Hi DD, Speedy, Wonky, I, Joan, Barbara and Tilly,

Been a better day in some ways.... had some friends call in though I think they might have wished they hadn't..... and we had met up somewhere else.......

Its getting a bit treturous in the lanes and they found to their cost just how.... nobody was hurt, though I very nearly got mowed down with out knowing I was abut to be.....

Not by the friends, they are much too kind to do that White van man and stroppy one at that :roll:

My friends had to have a tractor pull them out and he had to go round the block an come up the other way cus he couldn't get purchase on the lane either.... nor could white van man but he could still go fast even after he managed to get the front of his van out the hedge on the corner... idiots eh?! But its personal for me cus I don't much care to be mowed down

DD I a sorry your not feeling too well. Sadly there is a lot of it about but I hope you can soon throw it off. ((( ))) and a get well soon potion xx

OH I its a failure the mtx where the bone are concerned big time..... its not got too good a hold on the crohn's either really but then I am pushing the crohn's (if the ulcer is down to the crohn's?!) and eating nice food.... should be on a diet but....

I see him on the 29th and have to try and talk to him about the wrists and elbows cus they are being eaten and we never talk about them..... we get bogged down in how bad my feet are and the lack of circulation etc but the wrists and neck are impacting so much I need to ask about them........

I got to remember to ask about this paralyzation thing at the very least........ I knew earlier I had to ask something but forgot what it was... its the paralyzation and I must remember cus that's fairly horrible and shows cord pressure I would have thought....

Ooer Cris that lane sounds scary flower and how dare that white van man try to mow you down, as if you haven't enough to contend with. :roll:
Glad you had some friends to visit though and do hope the sheepsies all keeping warmish and wellish now. Tis freezing everywhere methinks. Specially at poor Wonkys house!! and I do hope Trish's family managed to get a flight today.
Work was what can only be described as manic today, but I did at least have some decent help. Am supposed to be somewhere else tomorrow but am not sure it will happen with train disruptions. Fingers and toes crossed.
Cris do get a list ready for your next appointment, so you don't forget the neck thingy and wrists. We do worry about you and you need someone to take care of YOU for a change.
Hang in there love and hope you feel less wished soon.

my my Cris life is never simple for you , its nice to have friends drop in hope they weren't scared off by the white van man [ i can assure you that most have their vans insured up here at least ] , i so hope you get a thaw soon , its the shortest day on the 21st which means a very slight difference in the dark time ,take care leaving hugs by the bundle for one and all xxxx

Bit more last night but only enough t cover the footprints in. Its not majorly cold just covered in white stuff..... and ice on the lanes under the white stuff.

The milk tanker went through so that will have helped and I think I heard a car fail on the bottom lane again but wouldn't go that way after yesterday. Have t go get some hay in a min so will try and find a heatwave while I am out.....

Oh he isn't trimmed... he doubles up as a giant great Christmas tree and has lights all over him..... bit of a sad thing I do given the toll he makes me pay If I can get into town I will go get these thorns removed as a coupe are going a bit iffy just now and I cant hold the needle ... or see so good close up......

Hope your doing okish and stay warm. Oh is the gillet helpful or not? Get your self some of those biol and click gel warmers cus they are very good indeed. (((( )))) and a hope xx

Yes the gilet is good thank you for asking. OH is fitting a cig lighter to scooter so that i can be plugged in all the time while out, that way will also recharge batteries. Clever he is.
Will av to remember to unplug when i get off or will rebound back x x x
Glad sheep is a little better and you aren't doing too bad.

Mr DD is making the return trip with my mama, I hope they will be back in by 5, it will have been a long day for him. The house is nowhere near ready, you can't see the dining room table for rubbish, so I think it's a big-bowl dinner in front of the telly tonight! I am thinking of you. DD

Cris, my admiration for you is now boundless! I went for a 10 minute walk to the local community centre on Saturday evening and have just woken up properly this afternoon!

I suppose we'd had about a foot of snow then - I found walking in it so tiring that it's knocked me out for a couple of days - it was a lovely carol concert, but I won't be going again under the same circumstances.

I think you have borne the brunt of this latest lot? I must catch up with the news this evening. I'm happy to say that ours has mostly disappeared and it's been raining all afternoon.
At least I should get to the hairdressers tomorrow which is good as I'm beginning to resemble an Olde Englishe sheepdog.

I so hope you and yours are all ok and not buried in a snowdrift somewhere on t'moor........and glad to see that the poorly one is now better!

Cris asked me to post for her last night to say she couldn't get the dongle to work, but I couldn't get on here either for one reason and another. :roll: :roll:

Cris is struggling with the cold she has had for months, and is trying to take it as easy as she ever can, considering the weather, her concern for the sheep, and the chickens and ducks of course

So she is thinking of you all and will pop on when her dongle allows, though it might be a while as the weather is freezing down there, and that doesn't help.
