Yes Carol my post was LOST :( and it was a good one too ::)

Chances are MR T hasn't read the instructions for his new MP3  You know what men are like. Present company excepted :)

I hope your pain eases back a bit soon and thank you for knitting the mackintoshes and scuba diving outfits :D

Aidan what lovely cakes!! We went to Mitton manor this afternoon and had a proper Af'noon tea by the pooll with live music!! WOW!! I have a photo and will upload tomorrow. Pinkies were out!!! You'd have been proud :D

This morning we did the village/Church clear up. Tia and I managed 7 graves!! Perfect :)

More jewellery photos will be lovely please.

Diddicat has plans....Tuesday her and Pepe over to Jericat for assessment because I will be at Wimbledon

They have put together some lesson plans ready.

Kath well-done you, you are doing so well :D . Careering off by yourself!! Sounds as though it could well be sciatica :?

Ahhhhh!!!! What gorgeous photo of pusskins kissing :) Don't they look sweet :D

    Barbara
I am up for helping Christine pack. What's the baggage allowance?

The baby swallows do sort of....well...screech????

Evening. Back from a good afternoon of refereeing tennis. Pretty easy afternoon done in less than 4 hours.

Ooh, not sure Jericat is ready for an assessment yet. Came upstairs wet this morning, think she might have fallen off her broom into a puddle. She needs an upgrade to her harness. tomicat was on his sofa laughing at her!

Enjoy Wimbledon Toni, I'm there on Friday. Busy week at school before then.

Katy well done for getting out and about. I'm lucky I'm still mobile but the ankles can get puffy and achy. Hands seem to be worse but they are not needed for walking.

Off to grab some of those Cakes.

Evening to all............finally managing to have a little catch up, after a fairly busy day.

Hi Joan yes we used to have goats milk for a long time and I often had goats cheese when we went out for a meal. I cannot really remember why we went back to cows milk :?
Lexi is a love, sitting on you and looking up at you, bless her.
Hope you have had a fair week end, out and about on your scooters.

Hi Barbara It has been quite breezy, but sunny this afternoon. I think it is going to get warmer, mid week, not silly hot though, he says, hopefully.

Yes, Dad was the Vicar in Newark, for a few years. I remember going to the Castle to see the Mikado, it was wonderful. I don't remember a great deal else, I was only young. To be honest some of the people at the Church were not particularly Christian in their manner. But, that is a long time ago now.

I would love to meander around the big fair, I know it is huge, hundreds and hundreds of stalls.

You wanted a picture of some of Bill's jewellery. I am waiting for photobucket to get its act together, it seems to be having the Gremlins   Nope, I will have to see if it working at the end...........grrrrrrrrrr

I know Wimbledon, everything is set to record, Toni is there on Tuesday, so will be keeping an eye out and Kerrin is there later in the week. Uber jealous.

Yes, Johnny M was on last night, with James H, Dr Doolittle is on tonight, with another zoo vet, (don't let Pepe know).

I am sure the Bush babies are always up for a cuddle and I do hope the Alpaca's don't spit

Yes, we can all help Christine pack her things, I can sit on the case, to ensure it is flat as a pancake :?

Hi Kath, I see, you have been wandering off alone and pottering about the shoe shop. Well done you, there is no stopping you now, with the adjustments to the walker. At least you can sit down should the need arise. Maybe next time you will get some of those shoes.
Sending lots of hugs and lavender pats for the ouches, hope they improve quickly, with your patches and medicines. ((()))

Have never tried Goats butter, we are addicted to the French President butter, well, we did live there, so we like to keep a little link :)
Alpaca milk, mmmm, not sure, bags me not trying to milk the lady Alpaca, they are feisty things you know.

Pepe likes the picture and I am sure Miss Sleek will love it too, they are touching whiskers after all, Miss Sleek will go all bashful and coy.

Hi Carol, so your days are being stolen too, there is a void, where they are all kept, with lots of time to spare, but, finding it is another question.

I always think of you on Friday, out for lunch, then to Costa (we were in Costa today too).

Oh dear, Mr T is still not quite au fait with his mp3 player. It could be the lack of reading the instructions, us men folks are a bit like that. Then we get all irate when things don't work.
At least you are happy away with your music, but don't tell him........:lol:
Hugs and some lavender pats for the pains to ease, we do carry one don't we, sometimes with a grimace and say to people, "I'm fine, how are you"?

