Lucy did indeed see the doctor Barbara. She has antibiotics. Dr gave her the higher dose of 500mg and I can already see (I think - might be wistful thinking), the rash retreating.

Did your visitors think you knew they were coming??

We had Paul's Sister and BIL today ourselves. I am exhausted - why do I have to clean the entire place when we get visitors??

mig exactly how are you going to fit all that in before Christmas???

Hi Aidan - thank you Lucy's rash might be responding to the anti b's already double dose :)

It is indeed perioral dermatitis bless her. The cold is also easing up :)

I thought Pepe had opened the celebrations!!! Miss Slimkins is even slimmer today :D Keeps after treats

How is the boy doing? Ok I hope?? I shan't mention the little incident to Sleek - thinking of his dignity.

Good to hear Mum and Dad are still well. I hope they approved of the chairs too?

As for the shower!!! Well it is worth shouting about a LOVELY SHOWER!!!!!! :):)

Hi Joan I hope you are all well up your way and dogs are behaving xxx

Kath bless you ((())) have left you some podcasts to listen to on the window seat. You can see the church lights from there :)

I hope Elizabeth is ok and Carol and where is our Christine? :?

    Love to everyone

PS off to the clothes show live at the NEC with Lucy tomorrow. Joey Essex will be there

Oh my goodness Aiden, you have been in the wars. Hope things are settling down now and hope Pepe is feeling better too. When are your new chairs coming? And your new shower is all done. Bet you can't wait to get in it. Oh you have been in. Hope you enjoyed it despite the water pressure not being right. Sorry you had to force a chocolate muffin. Hope they have scones next time.

Barbara, I'm the same with my house. I clean all day at work so do the bare minimum at home, although I seem to clean from top to bottom if anyone is coming. :? Your eldest GD must be such a lovely, caring person if the patients have asked for her to be permanent. You've had surprise visitors. How lovely. Hope you got some rest afterwards.

Toni, I'm glad Lucy made it to get her hair extensions. Hope the antibios kick in quickly and the rash goes quickly now. Elfie has now gone to my GD's to keep an eye on her for Santa. I did catch her sitting behind me with the scissors before she went. Thank you Lucy for lending her your scissors. My sister is the same about the decs. Her daughter's birthday is the 18th so they go up sometime after that.

Joan, I hope you are having a good weekend. How is the weather your way? It felt quite warm here today.

Kath, I hope you are continuing to improve and feeling better.

Mig, as usual, you have a very busy time coming up. Hope it all goes to plan and you enjoy your trip and the show.

Where is the time going? Can't remember when I was last in. Think it has been a few days. My boss forgot my wages again on Friday so I had to ask his wife if she could give me them. Set off about 9.30 am to go in to town and wanted to be back no later than 2.30 pm. Got back at 5.45 pm. Deja vu. It happened last week too. Anyway, I managed to get some clothes that my GS wanted and a few other bits the 2 older ones wanted. Only a few more bits and I'm finished. Apart from my dad. No idea what to get as he hasn't got any room for anything to keep, can't have chocs as he's diabetic, doesn't watch dvds or jigsaws when we get them. Hmmm, I'll think of something. And my daughter wants to know what to get me. Hmmmm, no idea.

Evening to all - :frozen: chilly again.

The trip to Melrose sounds lovely. I remember going there and to Galashiels, on the way up north, to our many trips up to the Highlands and Islands. You will have a great time I am sure Mig. Then going to see Jason Donovan with your Daughter, what a lovely present. I don't blame you for not wanting to be around in town at night. I didn't like it and that was a long time back.
Hair cuts, meetings family, GP visits, boy, it's all going on. Take care. We could all come with you on the bus, now, there's an idea... 8)

So the cake has all but gone, which is not surprising, given the surprise visitors  I am not good with surprise visits - I don't mean the neighbours, they just pop in whenever, (apart from nap time, we don't allow nap time to be disturbed) and they all know that too, lol.
It sounds like you did have a houseful, nice, but quite a shock to the system none the less. No wonder you are shattered. I would be in a dark room with T bags on my eyes.
Yes, the chairs are fine, the shower is wonderful to have back in service.

