Evening to one and all. I am glad we are not alone with the spider season. Another one sat looking down at the floor lamp, so that's that theory out of the window !! I didn't see it, OH said oh, look at that spider....................... :o WHERE - trying not to drop my sandwich.
Soon dealt with by OH and I have been round everywhere with more spider repellant. (does it work, mmmmm, the Jury is out I think)

Anyway, I digress, roll on winter, when all this searching for mates is done and dusted. I will be a quivering wreck by then.

Oh Christine, an adoption, I think it is definitely on the cards, what a lovely pus cat and thank you for sharing the photo's. Keep us posted on developments.

Everyone seems to have hot tub trouble, it is aweful hearing something humming or buzzing, surely they don't have to run 24 hours a day. I agree it is the in thing. I would never be able to get in, or if I was in, I would never get out. I guess they are ok if they are in a detached house, away from any neighbours, then they can party till the cows come home and leave good folks to rest.
You Sons hand problems sound very familiar, the Ortho said it was ridiculopathy, loosing grip, pins and needles, not nice. I send things flying so often it is the norm these days.
The Dales are lovely, I lived in Skipton for 18 years, the gateway to the Dales, I know them pretty well and they are stunning, in all seasons.

Not long at all Barbara, I hope the car arrives early and motability let us pick it up before November. Yes, the changes in the NHS are many and varied, but, I cannot complain about my 7 admissions, or the care of family and friends over the years. When Dad was in, many times, I used to go in uniform and I knew quite a few staff members. When I was in, they always put me in a side room, probably to keep me from noseying what was going on :lol:
I am sure Niamh will be fine at school, starting on full days too and looking very smart in her new uniform.
Check those bed covers well, I am spider phobic at the moment.

Mig, can you not find the socket for the hot tub and disconnect it, late at night, lol. Just an idea :)

Toni, our pus cats are the same with spiders, they chase them under furniture, which is even WORSE, then I am in a fit. Just EAT them or pounce on the them, no chase them into hiding.
We need secretary's to do our typing, that is what we need. Save our wrists campaign.

Mum did come out for coffee and scones, the G centre was not too busy really, to say it was Bank Holiday. Then we went to Sainsb and Dad pushed Mum in a wheelchair, I pottered and OH raced off, so we were all looking for each other and getting nowhere
That was her first big outing since discharge, bless her. She will be tired now for a couple of days, I know. As long as pain and sickness is under control.

I had better move, I don't want to set like I did last night. Walking like Mrs Overall from Acorn Antiques.

Hi to Kath and Elizabeth and all.

Everyone take care, off to the hygienist tomorrow, so will be gleaming again :D and Nero-- and Marks............big day out, lol.

Aiden same here I have no complaints about the NHS..but feel for the nurse being run off there feet...glad that Mum had a good day it will take her mind off things..remember Mrs overall well..did you see the new are you being served..I enjoyed it but many have not..
We still have shell..they come back on Friday so not long its no trouble but I still worry with it being a baby...I slept well last night just under the sheet..I like the weight of the duvet far to warm...

Aiden, I'm not sure they do need the hot tub on 24/7 but it's the pump so I guess it's keeping it clean. I'd love to sit in one but don't think I could stand the noise. I once had a bubble spa for my bath. Only used it a couple of times because of the noise. One of my neighbours asked me if I could find a long sharp thing to push under the fence to puncture the hot tub. I've never had a stay in hospital other than when I was having my babies but my parents have both been in a few times. They couldn't praise the staff enough. I hope your mum has had plenty of rest today and that the pain and sickness are under control.

Barbara, I don't understand how the people with the hot tub stand the noise either. Right underneath one of the bedroom windows too. The train film sounds good. I love travelling by train. You've only got shell for a few more days then. I'm sure she'll be ok then. I like the weight of the duvet too but yes, too warm at the moment.

Kath, don't be worrying about us. You have your family to look after. Hope things get sorted out. Hope you are taking care of yourself too and not in too much pain.

Joan, I've been out all day so haven't seen the cat today. He/she definitely likes my garden.

I mentioned I had the opportunity to do course online. I clicked on two, thinking I'd do one then the other if I get time. I'm almost halfway through the main one I wanted to do. I got an email today saying they have extended the deadline by a week for me to take the exam for the second course. Don't think there's any chance of that as I haven't even started it yet. I think the man across the road must be trying to fix his motorbike. He's been revving it up and driving up and down for the last 2 hours. Hope he's finished now. My GD is coming tomorrow. I think we might go to the park to see the butterflies.

