Hello all just popped in for a cuppa and some chocolate cake Aiden if there is any left yes the weigh in was a complete surprise just hoping their scales were correct last night as a few people seemed to think they were incorrect last night but we will see next week. its funny my aim at the moment is to stay at target for as long as I can and I take it month by month so if I stay there for the next four weeks I will have achieved 3 years at target. I do have a reasonable amount of salt on my food anyway and I eat plenty of bananas. sure would be a force re the animals that's for sure. Mr Turbo has ordered a frame for Snowies picture and collar on the internet we are awaiting delivery so that will be up soon as a memory.
Babara yes I haven't paid for 2 years 11months now hopefully I can make it to 3 years.

well need to go and do a couple of jobs before bed so will say Night all will pop in again soon.

    keep safe all.
    Stay positive always👍xx

oh yes, there is plenty cake left Barbara and Carol, the more you cut it the more appears ( how wonderful would that be )!!!

Sounds like you had a good time watching the wildlife today Barbara, a flash, never hear of that before. Good that there are plenty of seats.
Jake has certainly taken to you, with love and fuss and lots of chicken, he will be a loyal follower. 18, a very good age. Tosca, our eldest at 17, is really slowing now. She looks quite vacant a lot of the time (mind you, so do I come to think of it). :?

Yes, the nursery had some very nice plants that we will get in due course. We didn't stay too long, or Mum n Dad would have wanted the loo. It is only a few miles away, but there are limited "facilities". Back to our usual GC on Friday, far more sociable with scones and coffee.

I thought Mark's would soon get back to you, they are pretty hot on their Customer Service, as well they should be. We haven't been for weeks and weeks. We might pop in on Monday when we are at the dentist for a cleaning session with the Hygienist. :D:D

Good to hear that the care home is very nice and it sounds like they will be happy there and well cared for. Bless them.

Hope all goes well at the medical with your new GP, we will pop in under the cloak, just to check that all is well. We will be quiet, well, we will try  If we get Miss Sleek and Pepe in there it could be fun.

Hi Carol, hope you enjoyed the cake, always plenty available.

So quite a few people thought the scales were a bit off at the SW weigh in? I would have thought they had to check them for accuracy, as people rely on them for targets and positive outcomes. Let's hope they were ok and all is well at the next visit. You are doing really well, three years on target, that is amazing 8)

The salts and potassium will certainly help. I cannot even smell a banana, let alone eat one.

Nice that the frame for Snowies picture is on the way, it will be lovely to have it as part of the fond memories.

Toni I hope you head is feeling a lot better - Kerrin, your tooth as well.
Mig, digesting lots of ingredients and cooking up a storm :)
Elizabeth I hope you, Dan and Lucy are all feeling better ((()))
Kath, sending you lots of energy, we don't want you nodding off on your walks :o

I will say n night and leave hugs and every well wish. Take lots of care XXXX Aidan

Morning everyone. I'm away from here for a few days and so much to catch up on.

Tooth is healing nicely now, only slight irritating pain now, a bit like my headache.

School hectic at the moment. Re scheduled netball competition tomorrow, trying to double up as netball and basketball champs!

    Morning everyone :D

Our normal GC has good loos too Aidan, but they didn't used to have! Oh no :( They were woeful, but now much better :) Much better for Mum and Dad to be able to go in comfort at home or yours.

Daisycat was telling Lucy about her friends yesterday, Pepe, Tosca and Cookie. I'm not sure she believed her, but thought their 'mission' on Tuesday was very funny

I LOVE the retro tea-cups!! So 'us' in the café I think we should buy a set!!

Waterfall rainbow is a pretty good description of my auras! I get light sensitive smell sensitive and sound!! Wo!!

The Safari supper is on Saturday night. I have recce'd and only one more house to find :)

Lucy is enjoying her new exercises with the resistance bands :) The Rev is looking much less pained when I see her about the village now bless her thanks for asking.

Carol 3 years is it? Wow that is an achievement!! Go you :) and well I remember the journey.

