Lucy ate the following:

Veggie 'something posh' from Sainsbury, mash, carrots, peas, swede, parsnips, peas, cauli, broccoli and two yorkshires :cheesygrin:

ALL GONE :rudolph:

This time last year I don't think she manage more than one mouthful.

I think Elizabeth said "What a difference a year makes"

I owe a lot to the QE and to all the staff there(to Stafford hospital for spotting it - now named 'County Hospital ) and to you all for keeping my spirits up :oops:

You will never know how pleased I am to read your Christmas posts - I am thankful that it all went off well, that she ate so much (good girl, Lucy!) and that she didn't catch P's nasty bug. I intend to repeat the exercise today with another roast for New Year's Day

Tomorrow it will be one whole YEAR since Lucy did her epic faint in Primark :shock: and all this kicked off

I still can't believe she actually has leukaemia...my daughter.

Anyway I'm sure this year will be much better than last for us here

Yes, I remember it all kicking off. I guess it was an awful year yet one in which you all discovered strengths you never knew you had, especially those of your amazing young daughter. I wish you (a)all the strength and stamina of last year and (b)that it won't be needed. xxx
