Hi Cris,
Hope you are going to have the promised early night.
Just wanted to say good luck with the pain clinic and please make sure you have all your questions ready.
When you are at the sales do they have veg stalls? Just wondered as I'm sure they would quarter some veg for you and top and tail carrots etc.
Easy to micro or stew if your mate would put it into a flask for you.

With you in spirit - would far prefer to be with you in person. Tell them EVERYTHING. This is not the time for concealing information, they have to know how it's been for you for a while now, the cold, fatigue, lethargy, the sleeping - I'll be thinking of you, let us know how it goes. Hi Chris,
I'm ok with the jabs really.... they are usually such a relief I am never in danger of not going The botox is new but its meant to work well.... and it can't hurt too much else no body would have the quantities they have in their faces eh?! Lets hope the practising to get my head round so quick will have paid off She is still going to use a bit of medrone (I think) so once that's been absorbed I do tend to feel better and the drips not too far off now.....
Hope work is okish this week and duvet day tomorrow for you Love and a ((( ))) Cris xx
Hi Louise,
I see Doctor H as well. he he is away for 3 weeks so that might be why they haven't got back to you? I had to speak to the duty rumo to get the mtx dose increased.
Glad they haven't said you wouldn't get funding at least that should mean its not T's policy at least... mind..... when does it give funding for anything?! We are kinda lucky though at least the rum department is good and Louise if you ever need it so is the pain clinic!
Bit of sun peaking through the clouds.... lets hope its dry tomorrow as I don't half need a sale... as long as I wake up ((( ))) xx
Hi I,
I could ask her, and maybe do some kind of deal over dog/cat foo and trades..... I like trades Shall pick up the slow cooker and that could well help eh?
I must talk about having this neck make permanent.... still feels a bit drastic even after a year ad a half! Hope you get a decent day and that the sun is out there? ((( ))) and hi to Jessie, Cris xx

Hi Cris,
Only just saw this thread  i have been away for a few days and it seems to take forever to try and catch up! ( i slept most of the time i was away  ) OH said you asleep again!!
I am so sorry to hear about your troubles but i agree with it being the fibro i am the same! you sleep, never feel refreshed and could keep sleeping as you feel as you never have enough and then you keep waking with all the pain and stiffness , never ending circle! Then you have the days chores to attend to and you just get even more worn out. With a cold on top no wonder you were out for the count!!! I am not suprised!!
May be a few early nights would help ? Its easier said than done i know. When your cold has done its course you should feel better and not so tired, it does take it out of you. So does the farm work , all that fresh air and manual labour. ( OH was farmers son ) long days early mornings makes you tired thinking about it
Sending you some ((((hugs))) and coffee cake

Hi All,
Sorry I couldn't get the connection to work at all till now.....
Bad day... left early enough half a mile down the road the nice 'new' car died wouldn't restart and couldn't be tow started as its an auto. Tried to jump it from a mates car but its too big so it was unceremoniously dragged home by a tractor and have sent the rest of the day trying to get it sorted.
Got a new blood test appointment but the pain clinic will send the appointment for who knows when.
Yo know I scraped my old car to stop this! Oh but got a lift to get milk so it could have been worse..... Anyway I shall make sure the sheeps electric fence battery is no longer on the fence and ready as back up cus that is big enough to get it working.... but flat cus that's sods law rule 42!
It stared after a few hours on fast charge so thankfully its just battery but I kinda hope it will start tomorrow and is a one off and not in need of a new battery....
Sorry folks, long horrible day! Though it didn't rain while I was hobbling about trying to find a willing tractor
Got a cuppa if anyone want one and will not spend the night in the chair but MUST get up in the morning early enough to charge it more if it hasn't help the charge.
You all take care and sorry its been an evil day actually. Cris xx0 -
hugs as think you need some after such a day hope tomorrow much better valval0

Chris i am so sorry...what a rotten day...you go and get some rest..and we will speak tomorrow
Sending you all the hugs I have left (((((((((((()))))))