I am glad the frame is on it's way and Snowy can be remembered anytime you glance up. Fitting that :)

I have a banana, an apple and an orange a day every day. I forgot sodium is in a banana. Very balanced food it is.

Barbara a flash? is it like a lake?? Sounded lovely anyway restful :)

I am glad Jake has adopted you :animal_busy: bless him. Let's hope he does 21 like some do. Sounds as though he has your OH well trained!!!

Yes the migraine has gone now the tablets have helped definitely I've hardly had any since being on them so fingers crossed :) Tia had to nip to the shop for me. She doesn't mind.

They should sort out your repeats today and we will be there with you today under the cloak, which is clean due to the absence of cats and tuna etc when we went with Carol the other day ;)

Joan I am much better and had a good day thanks. We went visiting an elderly lady, Lucy and I, and then she went into the little primary now she feels well enough to do some work with the children.

I hope Kerrin is on the mend and Kath and Elizabeth are doing ok too ((()))

    Love

    Toni xx

Carol you have dont well there ..nearly 3 years not having to pay..how lovely to frame Snowies collar and pic...bless..he will not be forgotten
Aiden everlasting cake ..now there's a thing.. its nice to get ideas form GCs..the trouble is every time I go I want a garden makeover..all the lovely things you see..must say I have had a lot of plants off the shopping channel much cheaper..thanks to the cloak my blood pressure was ok for once..but you do all fidget under there...
Toni glad the meds are working on your Migraines.and good of Tia to go to the shop for you..does Lucy want to work with children..this will give her confidence..I am really pleased she had the new shoulder..thanks for the cloak duties..yes Jake has truly adopted us... :)

Hi to one and all, a cloudy day, but quite mild. Rain on the way, at least for the next 4 days  :?

Glad you head is feeling better Toni, good to hear. I have found a nice collection for our afternoon T's

    006-copy.jpg

Oh the mission on Tuesday was most necessary and hopefully did the job :) I imagine Lucy thought we were all loosing the plot :lol: Are we? Well, why not I say.
They are very wierd those waterfall auras, thankfully I have not had them in years. I know migraines can suddenly start, as in people who have never had them before -

Yes, I remember now, the supper is on Saturday, see, I don't know what day of the week we are on. Bless  :?

Good that Lucy is doing well with the resistance bands and that Reverend Delphine is improving nicely. We need our Clergy back in one piece.

The loo's are very nice at our GC, they have a large one for Disabled access, I always use that, I cannot be doing with being crammed in with crutches flying all over, one needs room to be comfy.

Hi Kerrin, glad you are feeling a bit better, you sound to have a busy time with doubling up for the teams at school and other things to do as well. Take care, we will catch up when you get back to base.

Hi Barbara I am glad to hear all went well at the Surgery and our cloak duties were of benefit. Sorry about the fidgeting, we are a restless bunch aren't we  Good that your Blood pressure was ok and I would have done the same when the scales came out. The last time I was in my review the nurse who I know well said, time to weigh you - I just said, "no, thanks all the same, but I won't bother". :? Nor will I be blowing into the peak flow meter, it sends me so dizzy I am fit for nothing. Moving on :D:D

We have computer screens to check in with, you go through all the dates, time date of birth, then it says, please go to reception   sometimes it works ok though.

We have had quite a few plants from the shopping channels, over the years, they are a lot cheaper than the GC's by a long way and always in good condition. Ideal world we have found to be the best, just our choice I guess. We don't watch QVC on the main tv now, it burns into the screen, with the permanent white panel they have with the price in etc. We have already had to have the screen replaced once, under warranty.

I had better fuss in the kitchen, knock a few more things flying. The past couple of days I have been terrible with my neuropathy, things have been whizzing left right and center   Tuna went flying into the air yesterday.

Everyone take care, some cakes for afternoon T XX Aidan

Yes Joan that's how Daisycat came along and I have never regretted having her for a minute :)

The same as you with the doggies :D

I bet the korma was worth it ;)

Aidan That's a lovely crockery set. We'll have that in here for definite. :D

Thanks for the cake...lovely with my cuppa!

