    Hi Debs,

I am never sure ho warm they are especially if they get wet  Actually the Honorable lady Wishtiria looked a bit cold tonight. She's been standing by the door I think....... She did mention she needed to come sit by the fire but I think it might have been a ploy cus I told her I had some drum playing gorilla stuff in the fridge and she is very into that :lol:

I'll get the tea cus I couldn't get colder if I tried...... Mowzal and back in this Temp in a car that ship in water and has no heater takes some beating eh?! xx

As I have a vivid imagination I have just stopped laughing at the picture. My grandchildren made me feel guilty for not having one this year. You should have seen their faces when I told them that the Yukka was my tree this year. And the look that they gave me.
That would have made you laugh.

    Hello Jan
How bad is it over there? We just have a light covering at the moment - ground is so hard from the frost, it's bound to stick now.
OH has put tv on and someone has just made a comment that it is the worst winter for 100 years?

How can they say that? What about the high drifts of 58, 63, 76 & 77. Thought they were the worst. Before all that there was the winter of 45 or 47, just after the war. Obviously I do not remember those, but I do remember 1958 because I got stranded in a bus betweet Kettering and Thrapston and had to walk through high drifts to some houses in Cranford. (Northamptonshire)
Perhaps we could start another thread called SNOW.

Good fire going there Jan. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.luv it

    Morning Joy, and Jan,

I`m starting to think I`m never going to get out again. Can`t even see my car, just a huge mound of snow. Daren`t say anything to my lads, I`ll get told off for not putting it in the garage. Ah, well, what the eye don`t see!

Anyone want a mince pie? Just when I thought I`d shifted most stuff, I found a dozen, that I bought from M&S as "back-up".......Ange.

Delboy, you have just reminded me that I've got some Baileys for putting in coffee. Bought them for Christmas
Angel. You will get out never fear Rehabs here, where?
Jan. Have you got warm yet?
I'm struggling this morning to get warm OH has suggested we get out and get the things we need before it gets worse. Sun's coming out now. I don't think it will get worse here in K....
Shines on the rightous they say. I think this is going to be my lucky year.
I don't think I ever want to see another mince pie - at least until next year. At the party on New Years Eve, someone bought some mince pies, well they were mincemeat mixed with cranberries. Lovely :D
I've had to throw a lot of stuff out for the birds y'day. Will give the fridge a good clean out this aftos' Still got to get the raindeer and sleigh off the roof outside. Father Christmas went to sleep yesterday. Still seeing Paul's face when he saw him. "Hello Santa" he said. Cannot believe he will be 3 on the 13th, next week. 13 is going to be my lucky number this year.

See you all when I get back
