    My poor darling girl. I don't have the words but I think you are doing the right thing in attending today's event. The physical presence has gone, never to return, and I hope that puts some sort of a lid on the memories. My cope breeding programme has been going quite well so I am sending you a bunch of small ones (who should grow quite rapidly under your ministrations), quite a lot of love and masses of Micra-filling hugs. DD

    Well GOOD MORNING All

    She dun it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    She was amazing and got there and it was alright (she actually got a bit lost but to quote Ange she carried ".....on anyhow...")

    But things were better in some respects than she ever imagined!!! She was late getting to me because some extended family kept her talking so long!!

    Did l care? Not one bit they made the day so much better than she feared it would be.

    Lucy and l waited at a little chef (somewhere off the M40)....and it was GREAT to see her! All the hugs fitted in her car - it being larger. She had a bite to eat and all the support from here, several cuppas and the dogs got a quick once round some 'fields'.

    I got home about 11pm and Cris texted at 20 past 3 to let me know she was safely home. Not at all bad going eh?!

    Thanks from Cris to All of you and appologies that she will not be on here early to give you all this news herself, but she will do her very very best to get on when she wakes up!!

    Love and HUGE hugs to everyone from her and me too :wink:

    Cris I was dreaming last night that there where sheepies on the motorway...I think they must have been coming to to look for you... :smile:
    You did it girl...and we are so very proud of you...only you know how hard that was....

    Yes l think a lot of good came of it Val you are right.

    AND......

    my arms ARE aching for all those hugs!!! Some people had sent them to Cris for me too which was lovely - thanks to those of you - you know who you are.

    Lucy got a lovely photo of me and Cris with teh dogs so l am happy with that too.

    Treated Lucy to her ears peirced for being such a 'happy helper' yesterday :grin:

    Hi Cris, what an extremly long tiring and emotional day you had yesterday, I hope that today you have been able to rest and catch up on your sleep and that you are feeling ok.

    Toni thank you for your updates, I think seeing you and Lucy will have really helped cheer cris up.