Hi Val and Barbara,
Well it better start in the morning! :x I have to say there are advantages to having an auto now a days but at least if it had been smaller and a manual I could have rolled it... and why did it have to clear the village before it died!?! Its a nice car but it was cheap given its condition and size ..... Could have been worse it could have dumped me in a field 20 miles form home like the last one did
Will keep the battery on over night and hope I a) wake in time and b) it will start for the sale tomorrow...... You will hear me scream where ever you are if it doesn't! xx0 -
Oh Cris, what a frustrating day for you! I'm really sorry... I would probably have just sat in the car and cried!
Anyway Cris.. please try and get some rest tonight in bed, recharge your batteries as much as is possible.. you will need some energy for the sale tomorrow.
Will be in touch again tomorrow evening..
Marion x0 -
Oh Cris,
What a mess. Thought you had cracked it with the new car too.
Fingers crossed it was a one off like you say.
Good luck with the sale tomorrow, do hope the sun comes out for you at least.
Sleep well tonight,
Lv, Ix0 -
Oh Cris, your not having much luck are you.
I hope you can get another appointment soon.
Take care & im keeping me fingers crossed (ouch ) that it starts in the morning.
luv debs0 -
ohhh Cris how awful ! hope it starts tomorrow and you have a good day sleep well.(((hugs)))
Rose x0 -
Oh Cris, I really don't know what to say. I can't believe that, after everything, you were scuppered by your new car. What a c**P day for you. Everything crossed for you that you managed to get to bed for some sleep and that the car starts for you today.
((((())))) and energy buckets by the back door for you - and, coincidentally, the dustbin lid garden hunks also run a chauffeur service so will have them on standby "just in case".
Thinking of you.
Love Tilly x0 -
I'm gobsmacked. I hate that word but it's the only one that works. I am so sorry skezier. You defintely need some 'take care of me' time and bloody machinery goes and does that. As usual tho you try to see the bright side of it all. You are one courageous, tough-spirited woman. ((((((())))))) DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Hi Marion,
Oh there were tears  I was on a hill.... near a big tourist attraction but still on the lane and causing a bit of an obstruction.... never a tractor about when you need one eh?!
Start the new dose of mtx today... lets hope it works for us both and not too many side effects...... ((( ))) xx
Hi I,
It was meant to stop all this walking and fretting eh?! I guess I am hard on cars, I junk then with hay and straw and overload them for the sales and this place is colder and bleaker than most places off the Moors! Its not been good weather, lights and the blower have been needed and everything on it is electric so maybe now its all charged up it will be ok for a good while eh?! Its just had it been manual I might have been able to bump start it...... Wouldn't be so nice to drive though, I find the clutch hurts now a days....
Hope Jessie doesn't get any ideas?! ((( )))) xx
Hi Cham,
I don't think I would chance spinach flower. Greens are not good for the crohn's, its to do with the celluis material... is that the right word or the stuff I got in my legs Hope your feeling much better this morning and leaving you a ((( ))) xx
Hi Debs and Snowy,
It worked and I got to bed again last night...... Have him on standby for a bit longer though Debs as I m still shattered and the armchairing is never too far away when you feels like this eh?! ((( ))) xx
Hi Rose,
It did start today, but so has the rain!Still least it held its charge over nigh and that's encouraging and it might have been a one off.... 10/10 for bad timing though  ((( ))) xx
Hi Tilly,
Oh they do chauffeur duties as well I hope its a big limo? They had to use the dustbin lids today but not for too long (only 5 missed calls so that's better eh?!) and the way I feel maybe it is better t rained.... hope its dry Sunday though..... Sending a cuppa and a ((( ))) but keeping the guys xx
Hi DD,
Sorry missed you there!
I wasn't yesterday had the whole range of emotions and the tractor driver clearly felt sorry for me.... I was still doing the'why me' bit when he drove past I really wanted my neck done cus it hurts.... see some bit of me is still just a small whining thing hey the increased mtx might help and I am now losing my eyelashes as well... guess they are hair after all
Hope your doing ok? ((( ))) xx0 -
I'm not doing too bad, thank you. Compared to you I'm in flaming clover! You've upped the meth, so I hope that does something - I guess you couldn't make it to Botox etc - has that been rescheduled? Or do I have it all wrong anyway? Seriously hun, if you are losing you eyelaashes start wearing glasses of some sort to keep stuff out of your eyes - safety goggles! That 'ud work! DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
-
Hi DD,
Never thought of that  Is that the job they do then? i had no idea, I don't know what I thought they were there for. I had red eye last night so that's how I notices the lashes are falling out.....I shall end up looking like I am auditioning for a part in Alien 3 at this rate Oh back to ' why me'! Why all of us actually.....
I saw you saying to Marion about other drugs and in October I kind hope the rumo will come up with something else if the raised dose doesn't work......I might still have a bit hair to try protect eh?!
Glad your doing ok and hows the music going? Mine about to slung on very loud..... could the cars stereo be why the battery was flat  xx0