Take it steady if the neuropathy is bad ATM ((()))

We do fidget a bit under the cloak don't we? Probably worse when the cats are with us.

Lucy does indeed think we are mad, but nicely so  She is working hard on that shoulder and will succeed I'm sure.

When she holds her arm up for 10 seconds it no longer shakes :)

Those auras are truly vile obviously you can't drive when you're having one either  I'm so glad you haven't had them for years :)

The new surgery was lovely Barbara we all liked it from our vantage point :)

I totally agree about your weight - some things are private! None of us listened either we put our fingers in our ears and went lallalla!

I am so glad you have Jake and he has you :D

    Choir Practice eh c070.gif

way to go, enjoy. I used to play for choir practice sometimes, but I was never the one to be singing, I sound like a singing warthog.

Does the Church have a choirmaster or does Rev Delphine oversee things? Not that I am being nosey :? :?

Neuropathy was getting to me yesterday, normally I am ok and just get on with sending things flying, but I was fuming with it OH kept saying what's happened now, from the other room - I said "NOTHING"...............plus pomphlyx on top, just for good measure.

The T set is lovely, one has to drink T from a china cup, it tastes much better.

No, we didn't hear or see anything about B's weigh in. We know nothing at all.

Guess what, Pepe let me trim his front claws  and there was nothing more than a wee grumble and a meely mouth nip, not a bite. I had let him play on the ironing board which he loves, so he was in a good mood.

Joan you are right my date of birth and it knew me..oh you had kormer...my GDs like that I am a chicken tikka fan..
Aiden the screen did the same till one lady said you are trying to put a 1 and then a 6 in..silly me hadn't noticed the other nums  I like the disabled toilets nice and high and like you say plenty of room..the cups and saucers remind me of a cafe we go in ..all oddments but all china..tea does taste nice out of china...does Neuropathy mean not a lot of feeling in your hands, here some hugs (()) and hope its stops playing up .... ..now what is pomphlyx..or was that you swearing.. good on Pepe..and playing on the ironing board...:lol:
Toni ..Lucy really is working hard..she will get there..I have the elastic band form Physio but bought some stronger ones from argos..but they are a bit to strong..choir practice for you...I thinks its really good how you are joining in everything..more confidence then I will ever have..thanks for not listening to my weight..

    Evening all
Hope everyone has had a good day weather her today has been a bit cloudy but not cold.
Now 4 days in with the water tabs and the discomfort and feeling of tightness in ankles has improved quite a bit so fingers crossed the sodium and salt levels don't drop after the month is up.

Aiden the cake was delicious and well the ones you have put in the café now with the strawberries look really yummy glad not quite 3 yrs at target have 4 weigh ins to go and then hopefully it will be 3 years.

Toni Mr Turbo and myself et plenty of fruit I have two fruit bowls on my coffee table and I fill them up on a Saturday then I top up what runs out during the week we never have any fruit that goes bad it doesn't get a chance. I love bananas

Barbara yes i'm really proud of the nearly three yr target
and you can be sure that Snowie will never be forgotten.

Joan thank you yes nearly 3 yrs is a good track record of which I am very proud at slimming world you are not told you cannot eat anything really you are given advice and help on what foods are better for you than others and also alternatives to use instead of things like cream and oils that are very high in fat content and calorie content but do not have much nutrient value in preparing your food and also controlling the amount of treat things like chocolates crisps and cakes ect . you also set your own target when you first join they never tell you what you should be and never reveal your weight to any of the other members the consultant dose go around the group after everyone is weighed mentioning how much you have lost but if you gain she will just say you have had a slight gain but not how much you have gained.

well time to go as soon will be bedtime :D
    Stay positive always👍xx

Bless him!!! Awwww :) he loves the ironing board. I shan't tell Miss Slimcea...not a word ;)

The choir mistress is the primary school's head teacher.

The choir are all lovely they are from the 3 nearest villages. Some of the songs were totally new to me  My sight reading is borderline at best!!

