yes, I'm ok today thanks. Hubby going off to London to visit his Mum, so I'll be doing housework, getting stuff tidy so he can mess it all up again when he gets home. :)

This time of year or late Autumn is best otherwise it's too crowded with tourists. Great easy river walks and pubs on the banks.

have a great day Delboy. Been meaning to ask you, where do you get your little smileys from, I love em.

I have a few on my photobucket account and add to it when I see one I like on other fora or from a Google search.

    oh, ok, thanks for that.

I was at a cancer fundraising ceilidh last night and approx. £5,500 was raised!! And it was great fun - knee playing up a bit thought but it was worth it.

That was brilliant, Pheebs, and a definite reason to be cheerful. I hope your knee isn't too sore today.

I am cheerful because I am going for a well earned half an hour's nap! I was up at 7.30, made some bread rolls, cooked a chicken and some sausages. Lunch was freshly made rolls, of course :D
:D:D Beef roast dinner tonight, I love Saturdays! :D

The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything.

If you can lay down at night knowing in your heart that you made someone's day just a little bit better, you know you had a good day.

My two Granddaughters..giving me an hug just because they wanted to.
Spring is just around the corner.
My Oh has made me a contraption to plant seeds in the garden.
My eldest Granddaughter is doing really well in Spanish, despite not liking it one bit.
    No blood test this week.
    My ankle is healing well.
Think I had better stop there, but could go on,
    Barbara xx
    Love

    Hi Sue

I calculate that would be £36. 40 in a year, so save it up and buy something nice for yourself.

    Hi Barbara,
I just love it when peeps have good things happen to them. Dont stop your list, we dont mind if you have more good things to list.
(I would like to know about the 'contraption' to plant seeds in the garden). I love gardening, but do struggle with certain things.

I'm cheerful because it looks like daughter in law seems to be beating the Non Hodgkins. And in a few weeks she will be out of quarantine. There will still be bad days and good days like ourselves, but it will be good to see her out this summer, lets hope it will be a good one. She couldn't even go and sit in the garden last year.

Also cheerful because two daffodils have come out today.

and thirdly, am I aloud to have something else. I am cheerful that my grandchildren are all coming tomorrow.

Oh, sorry a fourth. It was good news about my ct scan was OK!

    Joy

    PS I'm always cheerful anyway!