You had visitors too Toni, it must be the season, lol. So glad that Lucy has some treatment and that it works asap.
I think we all have to clean when we know people are coming and then clean, just in case someone pops in (neighbours excepted). OH is always out with the vacuum and I am uber keen to keep the bathrooms spick and span. I have every cleaner and germ killer known to man.
I am glad to hear Miss slimkins is doing well with her regime. No, it was me, being naughty, opening the chocolates. Pepe is ok, he is in between naps at the moment and about to shout me to go feed him - he keeps looking across. I think he has had enough Sulfa for now, just finish his antibiotics. The vet said, three or so days of Sulfa, then keep some in reserve.
The shower is worth shouting about. The pressure really dropped when OH was in, boiler went off, air went blue
I might sit on the window seat too, promise not to sit on you Kath and I will bring the medicine trolley with me (it has a secret cake drawer in it).
Joey Essex no less, he has lots of big white teeth, as I recall, from the time he was in the jungle. Enjoy the NEC, it will be great fun.

HI Christine, yes, we have had a bit of a traumatic week, but things are a little more calm once more. He says, with bated breath and touching wood.
It isn't long since you were here, but time flies by so quickly. Naughty, forgetting your wages, again..........not nice at all. Then having an extended stay in town - best laid plans eh, things normally go totally askew.
We haven't even though about Christmas, well, we thought about it and then forgot about it. Ooops. I MUST try and write some cards this week, I cannot help but write a ream in every card, when I could just say we wish you a blessed Christmas. Mum was the same, she would always put a letter in with every card.
Your trip was not totally in vain though, you managed to gather some more presents. Mmm, buying for dads, a difficult one indeed. We will have to give it some thought. Then we can think of what you might like..........

OK, I am set like stone, so I will potter a little, before T and bed. Off to Skipton today, a trip to Nero's is long overdue and I have serious withdrawals from M & S. Could be expensive..........

Everyone take lots of care. Love to all XXX Aidan

Christine my SIL came yesterday and she brought a fabulous picture for my MIL for Chrimbo. It's a family tree. A tree with all our names on it with MIL and FIL(deceased) at the top. Lucy and Charley are on it too even though they are Pauls step's really.

You can also get memory books from the past - maybe his childhood? Or music from then??

Make-up will be on Lucy today anyway as she and I are off to the Clothes Show at the NEC :)

    Rash is retreating!!

Aidan Get the bus out!! Yes please I could do all mig's trips :)

Poor OH getting a stingy shower!!

Such good news that Pepe is settled now and you can stop the sulfa. Miss Slimkins is out now (icy), but I really want to shut her in while we're at the clothes show incase and silly drivers.....she keeps going into the graveyard over the road. I know it's a lane and 30, but I love her too much :(

I will try to get some Joey pics if I can with Lucy if I can yup BIG teeth!! WHITE dazzing!

Enjoy yourself at Marks. I hall take money today, but hope I don't spend it all ;)

Presents for Christmas f course :)

Toni, how wonderful - pod casts all about farming and wildlife. Love 'em.

Aidan you are top notch at organising the staff. They are all entitled to time off, and you make sure they get enough. I hope Pepe is fully recovered now.

Mig and Jason Donovan- mmm. Is he by any chance wearing lycra? I know you're rather partial.

Thank you Christine, I have more good days now.

You're absolutely right Barbara, I can positively feel the love oozing from the screen when I'm here.

Joan, hope you Sue and the doggies are managing to get out in the fresh air, but wrap up warm. :winter-storm:

Next door have gone out and left their doggy home. I can hear him yapping. :(

Evening to one and all - it's a :winter-storm: breeze out there tonight.
The picture and family tree sounds great Toni - what a lovely idea and thoughtful present.

Make up on and off the NEC. Presents for Christmas, of course:) We will await the pictures of Joey with Lucy. He does have some BIG pearly whites, well, veneers..........Hope you had a fabulous time, I bet you are both exhausted, did you do too much? Need I ask - No. lol.
Retreating rash is very good news, glad things are improving.

I think the bus will have to come out, we can all tag along with Mig, even if Jason Donovan is wearing Lycra,:lol: steady away now Mig.
I don't blame you for wanting miss slimkins to be in and safe while you are out. Even on quiet country roads, people still drive like loonies and put everyone in danger. She will like hunting and exploring I know, but, safe is best. I could not bear to let ours out - they show no interest in wanting to go out, they are house puskins through and through and in no way street wise. We have hardly a car go by, but we would be witless none the less.

Thank you Joan, all the pus cats are fine at the moment, resting and relaxing, as they do, in centrally heated luxury. We will see Mum and Dad today (Monday) for coffee and scones at the G Center. Both take care and fusses to the lovely doggies.