I hope the neuropathy has improved today Aidan?

Carole - I am so pleased that you feel less swollen now :)

We are exactly the same here with fruit. we all love it and get through several bowls full a week. I think we both get through our 5 a day easily enough.
I rather like the way the SW instructors keep your figures private for you.

Thanks Joan I can sing, but am a shy person really. I enjoyed it. Trying to get the lady we visited yesterday to go. She has severe RA and a v bad pressure sore has carers, but I'm sure it could be done.

Barbara the physios start you with yellow I think it's the mildest then pink. The ones you can buy yourself are stronger. You can get yellow on amazon I think :?

Of course we wouldn't listen to your weight

we respect one another in here don't we?

I am glad I went to choir practise I want to join in where I can and singing I can do even if I am in pain and I think its very good for you mentally :)

Evening to all - we are moving on a pace in the cafe at the moment :)
Barbara's new GP surgery has gone all high tech, I think they are mostly like that now, but, the more gizmo's, the more Gremlins. I have stood there a couple of times and thought "when was I born"  oh it's a shame.

Big loo's are a must, I get in a right lather if I am all crammed in, bag, crutches, let alone trying not to touch anything at the same time.

Yes neuropathy is loss of feeling, it can also be painful, if that makes any sense. I have it in hands, feet and on my left forearm. The Ortho said it is damage from my spondylosis / osteophytes and lumbar spinal damage, mainly the facet joints that have gone to nothing.
I cannot tell when water is on my feet in the shower. Very odd. Plus, being diabetic, adds to the problem, even though my blood sugar is well controlled. I have ridiculopathy, (yes, I thought so too). Loss of sensation due to nerve damage, odd movements, etc etc, hence the reason I send things flying, even though I can see them in front of me.

Enough waffling on about my opathy's, they don't normally get to me, but just recently I have been far from having the manners of a Vicar's Son.  :?

Pompholyx, well, that is a skin condition, that usually affects your hands and feet. Small blisters appear from nowhere, then your fingers will split, one day 5 blisters came up on the sole of one foot. NHS choices gives a good account of it.

    http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/pompholyx/Pages/Introduction.aspx

I use steroid creams as needed and cannot go without using diprobase to keep my hands moistened. Toni gets it too.

Yes, pepe was a little star, he adores the ironing board, rolling about, gliding, (don't let Miss Slimkins know). Crazy puskin, he runs a mile when the iron goes onto steam though.

Weight, we know nothing at all Barnara. We were too busy fidgeting :lol:

I hope you enjoyed your Korma Joan, I like a Jalfrezi, but I think you would find that too hot.
The boiler man is coming back today? I hope he does. I think we should write to your MP and get it sorted :)
Love to you Sue and the lovely doggies.

Carol I am glad that the water pills are working well and easing the pain and swelling.
They were good looking cakes and no denying.
Our Nephews Wife has been with SW for some time now and is doing very well, over 2 and a half stone lost. It is good that they don't dictate what you cannot eat, that only makes things all the more difficult. They do some very good recipes and most in the group share photo's of their meals, like the crustless quiche, SW chips, all sorts of things. Then, when they come over, she has just what she fancies at the GC and doesn't worry. Some weeks a little gain, but nothing major.
A lot of people seem to be very happy with SW, glad you are too.

no toni, don't tell Miss Slimcea that pepe does ironing board gliding, mind you, we are out in the morning, so if he skypes, there is nothing I can do, so I know nothing, lol.
He was a good boy indeed.
Since then he has been THE most picky one with his Px food, no, I don't want that sachet, open another, nope, I don't like that either - eventually he has tucked into one this evening. Pampered pus.

Glad you enjoyed the singing, it does help that you can sing in the first place, tra la la indeed. Very therapeutic.
I am sure the lady you visited yesterday could go, there is no reason why she cannot be assisted to attend Church or Choir practice.

I am rambling on, I dare not look at how much I have written. So, I won't bore people any longer.