Evening, well, just morning, to everyone. The day has vanished so quickly.

I am sure you have been the perfect host for Shell, looking after all his - her - needs. Do we know what gender shell is Barbara?
I think a long stick with a long knitting needle on, would be very handy for these hot tubs :splash: Nothing worse than a droning noise, I would be beside myself (more than normal that is). Glad you managed to sleep well, under the sheet. I would poach under a duvet, even in winter.
We were used to being run off our feet when on shift. Some of those hospital coridoors are endless, like Citiy Hospital, that seemed like a mile each way.
We did see a bit of Are You Being Served, but I felt it was trying too hard to be the same as the original cast. I have read that a lot of people did not like it, others loved it.
Mum did enjoy her scone and coffee, I think she likes a change of scenery and is glad just to be able to get out of the house for a little while. She was tired today, so we left her and Dad to rest.

Kath I hope you are ok and that things are soon sorted with family. We will all be here is you need us, take lots of care..XX

Thank you Joan, I try to be a good ex nurse. Mum does trust us and knows that I have beady eyes and don't miss anything lol.

I have seen those bubble spa's Christine, they sound like a vacuum cleaner - no way could I relax with that thing blowing bubbles for all it was worth.
I am sure the lovely pus cat will be back to see you today, bags packed and ready to move in :)
You are flying along with the courses, way to go.
Even more noise with the motorbike, oh for peace and quiet.

hope you have a good time with your GD - there are loads of butterflies about at the moment, which is a joy to see.

Our day was Nero's, hygienist, m & s, home, sort shopping, washing, cats, naps, supper, several medicine rounds and now it is 1230 in the morning. Oh and a hypo, my blood sugar was in my boots, so it was a very quick biscuit to stop the cold sweats. 3.6 is very low for me.

Hi to everyone else, Toni, Elizabeth, Mig and all.

Off out for lunch tomorrow, then call in on Mum n Dad for a check up. :D

A well aimed dart would do the trick as well,it's a blinking great big thing takes up half their garden, wouldn't want to share used hot water and they're a lot younger than us I look like a prune before I get in.

Oh Mig I had to laugh at the well aimed dart..:lol: I just hope they get fed up of it themselves and turn it off..
Joan we used to more or less live at the pictures when we were young..now its the cinema and far too loud..the last time we came out with headache  :x
Christine..a long sharp stick yes... you have done really well with the courses...I admire you for starting them..so what is this new one you are doing.. :?: I have so much time on my hands..I am seriously thinking about them..there is only so much jewellery I cam make... how lovely going to see the butterflies they are so relaxing.. :D
Kath I am sorry you are having family probs..its been the same here on and off like they say you have never done...I always said I would like a big family... will be thinking about you..

Well, on Monday my DIL rang me up in tears. Our son has left her. :o  We both had a good cry over the phone. We don't know what has caused it. He says he's not been happy for a while, but he is now. We don't know where he is staying. As far as we can tell, there is no one else. Thankfully they have no children. I'm still in shock, and am very worried about them both.

Chester is very pleased with his cheque. It's gone in his savings account, towards driving lessons. Emily has a new car, but it has to pass its MOT.

Hi Mig, Joan, Kath, Barbara, Toni, Christine, Elizabeth and all

I think you are quite right Mig, a well aimed dart, one hundred and EIGHTY, lol.:lol: Neither would I want to be sharing someone elses warm water, no matter how much it is filtered. I would have to put so much chlorine in, no one would be able to see.

As asside, but, when we win the lottery and move into our mahusive mansion, with its own indoor pool, that will be salt filtered and tended to by qualified pool technical people, there will be no germs in my facilities. :splash: I am not holding my breath, but, someone has to win.

Joan I hope the weather has been favourable and you have managed to be out and about. Hi to Sue and to the doggies too.

I think the last time I went to the pictures, it was to see Grease, back in 1978 at the ODEON in Nottingham, we had the afternoon off from our mock A levels to go and see it, boy was that a rare treat. Gosh, that's a long time ago.

