting sounds WAY better than swimming :lol: well, in my book it would be a priority :)
I am with you on feeling the cold, today seems extra chilly.

Hi Joan, how cool is that, Mums Brother and SIL living where you live :) They are coming up on Friday for three days, we will see them at various points along the way.
So the rads are working, finally, hoorah. Now all we need to get is a new boiler. Never mind the boss saying it is alright, would he be happy with it going off and on in his own house? I bet not.

A date for your op, the 27th, we will be ready with the cloak and will be with you, as you know. Peeping.

It sounds like postural oedema in your legs, if it goes at night, usually caused by limited mobility. I hope the blood tests are ok and I know, I should not diagnose

Hi Barbara, we had snow, when we got to our fav place for lunch, we arrived in a blizzard  fortunately it soon stopped. I am only just thawing out now, with the heating rammed up high.

I am sure we would have a wail of time on board, we would have to take Jane McDonald with us too, so we could have a sing. I will double check the lottery tickets tonight everything X
Thank you for liking my ramblings, I do waffle on at times.

I could do mini chapters on here I guess, that might be fun.

Yes that loo cleaner is like a long tongue - eeek, perish the thoughts. :o I was shocked at the price, I am not paying £22 for a loo cleaner. Silver or not.

Hope everyone else is ok, Toni, Mig, Carol, Elizabeth, Christine and of course miss sleek her wonderful self. Our three are all curled up on fleeces at the moment. I would join them but I would never fit on the back of the sofa.

I enjoyed my whizz round Tesco in one of their buggies. Spent far more than intended  Then went to vets for more food for his royal floofiness. Cost even more.............money only ever says one thing and that is "goodbye".
