Hi all, bit of a long day and got a bit tied up with things, only ordinary things parcels and stuff to do, so best call it a night as (for once) I don't have to get up so am hoping for a decent night. Lots of solid rain setting in from the early hours am not looking forward to that.

Morning Skinny Keef I am about to try a new pain medication myself collected it yesterday after they stopped my anti-inflams had issues with most pain meds one way or another. Mind I read the side effects and they do look a bit scary so I'll try for the first time before bed on a serious pain day. Do you realise how close you came to starting the new page? A couple of lines away I reckon. Are you allowed anti-inflammatories? If so which do you take? I used to find them really helpful for pain management so wondered. Hope the family are well Keef. Morning Reshmi how are you? Are you over your MTX hangover? Think of me my friend today🙄 How is your Mum? I don't like the sound of sweating either. I think it's also a sign of a hypo so I can see why you were worried. I would have been too.

Your Mum does not like it if any of you are in pain or ill does she bless her. How is your sister doing? any better at all? Is the party today or tomorrow I am hoping for tomorrow more time for her to recover.

Oh dear your Mum keep stuff does she? That's not good they can be trip hazards, but as you say they are your mum's things you have to leave her to it I suppose. Just make your you are extra careful.

Old maids day? How very rude! Today is food safety day so i have cooked our breakfast with full brand new hazmat outfit on. Respect.

Have you ever tried frickles (sorry if I said this before)? battered pickled gherkins. I really like them good substitute for fish.

Morning Toady. I am exhausted too. I have to empty Tia's pet treadmill starting today as well as feed the cats morning and night (well about 5pm). Started on Tuesday, but they are having a wonderful holiday which they desperately need so it's worth it. She also helps with Sleek.

We were supposed to be going up to Congleton for a car show today we shall see how it turns out. Fingers crossed it settles, this rain.🙄

I hope you slept well and feel energised a bit today. Sleek seems keen on a duvet day and is on her way in her onesie.

Hi all.
Toni, I was taking Naproxin but it made my depression bad, so I swapped over to Diclenofac (spelling) which is somewhat less effective but much less of a depressant. With the vit D and iron and folic acid and tramadol i am on so many pills, more on anMTX day. Only taking 4 tram a day now and although I am in more pain, I sleep much better till about 4 am when I get up. Me and Sucré are just chillin upstairs in my room watching Harry Potter (again) as it raining. Although the parts to repair my guitar arrived yesterday so we really ought to be doing that but I don't feel like it atm. He is banned from the bunker after the guitar breaking incident. I was very cross.

also my stomach is a little bit ookey so I’m praying to the gastric gods again

How are you all?

I’m finally starting to feel a bit more human after sleeping for limitless hours lol

a little poem by me as promised 🙏

VC poem called “A VC dwellers’ ode, To SK, Toni and the toad(y)”
God made the Folic acid
I forgot one dose in Parental - Tantrum Central
But I am not placid
One dose missed plus someone poured strong coffee in my weak cup of tea
But I found out it was just innocent Skinny Keef of the VC family
So I let this antic slide, as I know he’s been awake since the very early hours
Then I looked out of the window and saw a toady hiding from phantom neighbours amongst the flowers
Meanwhile Toni had bought a new hat in a most suitable frog-like green
And Mima was praying to the stomach gods in preparation for attending Sunday’s party scene

I’m Trying to do things bit by bit today otherwise I will not get anything constructive done at all ha ha