More free time, means more time to keep the garden centre busy Barbara, it is rude not to go and support ones community - that's my excuse for cakes and coffee and I am sticking to it 8) :D I would not get far with making jewellery, I can only just catch some of my pills and a glass of tonic went flying last night, blunderman, that's my new name, sounds better than peripheral neuropathy.
I will take a photo of the garden centre so you can see where we spend so many yummy times.
Shell is shell, that's fine, I am not trained in determining toitoise genders, lol. Your shell sitting will be over soon. (that sounds a bit odd, but you know what I mean).
I did feel rotten with my hypo, it is like your own personal summer, starts at my ankles and works right up to to my head in a cold sweat - shortbread soon brought things back to normal. It is fine this afternoon, as we went out for lunch to our fav haunt, a bit further afield than the garden centre. I have goujons of plaice, hand battered, in a soft roll with home made tartare sauce and wonderful fries. When they change the menu I have a little sulk if the plaice is missing.
A very pleasant lunch. No cakes, despite the handmade florentines looking delightful.
Popped in on mum n dad on the way home, (they only live less than 50 yards away). Mum was asleep, but had been out to the GP and Sains
this morning, had a wheel round. I think Dad had been asleep and we woke him with the car doors banging. We will ring later and see how they are and see them tomorrow, maybe for a coffee.
Dad said Mum has a rash on her legs and Dr px some more water pills, otherwise carry on doing what we are doing.

Sorry to hear about the family break up Kath, a big shock and an upset without a doubt. They say things happen for a reason, sometimes we never seem to know quite why. Sending many blessings and hugs. Love the picture of the car, I am sure it will pass its MOT.

Right, I had better move. Hi to everyone else, carrot cakes a plenty in the tin. Take lots of care XXX Aidan

    Hello everyone :)

It's good dial a ride can carry on Joan, but not good they have lost so much funding :(

Hello Aidan - ta for the carrot cake :) I agree with you about supporting our local garden centres and their cake selling activities ;)

    It would be morally wrong.

Good to hear Mum is doing ok steady as they go and the support is there for them from the professionals as well as their lovely family. I hope OH is coping ok and send ((())) to him

Today is Daisycat's 7th birthday!!! She still looks like a kitten so can't actually be 35!!

Oooh Kath! Nice car Emilee fingers crossed it passes it's MOT :)

I am so very sorry about your son and DIl the poor girl must be in bits, but so must he is there isn't anyone else.

Sending you extra strength and ((()))

Hi Barbara I rather like it that Shell is allowed to be Shell - no gender until he/she is grown up :)

Last night we got invited to the neighbours shed....yes shed! Bring a bottle...ok... :? It's a 1 minute walk from ours so off we went at 7.30pm.

Located said shed which turned out to be a BAR!!!! Wow!! Met more people had a few drinks and a laugh then staggered home again :)

Apparently, as we have no pub, it's 'open' for those in the inner circle every Weds 7-10pm and 1st Friday of the month.

mig a 'well-aimed dart'!!!! VERY good!! Can you imagine other people's warm water??

Christine our bath is a jaccuzzi one and we rather love it :) I agree though it is noisy so no chance of listening to an audio. Lucy and I have both used it though for sore bones at times.

you need Mig's dart a015.gif or this chap could send his pronger thing down to jab it!!

For goodness' sake!! revving up a motorbike?

I hope you are with the butterflies now having a great day :)

Afternoon all a lovely sunny not to hot day... :)
Kath it was the same with our eldest son..only there were 2 children involved ..our eldsest GDs..but they remained good friends..and ten years later they still are..I am glad to hear there are no children but its so hard..you get used to having them has DILS..hope its gets sorted some way or another..and I hope Emilys car passes its MOT..its very nice
Aiden I agree the garden centers need us... we dream about winni9ng the lottery and the house with pool is top of my list ..and plenty of land for the many animals I would adopt... :D blunderman I like it..and I am blunderwomen. ..everything goes flying..I am scared of picking up shell just in case that goes shell down on the floor..nice that you can vist mum when you want...and the sleep will do her good...bless
Toni my nieces son has a shed..it lovely inside ..but not big room for about 5..he order's pizzas to the shed and they know who he is  how lovely to be invited you must feel part of the village already.. :D my OH is after one ...
Joan I hope they keep your bus going..ours is only allowed 2 trips a day one there and one back ..so we are stuck to one time..but they recon it will finish
Just got a copy of my hip and back xrays..the hips look so fragile but they are not..my son couldn't believe the long metal spike down the femur...we are so lucky it can be done..and I think its 50 years since John Charnley started it at the very hospital I had mine..bless him... :D
Hope Elizabeth is doing ok not seen her around..suppose she will be getting the uniforms ready for next week

Bless you Barbara. I bought most of the uniform early, haircuts were today and only have a few little bits to buy.