Hi there Kath, pepe seems to be just about his "normal" self, eating, sleeping, shouting the odds etc. Just one more antibiotic and his course is finished. I have another two days left - I am fed up with them now, rather nauseating, but, better I have them, than risk anything nasty from the bites.
Good days are pleasing to hear of, so glad that things are more controlled at the moment. May it continue
Yapping doggies, mmmmmm, not nice. We hear one near us when they go out at the week end. We only hear him when we stand at the back door for a Ciggy.
All those years of running wards, you had to be good at organising the staff, far more than the patients. The patients were no trouble by comparison lol.

Hi Barbara - waving back at you, but it is dark, so you won't see me :?
I know you clean Barbara, but even I, Mr slightly OCD, cannot clean like I used to, I rely a lot on OH, who knows how fussy I am when it comes to things being cleaned to within an inch.
We lost OH Sister and BIL a few years back, miss then loads, they were lovely, they passed away within 5 weeks of each other. They were both very ill.
Funny, people used to call me Hyacinth Bouquet - LOL. Living in fear and dread that I would find a speck of dust if we went to visit.
I often did, but said nothing :lol:
I agree, this is one of the best forum's ever. When people say they care, they mean it and when we share love and hugs, they are as warm as can be.
I hope you enjoyed your breakfast, then delivering cards. Cards, oh dear, I have not written one yet, naughty I know. I must, I must.............

We went to Skipton - I used to live there, for many years and we always avoided week ends in Skipton, in the run up to Christmas. I had completely forgotten that they have Christmas markets on Sundays before Christmas and lo and behold, the world and his wife were there, it was thronging. We were lucky, as we pulled up to our usual blue badge parking spot, one person pulled out, so in we went. Toddled round to Nero's - that was bursting at the seams, walked in, three people stood up to leave so OH nabbed the seats :) We watched the crowds going by, some sights I must say.
From there is was to Mark's, which was a haven of calm, despite the thousands of people about town. Quick shop, out and home. It always makes me laugh, the market is just the same as it is in the week, just with tinsel and baubles, but people come from far and wide, all good trade for the town.

Hi to Carol, Elizabeth Christine and all. Time for me to potter along.
Matron and Charlie are on for a few nights. We are in safe hands.
Everyone take lots of care XXXX Aidan

Make-up hid the remaining rash. Took it off on the way home though.

Aidan enjoy your cuppa with Mum and Dad this morning - I hope there are scones for you.

There is something about the atmosphere at Christmas markets....not much fun when you can't sit down for a cuppa though - lucky OH is nimble eh?

Sounds like you and Pepe will be left unscathed after him being poorly. Miss slimkins is after me making her some shoes. The ice is a bit chilly apparently for delicate paws...

another Joey - he remembers her now!

    th_20161204_135347.jpg

mig - Nooooo!!!!! That would be immoral!!!

Left you some more podcasts Kath. They are tucked under the cushions when ever you want them :)

Have you done any more mobilising? How are you doing?

I hope doggie wasn't alone for too long :?

Barbara of course you clean, but the bones don't et us clean as well as we did. If you put your specs on too it's shocking!!!

Did they deliberately come unsolicited to catch you on the hop?? That's a bit mean :(

Middle GD putting up tree is an ideal excuse for being a bit upside down.

Well done for getting your cards done and posted. I shall have names etc sorted for the village later today :)

Joan Lucy loved the NEC, but wore me out!! The little yorkie can stand, but needs hydrotherapy to retrain everything to walk properly. Her tail wags too :)

Hi all just popped in for a cuppa and a chill out I am shattered after a very busy weekend with lots of walking especially Saturday after shopping earlier in the day mr Turbo and me went to a carol concert in central London given by a choir that uses our church for there practices they are fantastic and it was a very nice evening. and then yesterday morning I was out again at our own church, so our friend Arthur is reminding me today that he is still there he he :)

now awaiting a phone call about the delivery of my nice new green rollator hopefully it will be today or tomorrow am so excited can't wait cannot believe I managed to get all that money together all the money in just 5 weeks :o thought it would take me a lot longer.

Knitting well 2 items down and just the button bands to do on the last little cardi which I will do tonight then they are finished in time for Thursday.

oh well i.ve had my little chill out and cuppa now I must be off to get ready to go out to get my sisters and brother-in-Laws Christmas present which are also needed by thursday .

    love to you all.