More Alpaca's, yes, we can organise that no trouble. The Llamas are coming today I think, so we can ask for some more Alpaca's at the same time. We will need a team of knitters, or build a woolen mill.

I am very glad you put your foot down rather than have Mr grumpy. Way to go.

I see you have been down to the zoo, to check on the lovelies. We are getting quite a crowd now, we need to charge, for admission. All proceeds to charity of course.

Hi Toni, the cakes were yummy, there are so many, they will keep until later today I am sure, we can always take some down to the zoo, the giraffes like a cake, as does blush and the sloths and the warthogs and piggies and lemurs and...................

Mitton Manor, well, what a coincidence, we have a Mitton Hall near us, it sounds equally as gorgeous. Pinkies up, sitting by the pool, afternoon T and live music, oh my, yes, we can live with that. Pleasant sophistication. We need more of it in this world. I will Google it asap.

You did have a good clear up and a tidy, 7 graves, that's some going :)

I am trying to get the picture B took of some of his creations, it is there, looking at me on Photobucket, with no options working to get the link, I will persevere.

Tuesday, yes, you will be at Wimbledon, I will be looking for you, was it court 2?
So Pepe and Miss Sleek have plans for training lessons with Jeri, I am sure they will enjoy the fly down to London. Pepe will set off early, to meet up with Miss Sleek, then they can fly higher at cruising speed.

I think they have skyped today, Pepe, with his test coming up he is a bit jittery. Doing a lot of chasing of Cookie, some carpet clicking and gliding, a lot of shouting

We are having a new boiler fitted on Tusday, so we won't know he is missing.

    20170702_162127_zpsjmkzrgbe.jpg

hoorah, I did it, photo, duly posted. B has been busy away tonight, making more bracelets, I said "are you on peace work", lol.
I think they are all fabulous, but I am biased I guess.

Hi Kerrin, I bet it was rather nice referring the tennis, I could cope with that :)

Don't worry, Miss Sleek and Pepe will take care of Jericat, all will be fine, they will make sure all safety equipment is in use. They won't fly fast, or too far, no, whizzing round Church spires, not just yet.

I thought it was this week you were at Wimbledon, Friday, I will be looking out :)

Enjoy the cakes, hope tomorrow is not crazy at school and no adults fighting either, I don't know

Right, I must potter again, so I will send before it vanishes. I would be fuming.

Everyone take lots of care, hi to all those not here at the moment.

Joan naughty little Lexi is definitely 'your' dog!! Daisycat is all 'me' too. It does make you feel loved doesn't it? :D

Photobucket was being a pain then Aidan? Hope not today I am trying to upload some af'noon tea piccies :?

I thought the Super-vet was in last night with Dr Dolittle. He comes once a week to be 100% sure all is well.

How right were you about Kath's picture!! Miss Sleek did go all bashful, but she has printed herself off a copy

    http://www.mittonmanor.co.uk/

This is our Mitton Manor (there is a Hall too though not so amazing as the Manor.

4 of the graves we do regularly Aidan, but we added some extras and tried another, but the ants were running up Tia's legs  We left that one.

So Pepe is sneaking out while the boiler is fitted  Wise boy. Yes they are only going to assess because technically Pepe has to pass his test on Thursday to mentor, but he will Miss Sleek is confident.

Sorry he is being annoying to Cookie, but it's his nerves. Remind him about his 'Mindcatness' sessions.

Jericat will have all safety equipment to start, (helmet harness etc ), with she won't fall off again. Nope.

I love Bill's creations!! Is he going to sell them on Etsy? I especially like the bracelets the chainmail is amazing. He must find doing them restful unlike us Aidan.

I have been able to upload my posh tea piccies to the laptop. Photbucket is being STUPID so I will try again later

Must get on (she says through a mouthful of cake  ),

    Love to everyone,

More Alpacas, they come with their own knitters, so with Carol and possibly me, we should have enough to provide lovely warm, waterproof hand knits. :D

Aidan, B's bracelets are gorgeous, I must pop over to etsy. Are they online yet?

Today started off painful, but with a couple of exercises and some Fenbid gel, it's not so bad now.

