    Afternoon all

Barbara and Mig. Do you still have snow or has it gone away. We are the lucky ones this time, no snow forcast for us.

Well, we have done the big shop. Tony wanted to do it in the afternoon but I said if we didn't this morning, we would not be going at all. I had pain evverywhere this morning. Barbara, the diazepam does help, not taking the pain away but I dont care as much. Tony is insisting I make another appt as I didn't get the chance to tell her everything. So maybe Friday.

Hope you've all had a goodish day

Glad your snow has gone Mig...you must have blown it this way..

    Good morning all

Barbara, lets just hope they have it wrong and you only get a little. And I must admit I cant remember the last time I had cheese on toast as well, so can I have some.

Coco, you make sure you do rest. Knowing you, you will find loads to do.

Mig, as I said, lets hope they have it wrong.

Tony picks his parents up today from the airport, so housework is at the top of my list. Not that I feel like doing it. 3 hours sleep last night doesn't do me any good.

Hope you all have a good day.

    Evening all

Coco, I was just saying to my friend that I think I will have to stop dying because I cant keep bending over and washing out the dye. She suggested jumping in the shower which would be less stressful. So I am going to give it a go, why dont you next time.

Barbara, good on you for ringing, what are you intending to do now. Does he mean giving you a stronger dose on the next one.

Hope you all have a good night sleep.

Haven't been in for a few days. By the time I switch the computer on, I'm too tired to do any more than check my emails. Felt quite good today but everything started pinging on the way home from work so I could hardly walk by the time I got there. Just popped in quickly tonight. Hope everyone who wasn't too well is feeling better and you're all not having too much snow. They keep threatening that we are going to get a lot of snow but we've not had any more than a slight sprinkle. I'll have a hot chocolate then head off to bed.

Hobbles on to thread...... I thought physio was supposed to help....but I feel a lot worse  Oh well :)

Crikey Barbara, the weather does sound bad where you are. No snow here - wet, windy and very cold. Snow however is on its way
Hope your gd gets on well with her exam :)

I took early retirement at 55 and as you say Mig, at times like this its so nice not to have to go out.

Applerose and Karen - hope things settle down for you.
Karen, I also have a trapped nerve, but was never offered medication. My doc just sent me to physio :?. However, I could have done with some help whilst waiting - oh well :)

    See you all later :)

    Oh Catie
I was always in pain after physio...what do they say no pain no gain.... :o
You have a nice warm bath or shower.....and get some well earned rest...there you go sit there and I will make you a cuppa...much warmer in here than my house.. :D
I hope everyone is keeping warm,,,has anyone else got a double glazed door that blows in....
Still snowing here but very fine...really windy though...
I will see you all later xxxx

Just popping in for my hot chocolate. Thanks for leaving the kettle on for me Barbara. I've not been so bad today thank you.
They keep threatening us with heavy snow but we aren't getting any more than a sprinkle.
Retirement - don't think I'll ever get to retire. I was brought up thinking I would retire at 60 but the government has decided to put the retirement age up to 65 for my age group. It's 67 for the younger ones. By the time I get to that age, they'll have put it up again. Oh well, it keeps me out of mischief.
Catie, they say it feels worse before it feels better so I hope you feel the benefit of the physio by tomorrow.
Hope everyone manages to get a decent night's sleep.