I had my 2nd infusion last Friday and have't been very mobile since. I wish it would kick in. Plus we had the new furniture delivered and that required moving and sorting which knocked me out for a couple of days and still needs finishing.

Your hospital was the first to do hip replacements. That is an honour.

Love the shed/pub Toni. Its the first Friday of the month tomorrow! OH Dad has a shed/bar in his garden-they used to have BBQ's quite often but not anymore. He also has a small bar indoors. It was used in the murder most horrid episode (whoopi Stone).

That is very sad about the breakup Kath. My ex said the same thing-not been happy for awhile- but actually I found out later there was someone else after all. Don't think he wanted to admit it at first.

They are building a big cinema complex a couple of miles away. Last time I went was to 19 years ago when first dating my OH-he treated my 2 Daughters probably to impress me. :D

Spiders-I saw our first. It's been living under the stair carpet and popping out on occasions but then last night I saw a biggy on the landing so OH trapped him in a cup and threw him out of the window. The other spider (on the stairs) crept out this morning and OH kindly removed him/her ( males wander about looking for a mate whereas the females stay near the nest and only come out for food). I'm not sure repellent works either but yes roll on winter!
Our car is now ready but we are not allowed to collect it early. We can choose 3 car registrations and they will pick one. OH is happy as 66 is the year he was born.
Time to say hello to Joan-I'm glad the dial a ride is still going but all these cuts in funding are awful.

We had a family garden tidy t'other day. It was so nice to have the kids helping and we got loads done. I sat in my chair picking up with my grabby stick and cutting up brambles and ivy etc and the kids bagged it up. We found a tiny baby toad and a grasshopper.

Sorry Christine we are often guilty of motorbike noise, not all the time but you have to rev it to check and clear the engine and drive it about to test it out

Going to post before I lose it or hit the wrong button

Aint that a pain and then some Christine. I have done the same and clicked on the wrong button and lost my ramblings.

Thank you Joan, Mums legs are ok, the GP gave her some steroid cream, doesn't think it is anything more sinister.

Daisy cat is but a nipper Toni. It is 7 years for each human year isn't it. Tosca is 119, oh my goodness. Bless her little paws.
Thank you for the hugs, I will pass them on :) hugs are good. He does a sterling job, keeping watch on us all. Matron is not what he used to be, sometimes I forget that and the body bites back with a nasty snap.
Mum has been out each day since Tuesday and I think coffee and cakes are on for tomorrow morning. It would be morraly wrong, not to help them out, we don't want scones going in the bin.

The shed / bar/ micro pub - sounds a great little idea, one good way to get to know the locals. hope you enjoyed it and no sore heads. Members of the inner circle, a great honour, way to go.

The jaccuzzi is fine, if it is your own, but not to have a party in it and sit, sharing strangers skin and detritus - faints online.......... :o

I wonder if a blow pipe would work on the hot tubs ? I don't see why not, quiet, small needle, easy target, it's a plan. If not I will give it my best intramuscular injection. :D

I am glad you dream about the lottery win too Barbara, I have about 100 houses saved on Rightm---, all ready to go and view, when we win - how sad am I, lol. Nice to meet my opposite in Blunderwoman. OH says at least he knows where I am, by the noise and commotion
The x rays do look a bit scary with the metalware in place. But, they work well. I wonder if they still have Charnley chairs on the wards, Ortho was always full of them.

Just go steady with the furniture Elizabeth, or is it too late? I bet it is. Rest up and take care.
glad you enjoyed the garden tidying, with the family. It is rewarding to see it sorted, I always praise OH highly when he has been busy outside. A little toad, don't tell Mig.
it certainly is spider season, good and proper.
I woke up, launched myself up with my grab rail, and there was this monster spider, wandering along the wall, above my bed. Well, the cats were no use, OH was asleep, so I had to zap it with my electric bat thing. Sorry, to the spider people, but, they are a phobia of mine. There are no "mates" in my bedroom, just me and pus cats, no lady spiders, move along, nothing to see in here.

    I won't settle tonight............ :?