Glad the puss cats liked the photo.

Afternoon to one and all, bright, sunny and pretty warm - not wilting though, so far : )

Hi there Joan, that's lovely for Lexi to share your bed, all the pus cats sleep in with me, well, Mother had her bed on the dressing table, the other two terrors are in bed, on various pillows and blankets..........  Bless them all.

Hi Toni, yes Photobucket is often a bit of a pain, they want you to sign up and pay for no adverts........no thanks. Just show me MY pictures.

Yes, the Super Vets will call in weekly, or as and when we need them. We want all our lovelies to be super well cared for.

So Miss Sleek has printed a picture out, ahh, eh, she is a love. Pepe said that Miss Sleek was making things appear on paper, as if by magic. She showed him some doggy pictures as well, he fainted   again.

Mitton Manor is just wonderful, the gardens are a delight. I love manicured Beech trees, the standard ones, as and when we win the lottery or B sells so much jewellery, we will definitely have some of them :)

http://www.mittonhallhotel.co.uk/ This is Mitton Hall, not far from us, another delightful place.

We have had a delivery of Llamas - apparently they have all had their hair done, for the big event. :o  :?

    a9VDk.jpg

Good job we have another large paddock and stables for them, all ready and waiting. Do they spit I wonder. We are going to have enough wool to clothe us all.

Ants, running up legs, no, we don't want ants in pants, not at all.

Yes, Pepe is going to be absent while the boiler man is here. You are right is is only an assessment, as he cannot mentor, until he has been given the say so by Mr Potter and the magic has been instilled into the broomstick.

I will remind him of his mindcatness sessions and tell him to practice his catitation.

Quite a few people have said, sell the jewellery on Etsy, the lady who runs the crystal shop said, everything will sell, no trouble. B is getting a light box, to take proper pictures of each item. It is bad enough getting things past the neighbours, let alone get them onto a selling site. Mind you, not complaining. Word of mouth is just as important.
Lady over the way has paid for her commission, so that's nice.

He is beavering away with chain mail and other bracelets. I just make T
I think he does find it restful and also challenging too. We would throw them as far as we could :lol: :? Hope you have a wonderful time at Wimbledon, court 2 I think you said. I will keep my eyes peeled.

I thought you were eating cake, Miss Sleek said there were crumbs all over :lol: Looking forward to the pics, when PhotoB behaves itself.

Hi Barbara I am sure you will be engrossed in Tennis, as are we all. Love Wimbledon, everyone in whites, much better.

Glad you like the pictures of the jewellery, I like turquoise too, lovely colours.
From what I remember, it was hard work for my Dad at Newark, so much better when we moved to Gotham, just outside Nottingham. A lovely village and everyone was so kind and pulled together. Spent 17 years there.

We have blood, from the jewellery department. one of the wires wraps, sticking itself in a finger.

No, we didn't see the programme Barbara, hopefully it is on catch up. We have so much tennis to keep up with, plus we like the Tour de France as well, not enough hours in the day..........then of course the jewellery channel - never ending........

Hi Kath, oh, I see we have a LOT more Alpaca's, good job the bigger paddock is now free, for them to share with the Llamas. That's good, to come with their own team of knitters, I am sure your good self and Carol will oversee all the clothing ranges.

Lol, no, the jewellery is not on Etsy yet, it will be in due course, B won't put anything on unless it is properly displayed and photographed. Thank you for the compliments, they are all duly passed across the room.

Glad the ouches have eased, may that continue :)

We went out for coffee and scones at the GC, with Mum n Dad, that was nice, although Mum did not eat more than a morcel. A little shopping, then home.
Sunday next door (Electrician) popped round and disconnected our carbon monoxide alarms, they all have a use by date, so they are out and a new one installed in the kitchen, (the only room that has gas in). Checked the hard wired smoke detector, that is working fine, frightened us all, including the cats  We have two, one in the hall and one in the lounge, where most of the electrical things are. The more the merrier.

We have to be up at silly o clock tomorrow, for the boiler man, I asked the lady what time do we expect him and she said, about 0830.  That's the middle of the night !!

Right, it is medication time, so I had better move. I think I will have to put the cakes on another post, I have two links already on this one.