I've excelled myself today. I managed to walk to the Post Box. OH says it's about 150 yards. :o and back again. After, I was ready for a sit down and a couple of pod casts. One from Radio Wales about them making rafts for Lapwings to nest on. Gorgeous.

We're expecting freezing fog tomorrow. :winter-storm: :frozen: Keep all pets indoors and warm. And humans too of course.

    Take care my lovelies. xxx

Kath well DONE!! 150 yards is great :) The lapwing is lovely too. I shall do my best to keep pusskin in ;)

Joan It is fabulous that Lucy can keep going like she can. Mind you she slept on the way back!! How are you doing? Your foot??

I hope, Carol that you found the present you need for Thursday?

Won't it be great when you have your rollator - racing green is it??

The carol concert sounded lovely, but certainly would have been tiring. Glad the knitting is so close to being finished to :)

Well happy this evening as my my nice new green rollator arrived at about 5.45 tonight :P only have one problem with it and that was the back rest from the old one will not fit this one it seems they have changed the fitting so will need to get another back rest for the new one otherwise every thing else is ok. It was funny really I had been out getting Christmas presents and came home in real pain mr Turbo said have you heard from the mobility shop my answer was no but it will probably tomorrow now about 15 mins later my mobile rang and it was the guy in the shop saying he could deliver it before six. :o certainly helped reduce the pain level along with some pain killers.
Barbara as you can see the walker arrived knitting all done and of course you will all know when great graddaughter makes her appearance.

Toni Walker is a sort of a light emerald green Yes I did find the present I wanted for Thursday just need to get Mr turbos present and our youngest daughters but they can wait till next week. yes the Carol concert was really enjoyed by us both an these days we don't go out for the evening together so it was a real treat and worth the pain and tiredness We have another one next week at our church we have a Christian school who uses our building during the week and the children have their carol concert on the 12th so we are going to that too, but that one will not involve a lot of walking.

Hope you are are keeping well and warm in this cold weather

Evening to everyone - chilly breeze out there.

Loving the pictures Toni, hair lovely :) Shop? I have no idea where one would get such an activity from 8) Joey was going for the casual urban look and those big pearly whites are there I see. I am sure he would like to come for T and cakes
You will need some serious rest and relaxation after all that shopping, I mean browsing ;)
Booties for Miss Diddi Slimkins would be perfect, for this chilly weather. I am sure Carol will knit some for her, once all the other garments are finished. We should have a knitting circle. Then again, I think I would be knit three, drop three, pearl one, slip one. I remember the first jumper I knitted, I seemed to gain several stitches on each row, so by the time I it was nearing completion it was so enormous round the bottom, several people could have moved in :lol:
Pepe has finished his antibiotics now - just me carrying on with mine  He is eating and sleeping well, a bit quiet today, recuperating I think. My scars are healing well.

I think I had too much normal coffee, instead of one decaf I had two full on large americano's - left me a bit jittery and squiffy for most of the day - The scones were back, freshly baked, so one had to partake and they were lovely. Mum n Dad are ok, they always enjoy our little trips out.
Miss M is as filthy as she could be, from all the salt and dirt on the roads - oh the shame. Maybe we will tend to her today and bring back her shine. Maybe I will write some cards too, it will be New Year before I have them done. My get up and go and got up and gone.

Good news on little Yorkie, bless, hydrotherapy, we all need some of that.

Hi Joan, we did have a nice time over coffee (too much of it) and scones - they do have a huge range of other cakes, but the scones are becoming a tradition now.
Pepe is being a little love, not the little monster that appeared at the vets last week.
Hope you and Sue are keeping warm and cosy, doggies all snuggled in their beds, or do they sleep on the beds, like our pus cats do.

Hi there Carol, boy you have been busy out and about. The Carol Service sounds lovely. I used to love playing Carols at Church, I played the Church organ for a long time, with Dad taking the services and me sat there rousing the congregation - I even played the pedals as well as the keys, those where the days. After passing 7 grades on the pianoforte, I moved on and played the organ and loved it. Sorry, I am digressing.

You will be tired and yes, arthur always seems to remind us of its presence. We carry on though, undefeated wherever possible. Oh, I see the new walker has arrived, that is great news and it will be a big help. Apart from having to get a new back rest. I am sure they change things to get us to keep on buying new additions.

I see you are well up on the present buying front. We have what we need, apart from a couple of things, the rest are all vouchers. You are steaming ahead with the knitting too. I think Miss Slimkins Puskins, needs some booties.