Off to the GC in the morning, coffee and cakes with Mum n Dad.

Better move, I am completely chair shaped.

Everyone take lots of care, all those who are busy or not able to get in at the moment.

Morning Aidanthe lady in question is a full-time wheelchair user, has a great 'through lift' and a terrible pressure sore (had surgery on it), so can only be sat up for short periods in the day

BUT she can sing and was a music teacher in the past.

Indeed I do suffer with Pompholyx too from time to time it's a nasty one and Tia's bf does too bless him.

Bless Pepe!! I think a little video might be in order??? (the iron hisses doesn't it? that'll be why)

I forgot to tell you that Daisycat has a southern accent - a bit Essex so you can imagine how she says his name

AS for choosing his favourite sachet - well he knows his pusskin-rights you know!!

I loved the fireflies thank you.

    MORNING to everyone else!

Afternoon to one and all, it is pouring down here, very windy too. just from the car to the GC we were all soaked.

The poor lady, with such a pressure sore as well. I have seen some that really make you wince. One I recall, you could see the man's coccyx, that was the worst one I have known.
I hope the lady does manage to go to Church and sing, it would be lovely for her. A word with Rev Delphine :)

A video of Pepe gliding on the ironing board. I will have a try when I do some more ironing. He is not camera shy at all.

So Miss Diddicat has an Essex accent, I wondered why Pepe was going on about TOWIE :lol:

Pusskin rights, oh he knows them ok, he wrote the book when it comes to being fussy with his food. Then, next time you look, he has eaten it.

Pompholyx seems to be more common now, I wonder if all the modern chemicals have something to do with it, as it is a form of dermatitis. My GP said, children get it quite often  I am very old child then lol.

I see you are awash at the moment as well Barbara, not you personally, but weather wise :?
I am glad you have a laugh at my posts, that's good. The first thing I did this morning was send toothbrush mug flying across the bathroom  oh here we go again......

That is it, so far, I have been extra careful. We did enjoy the GC, it was quite busy and all the toddlers and mum's seemed to be in today, it was like a creche. I drank too much coffee, I never learn. But I am recovering from my caffeine hits now and the scones were lovely and fresh.
Popped into the vets and bought more food for his Lordshipness. I said he is in one of his super fussy phases. They all know what he is like.

Your Mum was a good singer, entertaining in care homes and for charity, how lovely.

I hope Joan has the gas man pinned in a corner until the boiler is fixed properly. I think we need to visit, under the cloak.

Hi to everyone else, Carol, Christine, Kerrin, Elizabeth, Mig.

It must be time for afternoon T

Oooh lovely a cake after my curry thanks Aidan.

Be warned Miss Slimcea has the number for 'Fe-line' if she ever things she isn't getting something she thinks she's entitled to she gets straight on the phone

Video yes please of Pepaaaayyyy! (that's how she says his name  ) gliding on the ironing board.

I think you are right about the chemicals nowadays being relevant to our hands.

The lady has had surgery on her pressure sore already and had it 18 months. We have to see if the carers time can be changed.

Paul O'Grady!! BRILLIANT!! I will defo watch it Barbara :) I very much hope this village is my forever home.

    Everyone is so lovely.

    Evening folks

Hope you have all had a good day mine has not been too bad today had to do my fruit shopping this afternoon a day earlier than normal as Mr turbo and I will be at our church tomorrow morning the last 2 Saturdays in each month we hold an open morning he has quite a number of historic memorabilia of the church and the surrounding area so has a little exhibition of that and one of our members dose art work so we have that on display too and I am an independent trader for a charity that dose greetings cards for all occasions and the proceeds go to various charities large and small and so I have my stuff there too. we open for about 2 hours. we also have free teas and coffees on offer as well sometimes we have a few people in sometimes hardly anyone comes in maybe just one or two.