Hi to everyone, Carol, Christine, Kerrin, Mig, DD Elizabeth and all.

    Take care. XX XX Aidan

So, the brownie ice cream cake has laid us all flat,:lol:

Hope everyone is as ok as possible. Thought I had better pop in and see, then check on the lovelies in the zoo. I hear that the Llamas are settling in, even though the Alpaca's are a litte shocked at their hair do's

Dr Doolittle is on tonight, to talk to the newbies and settle them all in. They are eating well, grass, grains, herbivore pellets.

The Meerkats saw the Llamas and ran to their burrows

Blush, Lilly and Cilla and everyone else was not phased, they are all so laid back, apart from the warthogs, they are not the most welcoming of animals, covered in mud and rooting through the undergrowth, grumbling to themselves. :? :?

We don't seem to have any water loving animals, ie seals, or penguins, (just a thought) :o

The Owls are quite noisy tonight, apparently they would like some mice, to go with the voles  I will ask Miss Sleek if she can help out. No point in asking Pepe, he jumps at his own shadow, let alone try and catch meeces.

Toni will be all ready for Wimbledon and Kerrin will be there on Friday, Christine will be ready for off.......Carol will be finishing off the teddy bear, Joan will be having cuddles with Lexi, Barbara will be exhausted from all the tennis watching.

I think we are all ready for the gas man to come with the new boiler, apparently it does not take so long, the rads are all fine. Cofee, T at the ready. Just hope we wake up in time, I will set three alarms, to be sure.

Miss Sleek and Pepe enjoyed a whizz round the woods and up onto Pendle Hill. He is much more confident now, he was late back, nearly 11pm. They have night vision goggles.

Miss Sleek will meet Pepe en route, to take Jericat on his brooming lesson. I am sure he will be fine and as Toni said, he will be strapped in tightly and the broom has a speed limiter fitted.

I am babbling on, I should be pottering. Everyone take care, let me find a n night and something nice for breakfast.............Love to all XXX Aidan

Off to Wimbledon today, (it's raining here  ), can't wait up at 6.17 to prove it  Fingers crossed for a dry day for us please.

Indeed court 2 it is. Last time we went we were court 1 I think and saw Andy Murray and Mr Federer :D

I think the rooves will be up maybe today.

I hope Kath isn't too hurty today.

Miss Sleek is getting her waterproofs ready and says Pepe is too after the shock of some 'horrible man' making a dreadful scary noise he packed early.

She was explaining the pictures are only pictures, but so far he doesn't quite get it. Sorry about the dog!!

I have had a word about some more mice/voles (not rabbits) and she is on the case.

    "Never Fear Diddi's here"

Jericat they are on there way as soon as your Mum is on the train

Sorry Mum only ate a morsel :?

Barbara I think PBucket would like us to pay. Cheeky things! Our churchyard is starting to look - well does look - lovely :)

Right off I go to get dressed :)

We were not the only ones up early door then Toni, off to Wimbledon, what me, jealous, nah, not a bit :? :? Have a wonderful time, I think you will have seen Delpo play, I remember he was on court 2 I like him, he is great, so laid back.

It looks dry and very warm, from what we are seeing. hope you are not in the sunshine all the time.

Yes, Pepe was off, down and back, before we knew it. The gas man did make some VERY loud drilling noises, which shook the whole home. Cookie went to hide in B's bed and even Mother got up and did a lot of shouting as if to say "do you have to make that racket" lol. I think Jericat did well on his first outing. Pepe was making the most of looking at all the sights and sounds of the big city - at least he didn't faint. I think they did a loop round the Shard, but only at a steady pace.
I think they flew out over Wimbledon, so see where you were going. Did you spot them?

We now have a shiny new boiler, Baxi duo tech, very smart it is, with a remote control unit that monitors your room temp and looks after the heating. Boiler is guaranteed for at least 5 years. Job done.:)

We had to have the heating on high, while the boiler was being commissioned - windows being flung open - I said, it's very warm, I think it's working
He was a great guy, young ish, VERY tall, I was looking up when I talked to him. Must have been 6 foot 5, if not more. We said, ok, you are now our plumber, for all jobs, so he is sending a quote for all new taps throughout, I find the grip ones, very hard to turn off, so we want lever ones.

