    I’m sorry you’re going through the mill and I hope they get you sorted soon. Hospital is no place to be if you’re feeling ill. Take it easy & let them look after you. We want you back here soon.
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Huge hugs to all of you lovely people, I'm so touched and teary to read your lovely messages. I'm off the oxygen at the moment so that's something, still feel like the cast of riverdance have jigged all over my chest :sad: exhausted and incredibly sore, about to take tonight's meds, so thankyou again, and if it's not too cheeky, please keep the messages coming, I'll keep you updated. ((()))

    Hi Poppy, sorry you are feeling so poorly and are in hospital. Make sure you have a good stash of mags/books and some music to listen too. Also some ear plugs! Hope you manage to get some rest and start to feel some improvement soon.

    I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.

    Am home!! So happy. Very very tired and still sore. Back Monday at rheumatology im off all meds except 40mg prednisolone and morphine. My sister (a&e paediatrics nurse) is staying here and ive got oxygen just in case. Have to go back if any problems but hoping and praying that's it now.
    Thankyou for your support everyone who posted, was and still is very scary to feel you cant breath for pain.