Another Carol service, it is a busy place of worship, that is for sure and good to hear. I miss going to Church sometimes, not just from being a Vicar's Son, but just to be quiet and still. Sadly I could not sit for any length of time. I do like to walk around Churches though when we get the chance. Do keep us posted as to new baby, due dates must be here now.

Kath, you have done SO well, I am truly made up for you, walking that far and back is no mean feat. I can imagine you were ready for a sit down and some pod casts, hope you enjoyed. Lovely to hear when people make things that encourage and promote wildlife, such as Lapwings. There are so many destructive things going on, we don't hear of all the good things that happen, by those who dedicate their time and money to help mother nature.

Freezing fog, oh no, I don't like that, I remember driving home in it, from the hospital, it was really quite scary. I agree, everyone inside, heating on, all pets too. You take care as well XX

Gadding about then Barbara, ladies that lunch, I love it, you enjoy. I am very glad you enjoyed it all, wine too, get you - 8)
Good that OH is being well trained, of course there is a lot to do when it comes to cleaning, not just a flick with a feather duster, it is into the corners and nooks and crannies.
I would like to go to somewhere like Hannover, to one of their Christmas markets, with snow and frosts, lots of white lights and wonderful cakes - I do get to dreaming don't I. North of the Arctic Circle is also on my to do list, with LOTS of real snow. Oh I am off again.........sorry.

Bless her, coming round with some Birthday cake, that is really sweet of her.

Hi Christine, Mig, Elizabeth and all. I trust everyone takes lots of care, high time I was pottering. XXXX N Night, Aidan

    Evening all.. :autumn-sun:
Went to the garden center ..OH had a voucher for a free cake for his Birthday on Christmas eve..well I had it in my bag and was determined to use it at £5 a cake... funny how they taste better when free... :D it was packed got a seat had the cake and came away...
Aiden poor Miss M..she must hate these rds at the min...same here with the americanos..I am fining they dont suit like they used to..must say you knit like I do..maybe between us we could make someone some fingerless gloves..I used to go to church ..then we got a vicar that no one cared for , such a shame the other was so lovely..so I finished going..how he could get a job like that was beyond me..now you keep on dreaming who knows..I was called mad when I said I would love to visit the Antarctic....love the pic of the northern lights..
Joan I really enjoyed the baileys and how lovely of Sue to bring you some..now I have never tried it in coffee.. :)
Carol you have your walker... :D so glad it came last night..and I love green its my favorite colour :D hope you can get the backrest sorted then you will be off out...

I've tried to read through but I hardly slept last night and my eyes are so tired and blurry, I'll have to leave it for now. I did see Lucy's hair looking lovely, looks like Toni will have a lot of cards to write, Kath's feeling a little better and has walked quite far, Carol has her walker, Barbara's been eating free birthday cake, Joan has been having Baileys in her coffee, Mig's been ironing, Pepe has finished his antibiotics but Aiden has to keep taking his. Hope everyone is doing ok. Love to all. :autumn-sun:

Time to put fingers to keys and say hello to one and all. I hope everyone is as good as can be. Warmer this evening, almost like Spring.
Mig, I am sure you won't be crumpled when you meet up for your family meal. I remember my Auntie Gladys once scolded me a) for putting my elbows on the table and b) for licking my knife. That was NOT the done thing.
Our ironing is waiting to be done, but, it will still be there tomorrow. I am pretty good at doing the ironing, I can stand and shuffle about, which is better for me.
Have a lovely time, are you going anywhere I might know of.

Hi Joan, I thought the lovely doggies would be snuggled on the beds, well, after all, our pets are part of the family and I would never expect a family member to sleep on the floor. They need their comforts, as do we all.
Pepe is doing well and I have finally finished my antibiotics, well, I had one left, but that went in the bin. :? Enough was enough.
It is a shame that no one wants the electronic organ, or piano's now, with smartphones and I phones and I pods and online music till it is coming out of your ears, they have become almost redundant. I would have a baby grand, if we had room, even if it was to do a little practicing to keep my fingers going.
I might have to wait for the lottery ship to come in.

ooh, a free cake Barbara, well done and yes, they do taste 100% better when they are free. Everywhere seems packed at the moment, I don't blame you for having your cake and leaving.
Miss M is truly filthy, we did not get round to giving her a preen. I have written about 80% of our Christmas Cards, so I am feeling very happy with myself. Some have letters, some just a few words, depending how my hands were holding up. Now to buy the stamps and faint at the cost, lol.
I think becoming a Clergyman is a vocation, a bit like nursing - Dad was thought of highly and his services were always well attended. He had little time for some Clergy members, but least said soon as mended. I understand where you are coming from.