Glad Diddi is on the case with regard meeces, she does like to help out, bless her. Pepe will get the idea of photo's eventually. I think he is a bit nervous about his test this week.

Hi Christine, on the other side of the world. 28 hours travelling, oh my, all credit to you, you have done so well. Glad that you arrived safely, did you have a good wander around the airport in Dubai.

Then you had to hit the ground running, looking after your GC, I bet they are excited to see you and vice versa :) How is the weather there, is it Autumn time?

Hi Joan, who do I want to win Winbledon, well, I think Roger Federa, just one last grand slam, then I think he would retire at the end of this year. He is one of the all time greatest players and such a great ambassador for tennis. Very well respected and liked.

hope you are all ok, love to Sue and the doggies.

Hi Barbara - it is raining here too, more like Lake District rain, that soaks you through. It is not cold by any means.

Kangaroos, oh my, I will have to ask for more land if we are going to have them too.

Yes, the boiler is all in, working a dream and is a much better one than the standard one that was fitted when the park home was built.
I thought someone might have overdone it with the cakes. I did have a wee bit too much too - ooops.

B is very into the jewellery making, he seems to have taken to it very well indeed. The light box came today, it is really good.

Baby seals and their Mum's well, I guess we can, I will organise for their transport later this week - will have to make sure the lake is big enough, with lots of islands and fishes and basking areas.

    Enjoy your toast and cheese..............

hi Kath I am sure Carol has lots of knitting patterns. The puskins are lovely, we could have then knitted in Alpaca and Llama wool.

Hope you are not too ouchy today. Talking of ouches I had better go and take my pills. 4pm already.

Hi to everyone else, Carol, Mig, DD, Elizabeth, Kerrin................

Take care, will catch you later. Maybe a pic of Toni, with Delpo :)

Hope you've had a good day Toni. No rain in London. I'm just back from cricket league, two good wins for the team! Achy back and feet for the teacher.

I've heard that Jericat has been very excitable today and enjoying her flying lessons. Hope she's behaved herself.

Wow, 28 hours of travelling is a long way.

    Evening all

Just got back from a really nice meal out to celebrate our 47th Wedding Anniversary. yes 47 years and I have to laugh as my mum always said the marriage wouldn't last how wrong she was. we are still together and have 2 daughters 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren so I think we have proved her wrong there. and although Mr T never really got on with her when she was alive he even suggested the name change at the start of this year. I sometimes wonder what she would have thought of that.

Aiden and Barbara yes Mr T still having problems with his mp3 player and your right it is lack of reading instructions that causes his problems with techy things. oh and he knows mine is working by the way. kath I see the extra alpacas have arrived along with their own knitters so I think we me and you we will cope have already done the mackintoshes and the all in one suits for the pusskins. hopefully now they can take the broomsticks out in the rain and not get too wet.
just been to see the lamas and the new alpacas all seem to be settling in ok. the warthogs are still spraying water and mud everywhere an being a bit grumpy. bushbabies and sloths all wanted cuddles at the same time.
Toni hope you have had a good day at Wimbledon the weather has been good today I don't live far from Wimbledon.

well this is short and sweet tonight as things to do before bedtime

    will pop in again soon
    Stay positive always👍xx

Evening to one and all - a strange drizzly day, mists over Pendle, certainly living up to the name of the book.

Hi there Kerrin wow, that's great to hear about the two good wins for the cricket team, way to go :) Sending lavender pats and well wishes for those achy feet and that ouchy back, to feel better very soon, if not sooner :D

Miss Jericat was a star, after checking all the safety equipment was attached and she was harnessed in, they were off, slowly slowly, until she got used to the broom and its little quirks. Miss Sleek kept by her side and passed on instructions on how to lean into bends and stop, always a good thing, to learn how to stop. We know all too well that Pepe has been in a few trees during his flights.

All in all the three of them had a very pleasant ride around, down to Wimbledon, then up and around the Shard, but not right at the top, Miss Jericat was a little spooked when she saw how tall it was   Miss Sleek has given her a tail band to prevent any dizziness or broomsickness.

