    It amazes me how many of us are fit for work :x
    My mum could pass the assessment & shes had an extensive stroke
    Ive just sent my appeal in so let see what happens :!:
    It also amazes me that Atos also did my assessment for my NHS ill health retirement & they say Im not fit enough to do my job Then 2 days later Im fit for work according to the jumped up Nurse i saw
    Now im a staff nurse & my code of conduct states I should do no harm to my patients plus a lot more :!:
    So how can he justify saying Im fit when working does me harm :x
    Very strange & just because Ive got my pension Im not giving up on giving them hell & will take it to a tribunal :x
    looks like wew all need to stick together & not let them win

    good luck a friend had her medical and fot nothing for her physical illnesses she got points on mh she of 18 points i have seen the scoring sheet and I have also seen her report the person who did her medical told her should would be fine prob get on mh not physical due to that she not seen specialists yet been treated by her dr the report is so wrong says she not a danger to her self and others and how well she concentrates she is safe she has tried to kill herself and is far from safe we have appealed because she has evidence from mh teams and drs but they expect you to get the information which some drs do not do till atos request it

    That is puzzling how the same company can contradict themselves in but it depends who they are sending the report to..It just goes to prove that if they are doing work for DWP they are failing much more than saying they are not fit for work..You know your onions too so im guessing this will stand you in good stead for your appeal but it shouldnt be happening...
    I hope your mum has better health and luck with her claim.

    Well this just shows how incompetent DWPs :x
    I have just recieved a letter from the same person saying I was not going to get anything as Im deemed fit for work so they say :x Stating they required my next sicknote as previous ! was running out well it ran out in dec my next runs out on 28th Feb :roll:
    If I dont send one in my payments will be stopped :x
    What payments Ive not had any yet :roll:
    I just dispare
    So lets see what this woman says when I send my sicknote in :roll:

    By far and large it is the worst system ever. We must all watch Panorama tonight "The Big Disability Scam" at 8.30pm...
    The sick note thing always gets me too they always seem to want another one before it runs out, Im sure its to try and confuse us more so we don't send them in and they can stop payments but in your case you haven't been paid!
    We all must keep fighting but this is a severely warped and wrong system..

    As it turns out it wasn't as interesting as I thought...Already knew about A4E have had experience or their help..Didn't realise the companies got big bonus incetives to employ the harder to employ people.

    True thought it would have been more on their assessments and atos but least I know who the minister for work and pensions think he will be another 1 I might write to!

    Sorry I didn't realise you'd been through ESA already. When they failed you last time on the day what happened payment wise? Did you appeal?

    They will try to concentrate on your recovery and you will have to remind them its only 3 months since you had major surgery and you need to recover slowly and carefully so as not to set back the recovery.

    I can only wish you all the best and hope you can get through to them

    Didn't you? I did post when had the last medical and scored 12 points not 15 and it was hellish what they wrote about me...Never mind....Last time I had to go with community legal advice and they filled in GL24 for me but now if want to go back to them they charge me £20 to retrieve records...My appeal was eventually successful as they looked at the decision again and after going in march it got backdated in october...

    Well I've no idea how they run their dept but to me they are totally incapable!
    Hubby rang to say they had made a payment! They said I was fit for work and wouldn't get any money! Sent in appeal next thing get letter asking for my 2nd sick note they haven't got the 1st one yet!! But it appears now
    They are paying me!! Was going to send em a nasty letter but will just send sick note in and see what's next! All letters are sent by same person! I'm just amazed and bewildered on how they are so incompetent!
    Just keep at them they know they are in the wrong so don't let them win

    The term *iss up in a brewery, they couldn't run one could they possibly but they are in charge of the governments plans to cut benefits....Its amazing how they can cut all this money from us scrounger??? But can send millions of aid and soldiers to the likes of Syria (tyranical leader) and Mali....
    If they are paying you the princely sum of £71 is it, same as JSA? whoopee doodle doo then keep sending in the sick notes...The elbow hasn;t got a clue what the *um is doing?

    DWP really need to get their act together!
    Both letters practically the same 4 pages long
    Only one mentions I'm appealing :roll:
    I'm lost for words really all I can say is there can't be any trees left around Belfast :roll:
    Have you any more news?
    Hey we could work for them I'm sure we would do a much better job than them :lol:

    You are getting lots of love letters from them, it would seem they cannot leave you alone...Seriously though its so disjointed!
    No disrespect to you or I but I think a deaf dumb and blind donkey could do a better job than they are doing...
    I posted my medical on here,,,Not terribly hopeful, why should i be the exception?

    No it seems they are letting me enjoy my weekend but looked back and last time had medical on wed and the result was in on saturday so I reckon monday morning will bring me the joys!

    I've had no brown envelopes from Belfast since Thursday so lets see what drops through letterbox
    Wish they assessed me now as my backs given out but then again they would still say I was fit for work!!

    I doubt it the more I think about it if I answered I can have a shower and said can't do household chores then she will see that as me being fit...I am just waiting for the envelope..

    Im now thinking that once its all sorted Ive got my pension up and running Im writing to the Chief Exec telling him what is wrong with the Trust

    All we are getting is junk mail everyday..Im sure some little ATOS hitler is enjoying seeing me get up wait for postman and then breath sight of relief when its not there...But then again I want it...I bet it comes at the weekend when I cant contact CAB...
    Good on you writing to your CE and it probably did you good to write it down, let it all out...
