Hi Wonky,

Oh there are bucket loads of things that could scare.... all of us have that potential eh?! To varying degrees we are ll broken

Its not fair to dump this on one single person... so... I hitting the lot of you... who said I was kind?!

I will use that one to be honest.... The neck is major cus its starting to take me out...... I need to know both why and an it be slowed down... They keep saying its unstable... ok so rod it!

They must be able to do something eh?

You know my wrists and elbows have never been xrayed! I know its very obvious.. as are my hands but I do wonder about erosion and also the wrists are losing movement so are the fusing up? I just want to know....

Then i get in to the rumo, he is kind to me, I get very upset and forget everything so he sets the pace and circulation and complications (not least the ward sister) are all we talk about.

He pokes the wrists and ups the mtx.....

I kinda need more even if it were just placebo!

I am so sorry you are having all those troubles and hope that at your appointment they can give you advice. You must be in so much pain and feel so fed up.
I have been thinking about you over the christmas period but just been too tired to do any replies.
I saw country file the other evening and they were in west cornwall. I saw the tim mines you put on your thread. They were remembering a lifeboat too that had a disaster in mousel (prob spelt wrong sorry)

Thank you for trusting us and telling us what's going on. I know you were mostly talking to wonky but it's there for us all to see and yes, we need to know and you need to tell us. The snow was getting a bit beyond the pale but this .... melt water, constant heavy rain and deep permafrost has all produced a quagmire and be honest I kinda wishing the snow was back... least it was dry

How do you spell it.... the English forced their spellings on things years ago so its officially spelt Mousehole but its actually spelt Mowzal

Its a lovely place and the lights are amazing

Yep the Penlee disaster..... was so sad and I think showed incredible bravery cus had they got clear with just the 4 they would have lived... they went back in cus there was still a child on the boat......

It was such a bad time for Mowzal and rightly s still commemorated on the 19th only they just turn the lights out for an hour.... used to turn them off all that day.

Went down last week and this year all the bulbs are LED Its am amazing place and for me, well my people came fro there on one side so I am kinda home there as well

Its tomorrow afternoon but I got two times in my head s have to ring to find if either is right...... Tis definitely the afternoon though.....

No was talking to the ether.... its kinda worrying me and Wonky was , as she always has been there and kind enough to chuck me a life belt.

I can cope with the pain, the uselessness (cus I basically wont have that) the lot but not the paralasation.... that freaks me every time cus you think is this it......Half heartedly been there before....can't cope with it cus its not conducive to anything at all.......

My life comes at a price but at the same time it has really kept me mobile. I have to do things and I have to get up. More importantly I have to have some use...... its a design fault but I need to have some use.

This lot do me more good than harm......

Side glance at sheep fleeces....... oh and their feet....

Just got to sit out the recession then its def plan B..... In the mean time if it gets too hard I do have plan C on a back burner.....

I hope you managed a little sleep last night. The post code lottery is terrible, is there any point in contacting your MP? I know Iris did and she did get some positive response from him. Awful I know but could there be a way of skipping into another authority to get the specialised medications?
It is a good plan to pass over your list as your Rheumy is a good one and will start with the neck worries and then go through the rest of the list. It is important that you get your wrists and hands sorted too.
I do hope he can send you for the scans and x-rays this time.
I know you started on some background plans a good while ago. They do in a strange way comfort and help to give you a way forward. Hang on in there flower, and remember we are all behind you.

Hi I,

Apparently according t the gp's, the trust ere wont pay for you to go to Devon.....

We have one hospital, the rest being satellites to that one.....t means there is no real choice and they are making sweeping cuts......

They paid off the last 'manager' huge money to get rid you and I would be sacked! Its really a bad set up and the hospital honestly has been bottom of the tables since they started....

How ever the pain clinic, gastro and rumo units (or hats left of them now) are very good and some of the ortho's are....

Yep going to try and do the list.... holding a pen and writing arent my strong points but recon Wonky's list is worth copping......

I need to know what's gong on wit the paralyzation, I really do..... that's fair isn't it?

Mind talk about asking something you don't really want the answer too......

Had a sort of lazy day again... would have had a kip but the neck doesn't like me sleeping cus that's when I hurt it.....

Its this not being able to turn over thing....

It doesn't matter what i try I just move and turn over anyway...haven't tried a person but its about all that's left to try I know I wouldn;'t roll over one of them

I am so used to fighting for space with the employers that even a bolster filled with horribly uncomfortable tightly paced cushions doesn't stop me trying to turn over.... i end up on my back... the lumber don't lie it and the neck ends up being over to the left and I wake in sheets of pain, I mean unbelievable and till I can get the left arm to move my head paralyzed.....He got to find out why!

Once there is a why there might be a 'cure' though I's suggestion of a collar/brace does seem likely......

I hop matricide hasn' been on your menu and still think that estuary mud and cliffs is a good escape route..... (((( )))) xx

I will get some kind of answer to this neck..... I am thinking another mri? Toni said could it be done with m head lent to the left cus that's when the trouble starts but I don;t know as they would do that and also don't know if I could take that ain't for the length of a scan without moving......

The disc are meant to have budged to the right and the narrowing is also meant to be n the right but the left side is both the soft tissue up to my skull and the left shoulder... well that's the pain clinics domain

Keep forgetting to say but the muscle however much its tried (and it has) has been unable to lock up s it can do... pins and needles are back but then the neck isn't happy

I am with you on the want to know – don’t want to know thing but as you say it is about getting to the bottom of your morning paralysation problems. I hope that the night neck brace is the answer for you flower.
It is a ridicules situation with the Health Trust down there. The powers that be should be ashamed of themselves. I am so angry for you and all those in your catchment area.
I think you are right about our Sid and spring. The sparrows are already squabbling and making a fuss around here. Maybe they know something we don’t and we will have an early spring after all.

Afternoon, my lovely, I am seriously on the drag today and I do apologise. I haven't been lazy, I was in Sainsbriz by 8am, home by 9.30, then brekky and shower, then off for the meth (done it again, all by myself) now I'm home and the 'puter is restored to its proper place, no more wobbling and balancing on the bed - hoorah!