Hi There Barbara - Glad you have been enjoying Wimbledon, it was a shame that Dolgopolov could not finish his match, so Roger got a bit of a walk over, as did Novak. Then Lopez had to stop due to a foot injury, goodness, they were dropping like flies.
We kept looking for Toni, but the camera's never stopped on the crowds long enough for me to scan round :( I am hoping they had a wonderful day, I bet Toni is shattered now.

No, I promise not to play with the remote thermostat thingy. It is all set to do its own thing, if the temp goes below 15, then the heating comes on. It is lovely, very quiet compared to the old one (which the plumber really did not speak fondly of, "very cheap" he said, "you can pick them up off the shelf in the DIY stores". Parts are terrible to get and cost the earth.
    Glad it has gone.
I will bow to both the gas man / plumber and your OH, I have read a lot about the duo tech and it has good write ups and reviews. They are made not far from us in Preston. I think it is a 5 year guarantee, they will send it through the post.

B has not tried his light box yet, but I am sure it won't be long, before it is being trialed. He sold another bracelet today, to the same neighbour, who wanted something for her SIL. I think he is going great guns.

Yes, the trifles are mainly fruit - and cream - and sponge - but very low in calories. Sugar rushes, I can sympathise with those. Fudge, now that is something I am really not too keen on.

Hi there Joan, there has been a long run of top players who have dominated the tennis world, Federa, Djokovic, Murray, Nadal, Wawrinka. Then of course the Williams Sisters.
I think there are a lot of up and coming stars now, as the others get that little bit older and will be thinking about retirement.

Lexi follows you around, how sweet, a bit like Pepe, he is usually demanding attention for one thing or another.

Hi Carol I did notice and like, that it was your Anniversary, I hope there was :cake:
I think you have definitely proved Mum wrong after 47 years. I am sure Mum is very pleased and is keeping an eye from on high, as Mum's do :)

Oh dear, Mr T is still having trouble with his MP3, maybe he could look on the computer and watch a video on youtube of how to get it working properly. There is just about every instructional video you can imagine. Might be worth a hint.
So he knows yours is working fine, lol :lol:

Yes, we have a lot more Alpaca's and lots of Lama's with very strange hair do's, so there will be bails of wool. Good that the knitters are coming along to help out.

I think Pepe and Miss Sleek are coming for a fitting, for their all in one flying suits and I guess they will want to take one to Miss Jericat too.

The warthogs are very messy, I hosed them down and within two minutes they were up to their tusks in mud   Their mud bath / pond is quite full, I left the hosepipe running - ooops.

The Bush babies and sloths do love their cuddles, then the lemurs are there, sitting on your shoulders, wanting grapes.......

The meerkats have enjoyed some fresh scorpions and lots of meal worms. They also had some big grubs, lots of crunching  They had a delivery of sand, to top up their habitat, they do fling it around, when they dig out new tunnels.

Blush is busy in the bamboo, I can hear him rustling about. The little owls are hooting and catching voles and meeces, I think Miss Sleek has sent some in for them.

The lake is all ready for the seals, it is well stocked with fish, the filters are working, we only want clean water for them.

Johnny is on tonight and I think the Super Vet is calling in, to check on all our lovelies.

Phew, it is beyond busy in there. We might need extra keepers.

We have had a chilled out evening, enjoyed our naps, after getting up so early. I did not take much rocking.

Off out for brunch tomorrow at the antique center / tea room. Which will be v nice. Just the two of us........that is a song I believe. Yes, Bill Withers.

I hope everyone is ok, that you got back home safely Toni, after what will have been a busy day, it looked packed to the rafters at Wimbledon. Rest up now, Matron's request.

Hi to Christine, who is a million miles away. Hope you are having a lovely time with your family and have chance to get out and about, in between looking after the GC.

Hi too, to Mig, Elizabeth, Charrisse and all, leaving hugs all round.

    Everyone take care, XXX Aidan

A little bit of magic, to help us rest well

    Morning everyone :)

Joan Lexi needs a step so she can get on your bed :)

Kath my Mum used to knit be red pusscats when I was little I ad a baby and a mummy :) They weren't like bagpuss cats though :?

Kerrin - Daisycat and Pepe were FULL of admiration for Jericat's attempts at flying!! She has potential apparently :) She managed with just the hessian for grip.

Wimbledon was FABULOUS!! we had a great day saw Potro and Kokkinakis what a game 3 and a half hours fabulous :)

VERY crowded though so hold on tight to your fiancé's hand.