Kath, Mig and all, hope you are as ok as possible. Mig, you can have all the spiders for your potions - solves a problem :)

Right, I am chair shaped, so I will go on a spider check up and make a drink, if I don't throw it everywhere, again.

    Morning everyone :)

Thank you Aidan for the cheesecake for my breakie!! YUM!!

Yes indeed it is nice to feel accepted in the village. I am visiting my friend who's husband's funeral I went to recently this morning so I will tell her about the bar - hopefully make her smile:)

I am glad to hear OH is doing a sterling job keeping matron on the road etc more ((())). Now as for the cakes/scones etc, not on would it be morally wrong, but morally reprehensible not to help eat them up!!!

Tosca! Deserves a kitty-award for being here that long!! Wo!! 119

I agree with you about the Jacuzzi bath it's hygienic and private. Mind you I have to used my 'extender' sponge to clean it it's so big.

When Lucy has her hip op I will look for Charnley chairs....description required please.

I am not in favour of killing anything, but when it comes to the arach...s I get it totally....shudder!!

Poor you Christine I am so sorry about your post. So long as all is well that's all that matters :) I hope the flutterbyes were lovely.

Really Elizabeth? a famous home-bar!!! Wow!! I think this lot will keep on with the shed as they aren't young now. I worked out that this Friday it would be open too, but I think we'd be not so soon after the last session!!!

Sounds like you have 'back to school' in hand. I haven't the need this year with Lucy having to have another year out :( I think by the time she goes back we might actually have to PAY????

Well if OH tried to impress you via your girls it worked!!! He got you didn't he

How exiting! Your new car is ready - have you been and had a peek I did when mine was in :)

Hi Barbara :) I am glad to hear that your eldest son managed to stay friends with his ex for the sake of your GDs.

(Hope it will be the same for your son and DIL Kath ((())) )

I think Paul, like your OH is after a 'shed' like this one!! I like the idea of having pizza delivered! Some of the kids on the teenage cancer trust ward at the QE used to have pizza delivered (when vile nurse wasn't around of course!). :D

Glad to hear all your metal-work is doing it's job.

Hi Joan I nearly missed you then. I will have a good day thanks I hope yours is good too. Am off to visit a friend in a minute who lost her husband and pick up prescriptions at the same time :)

    Love to you all

Aiden, I haven't seen my cat for a few days now. I think he must have decided not to move in. I like the idea of supporting the community by eating cake in the garden centre. Oh a blow pipe. I didn't think of that. Now where can I get one? Hope mum and dad are ok and enjoying getting out and about a bit.

Barbara, I have done a course in Mindfulness then a basic and advanced courses in Diet and Weightloss. Next I did the basic Nutrition and Diet and now the advanced Diet and Nutrition. The basic ones were good but the advanced I find quite hard going as I joined in halfway through so am doing twice as much to try to catch up. I think the exam will be available next weekend. It's 3 hours long. :o Isn't it amazing to be able to see inside ourselves and the operations they can do. Hope your neighbours got home ok and picked shell up.

Kath, sorry to hear about your son and daughter-in-law. Everyone must be so upset. I do like Emily's car and I hope Chester gets his driving lessons.

Joan, that's a lot of money for the dial-a-ride to lose. I hope they can keep going. Hope you and Sue have a good weekend.

Toni, happy birthday to Daisycat for yesterday. Did she get presents? What a great idea to have a bar in the shed. Glad you had a good night.

Elizabeth, it sounds as if you are very busy. Don't be doing too much, especially if the infusion hasn't kicked in yet. When will you be able to pick up your new car? I can understand some motor bike noise but not for 4 hours and for 4 evenings. Maybe there was a problem with it but I was wishing he'd go and fix it somewhere else. My ex had a bike we used to go out on at the weekend and on holidays.

I took my GD to Butterfly World on Wednesday. We were only there for about 2 minutes and she kept jumping and clinging on to me every time a butterfly went by. She seemed terrified of them. I took her to see the fish next - big koi carp in a pond. She burst in to tears because the fish had big mouths. She did enjoy the 3 meerkats though. I wasn't happy as, although they seemed well fed, they didn't look happy at all.

well, let's call it hunt the spider house............not that I have to hunt very far. Thursday night, nada, Friday night, oh yes, mahusive ones. So much for all the so called repellants and "no more spiders". Made with natural conkers. Well, the only natural conker is me being a big ninny every time I find one. Just now, sat above the shower  Roll on the time that they all find a mate, can we not introduce them to a dating website. E Arachnid.com

Sorry, I am being a wuss. Evening to one and all.