We will keep on dreaming - to visit the arctic circle and beyond and see the Aurora would be just magical. Cold, but magical.

Don't worry about reading back Christine, especially with tired and blurry eyes. I hope you have had a better nights rest. Hugs for extra sleeps.
I did finish my AB's, apart from one. I had had enough of feeling sickly with them. Anyway, pepe and owner are doing ok thank you.

Toni, I hope you have had some time to rest up after the mammoth shopping, sorry, browsing at the NEC. I bet you did a wee too much, if truth be known. I won't harp on, lol.
Lucy continues to improve I trust and I am sure Miss Slimkins is just so silf like it is untrue. I think a little gentle training this week, now that Pepe is back to his "normal" self.

Kath, How is the mobilising going, you did so well the other day, a real achievement and no denying.

Carol, I hope you are ok too, no news on the baby yet? We are all pacing the floors now............

Elizabeth, how are you doing? I trust you are not in too much pain and managing to get some good rest, I know sleep is sometimes an elusive creature and leaves us exhausted.

Our neighbours behind, no, that doesn't sound right. The neighbours who live behind, have put up their Christmas lights and it is like Las Vegas 8) 8) Makes our little gentle white lights look a bit miserly. Still, we are not keeping up with the Jones'. We are certainly well illuminated. Our other neighbour saw them and said oh good grief, it's a bit much..........lol.

Off to the Range today, with Mum and Dad. Lunch will be on the menu, not there though, the coffee is like washing up water. Maybe back to the G Center. The store is not too far away, only about 25 minutes. They will have SO much tinsel and glittery things, dad will be in his element.

Right, time to potter. Time for bed really. Pills, food for pepe and his midnight snack and T, then bed.
Take care everyone. Duffy is on with Matron. XXXX Aidan

    Morning All :)

Thank you I have recovered from the clothes show now...phew!!!

Aidan - I have written about 1% of mine, but typed and printed off a little hello and message to sick I the cards of those we have yet to meet. Thanks to Pom I know who they are!

I can also iron ok. If needs be the perching stool can come out, but usually I can cope ok. Shall we do it later if there's time?

    a030.gif

    a035.gif

Miss Slimkins was naughty again last night - out after her curfew and in the dark!! Blamed it on Pepe I know that's not true...the broomstick was in the bungalow....and mouth full of mouse too :?

    Circat training back on.

Poor poor miss M. Needs a bath but won't stay clean this time of year for very long :(

It seems as though it is tasteful decs for Chrimbo as I suspected. We are white lights here too. Where we used to live it was totally Las Vegas

Barbara I bet that cake tasted great :) hehehe!

Shame the vicar wasn't a nice one - ours is lovely - a lady vicar :)

My nephew went to the Northern lights a couple of years ago and said it was amazing :)

Those voucher codes are such a great idea IF you want the thing of course. I would be happy to be 2nd choice to have such a lovely experience too :D

Christine I do hope your eyes are rested today, less blurry and you slept ok?

No need to worry about us if you can't read back, as you know we just need to know you are ok :)

Joan my ex MIL loves a drop of Baileys in her coffee :) I love it too, but sadly it gives me belly ache (I think it does Elizabeth too). I do feel as though I have lived here all my life! It's so welcoming here in the village :)

Do you remember Dreamdaisy having to get rid of her Mum's piano? Such a shame no-one seems to play now :(

Tut, tut Mig I hope you ironed something to wear? Enjoy your Christmas lunch with your Aunts :)

Hoping Carol has managed to locate a backrest for the rollator and am VERY pleased to hear that it is already helping too :) Another carol concert? Lovely :) We have one on 19th I think outside the church round one of the trees in the evening and one inside (midnight mass) at 6pm on Christmas eve :)

    Any news on baby's arrival?

    Right must get on.

Love to Kath and Elizabeth and anyone else I've missed ((()))

My best black jeans don't fit I think they must have shrunk in the wash
Aiden we are having lunch in a place called squares (pub grub) it's just above where the flying horse used to be can't remember what it was before. If you're interested in old Notts there a forum called Nottstalgia very easy going but you can find out a lot of history.