    Carol
CONGRATULATIONS!!! Very impressive 47 years and what a family you started too :D If you Mum can see she will be pleased for you.
    n025.gif

The weather was FANTASTIC and we didn't burn as I put factor 50 on us both ;) We parked in St Anne's Church grounds for £25 a bargain.

I am here Barbara if you look VERY carefully about 20 secs in...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VwgBHP_2pTA I am 3rd row up on the rt 6th person in from the left wearing a white Wimbledon cap. Keep watching you'll spot me!!

Kokkinakis did so well against Del Potro. The game was 3 and a half hours though so very very tiring.

He is Australian Christine and certainly one to watch. hope you are a happy Mum/Grandmother ATM out there :)

Aidan I saw them! the pusskins!! They were both on Miss Slimkins broomstick. I looked up thought it was a low flying plane but no!! It was them tails up. They did a loop the loop for me :)

They are very impressed with Jericat. They think she was just trying to run before she had mastered the basics :)

Glad you have a new boiler and all is well now I hope you were able to cool the place down

I had pimms and strawberries and cream. I was stuffed, but managed to eat a pastry thank you

When I got home I had to hear all about their adventures yesterday. Pepe was amazed by it all totally awed :) ahhh.....

They parked his broomstick at Watford gap services and flew on Miss Slimkins' after that.

    What a fabulous day.

Today will be one of immense recovery.

    Love

Ah Barbara good manners :) How sweet is Niamh. You will have to set up lots of different things for her to do to keep her occupied. Will she be fetched before her tea or will you be feeding her?

    It's 25 past 3 how are you both doing I wonder? :?

You would love Wimbledon - it's fabulous such an experience it is :D

Afternoon to all, it is getting warm, verging on a wilt............

I am SO glad you had a lovely time at WImbledon, yes, saw you, saw you...........:) the link shoes you in your white hat, how cool 8) 8) I would have loved to watch delpo and kokkinakis play, as in live that is. Long match too.

You did right to hang on tightly, it looked uber busy. Strawberries, cream, Pimms, then a nice pasty, way to go.

    Now to recover.

Pepe was also ful of admiration of Jericat. I am glad you spotted them at Wimbledon, I think they had a play on the spider cam too

Miss Sleek has been on Skype while we were out, fur evidence, from carpet gliding.
I think he knows what doggies are now, she showed him pics of puskins and he knew them no trouble. She did slip in a picture of a Lion, roaring, so, obviously he fainted, again. He seems ok now, but could not possible eat any of his food as it is tainted by the vets.

He didn't say he was riding pillion with Miss Sleek, but, going into the big city, it was best to have someone in control. He was fibbing when he said he flew all around London................telling porky pies.

The new boiler is wonderful, so quiet....... just a teeny tiny leak from the filling loop connection, so called Mr Plumber and he is coming tomorrow to attend to it. It is nothing that a little cloth cannot cope with. But best to have it sorted.

Have a nosey round the zoo later - we have a heard of Llamas and Alpaca's and seals, with babies of course. We have buggies to get around, thank goodness.

Hi Barbara I guess it is more tiring than you think, having people in doing jobs, making T and nattering. He is back tomorrow to fix a teeny tiny leak.

Up and coming players, well, Dominic Thiem is one, Pouille, Kyle Edmund is doing well..........Ostapenko is a real little fighter on the WTA, won the French Open.

We have some locum zoo keepers in at the moment, to cope with the number of lovelies that we have now. They step in when we are out and about and make sure everything is running well.

Brunch was very nice, thank you. It was quiet when we arrived, but by the time we were near to leaving it was packed out with people queuing at both doors in. Time for us to exit asap.

Your 48th Anniversary in August, it is Mum n Dad IL, it is their 60th, so they will get a card from Her Majesty.

I hope Niamh is ok, keeping you busy no doubt, wanting everything out at once, lol. I hope she settles as school too, how lovely that she is so polite, bless her little socks.

Right, it is pills time, my back is shouting "tramadol", so I had better away and dose myself up.

I hope everyone is ok, taking care and enjoying some fine weather. They say there are some serious thunderstorms on the way tomorrow  :?
    Until later XX Aidan