I will find a pic of the Charnely hip replacement chairs Toni. They are just that bit higher and I seem to remember they helped you to stand up, with a lever on the side. It is a long time ago.

Yes, OH does a sterling job and the pittance that carers get works out at pence per hour, over a week.

I will give Tosca an extra fuss, for attaining her mature years. bless her, she sleeps for most of the day and night. But, she can still run like a demon when the mood takes her, those mad moments, that pus cats have.

Some of the schools have gone back, mainly the juniors I think. Seniors on Monday coming. The big supermarkets have been full to bursting with back to school aisles. Everything and a fancy bag to put it in.

I think Toni left some cheesecake Barbara, if you look in the magic fridge, there will be more. I took the calories out earlier, so nothing to worry about. Imagine, a cake, with no calories. Should we invent one.
We didn't win a bean on the Euro, I see that 5 people shared the jackpot, which is nice, made some peoples lives change forever. I found another house, not so far away, beautiful. Just need half a million and we can move in, lol
Very kind of hubby to make you cheese on toast, before going to work. Bless him all over.
I feel we must get a shed, mind you it would have to be a temperance one, as we don't drink, well, cannot drink, not taking bucket of pills as well. I am dizzy enough on T and Coffee.
I saw tome pictures of Florida, what a storm. Floods, people killed I believe.
My Nephew and family have only just come back too, glad they and your neighbours are home.

You are busy with those courses Christine. Well done you. Not easy to join half way through, trying to catch up seems a bit daunting, but I am sure you will be just fine.
Oh dear, sounds like Butterfly World was not a big hit. I would have stopped all day, I love them, we have had a garden full this year, we (well, OH), plants things for bees and butterflies. I love Meerkats as well. I giess they want their freedom, like most animals in captivity, but the zoos and wildlife parks do good works for help in saving rare breeds etc. It is always a subject for debate I guess.

Take it steady Elizabeth, while the meds start to work.

Joan, you enjoy your trips out.

We had coffee and scones out, with mum n dad, which was very nice. Quick pop into Sains--- and then home.

Pleasant enough temp today, nice breeze too. Going to get hot again next week, oh deep joy.......... Where is autumn when you need it.

Everyone take care, lots of love XXXX Aidan

The only problem with Autumn, Aidan, is that winter follows....then we'll all, (and especially you!), will be too cold

What a great idea to have a dating site for the arach***ds!!! I have a theory that the falling of conkers happens around the same time as they stop wandering around our houses brazenly and it isn't actually the conkers which help...sorry :(

Glad to hear Mum got out and OH deserves a pat on the back to supplement his pennies  I hope Tosca enjoyed her extra strokes for her longevity and goes on furrever :)

    c085.gif

checked fridge and there is calorie-eliminated cheesecake still there...less than 5 minute ago, but still there ;)

Christine your adopted cat (if he adopts you), looks like one of my old cats Arthur. We used to call him Art-the *art!! Hehe! He used to wander around the house in hobnail boots cussing...

Daisycat got her usual presents; a packet of treats new collar and a card from all of us :)

I don't think the bike noise is what Elizabeth was talking about not if it was for 4 days....I bet there was something wrong and all his friends came over to try to help!

Your poor little GD. Probably it was a bit warm, enclosed and maybe scary as the butterflies do land on people don't they?

I hope the Meer cats are ok :(

Barbara let's hope Aidan posts us a photo of the chair. I bet you used one at your hospital. How good you met Mrs Charnley :)

Paul is at work now, but off to Coventry to watch car racing final this afternoon. Your Oh is a darling feeding you before he goes in. Wish he lived near us I have a radiator which isn't working and my skills run as far as bleeding them!!!

Yesterday I was very busy. Organised the chimney sweep to come for Tuesday, (beautiful guard coming on Monday), then a delivery of coal straight to the bunker on Wednesday. Getting ready for colder weather to come.

I did right too as the summer coal offer ends next Friday!

Joan we have a raised loo seat over the loo which is great to get on and off and a separate shower seat. They do help don't they? I did have a good chat with my friend and she is going to come over here on Thursday next week :)

I hope all is well with Elizabeth and that all is well also with mig and our other café dwellers :)

    Love
