BARBARA, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU. Hope you're day has been a really good one, and you have been spoilt rotten.

I hope everyone else has had a goodish day. I'll be honest, spent most of it in bed today.

Elizabeth, know what you mean. My youngest is so easily bored.

Karen,I cannot understand anyone being bored. There's never enough hours in the day for me!
Barbara I've just put on my winter cardigan, over the top of another jumper. I don't think the summer clothing will get a look in this year
The laptops are proving to be so frustrating and I cannot get anything done as planned. Not able to play words either :(
Weekends and lie in tomorrow. Hooray!

    Evening all

Barbara, glad you had a lovely Birthday.

Elizabeth, it's not me it's the youngest. Unless she is doing loads of things she gets very bored easily. She gets bored from the minute she wakes up.

Been to the doctors today, both of us. We like doing things together you know.

And tomorrow our girls will be planting some new plants we bought today.

Hope you've all had a good day.

I know you meant its the kids who get bored Karen, just saying I can't understand why. We are always either on the go or trying to catch up with sleep. My older children weren't allowed to say they were bored and consequently love reading but the younger 3 are more from the computer generation. They go stir crazy without access to the net.

I really need some sunshine again That little patch we had was ages ago now.

Have a nice time Toni. Is this the French themed place you mentioned? whoops! just re read your post

Barbara enjoy having time with the GD's. Mine never go to their Nans  one reason we hardly ever get a night out. We used to use the carers but as you know they'll only come out for one Son now. Scuppered

Right hope everyone has a nice weekend sun or no sun.

    E x

    Morning all

Hope you all had a goodish night. It's not bad here at the mo. But it does look a little overcast. Fingers crossed.

Barbara, my physio only lasted for 3 sessions. Still get a lot of pain but have a bit more movement now. Dr noticed I have some really knotted muscles. But hey, she says I have arthritis what can I do.

Tony not doing so well, not only is he more and more unable, she is sending him for tests. She thinks he might have angina (can't spell it) just another worry. Has given him a spray to use until he gets all tests done and see's a consultant.

I have my interview next week at the job centre so I will need yu all in my pocket most def. I am really scared.

Elizabeth, my eldest is fine, always on the net. It's just from the minute the youngest is up, even when she does go out.( and she is out a lot now) Unless she is running around or doing something really physical she gets bored. I suppose it's all part and parcel of the A.D.H.D.

Hope you all have a good day and the weather is kind to you.

How did it go at the French show Toni? Did you find anything you liked?

Barbara hope you're enjoying having your GCs there. I'm sure you will be.

Karen hope your husband will be ok. My GP once said I had angina (I asked if it could be asthma but he said definitely not) and sent me to the hospital for tests. They found nothing wrong. The GP then said well he didn't know what it was and left it at that. A while later, I was talking to the nurse practitioner and I mentioned my symptoms and the tests and what the GP had said. The nurse said she though it was asthma and put me on an inhaler. I've been ok since. I'll come along in your pocket but I'm sure you will be just fine.

Good morning, its cold but the sun is trying to pop its head through the clouds,

sorry ive been missing again, its been quiet a week, lots of appointments for my son and we had a major step forward with him, he was invited to a water sports day at a local sailing club via help 4 heroes, He went along, me and terri said we would stay untill he was comfortable , anyway the guy running it said we could stay all day too and support him and terri (his sister was welcome to do the activities with him ) so we had a mad dash to asda to buy her swim kit and a towel and she joined him all day , we went out in a sail boat and spent an hour pottering around the bay, it was the first time i saw him relax in years, i could have cried, we were given lunch then the two of them went on a speed boat and then tried water skiing, terri got up on her feet first time which impressed dan, when he finished he clapsed on the seat by me, shattered but proud of himself for doing it all and being with strangers.

needless to say the day shatered me physically and mentally also so taken a few days to rejoin the normal world :D im so proud of him and my daughter for the support she offered him . one proud mummy xx

I hope evryone is doing okish and today is a good day for you all,

    kettle is on