Aiden or you getting soaked at the GC not nice we have been lucky her the last few days cloudy but no rain and not cold. these cakes are all too yummy thank goodness the calories disappear as you eat them. good on your nephews wife for losing 2.5 stone. I think plan is easy to stick to. as you are not told you cant eat this you cant eat that so you never feel deprived of anything so you automatically go for the good stuff first because you know if you want that treat you can have it as long as you are not always over indulging in the not so good things. I'm on many facebook groups and my own group has its own facebook group and some of the recipes people do are amazing. an the are all as good as the real thing if you do them right. sausage and chips is one of our favourites and what ever veg I might put with it.

Toni the fact no one reveals the numbers only the pounds you have lost is the best part as it saves embarrassment . also the fact that you choose your own target I am still overweight for my height but if I went down any further I will star to look ill.

ok I must be off as it is bedtime so nighty night all see you soon
    Stay positive always👍xx

A very early morning - wet wet wet, all the day long. Our little roads are like streams. At least the winds have stopped howling round.

As you can see Toni, the Fe-line helpline is always busy :lol:

I will certainly get a picture if not a video, of Pepe gliding on the ironing board. Bless.
The latest batch of prescription food from the vets must be a different run, he loves them all and cannot stop eating. That's fine, he is still a skinny minny under all that floof.

The poor lady with the pressure sore, she must have had a debridement to try and get the new good tissue to start healing.

I am no big fan of Paul O Grady, don't know why. I didn't mind it when he was lilly savage, but that was a long time ago. He had a house at Saltaire, on the way to Bradford. He was great friends with our Cilla, so it is right that he takes it on and I hope it goes well.

Oh I can play for you. In my dreams, of the lottery win, we will have a music room and a grand piano. Sadly my fingers are not what they used to be and I might sound more like Les Dawson at the keys, but I would still love to have a play now and again. It would have to be a Steinway of course :)

Vindaloo, oh no, let's not go there, I did try one once and never again.

Hi Carol, good to hear that you have been out to do your fruit shopping - I wish I liked it, but it never appeals. My late parents always had bowls of fruit, it was like Harvest Festival.

The open mornings sound lovely at the Church, you are busy bees, both of you, with interesting historical things and other items for local charities. I hope lots of people come in, when you have gone to a lot of trouble. If we were near, we would pop in for sure.

I did loose too much weight the last time I was on a big diet, over 9 stones, my face looked quite gaunt I must say. Sadly, over time, the weight has gone back on, as mobility and activity decline. I did loose a stone last year, which I was proud of. I know that the meals that people prepare and share online, look absolutely fab, both my Nephews Wife and my SIL are often trying out new things. Sausage and chips is a real fav, (veggie sausage for us).
    You have done so well.

Rest well and hope tomorrow is fruitful.

Joan I hope your heating is sorted and that you are all warm as toast.

Christine I hope your eyes are feeling better, ((()))

Kerrin enjoy your time away and we will be here, with cakes, for when you return :)

Elizabeth I know you will be busy, but hopefully the bugs have gone away now and you are all as ok as can be.

Mig, take care, you will be busy too

Kath, I hope you are rested and have had chance to get out and about.

Well, I had better move, lest I set like concrete. Take care one and all. XXX Aidan

I know, I have gone all mushy, but I liked this :-

That's it Aidan!! You found it!! FE-LINE in action!!!

They are there to use as a threat I want this or I'll ring fe-line!! Ok a photo will do of Pepaaaaay gliding or a video of snow-tippy-toeing (you)

If my kids were still little I would have said that poem at bedtime

Yes I think it must have been a debridement the lady had bless her, so she can only 'sit' so many hours a day. Access isn't a problem for choir, but it's the time the carers come that would need to change.

Of course Cilla and Paul O'Grady were friends. So that is right.

I don't need the music played brilliantly, just played enough so I can hear the tune. If you win the lottery a piano would be the least you deserve :)

I lost too much weight after Lucy's birth and looked older than I do now!!

Carol I agree you can loose too much weight and look gaunt. Anyway I have a theory, based on Lucy's cancer journey, that we should all carry a little extra weight as a safety valve in-case we get ill. SW are good to maintain everyone's privacy. If you have a huge amount to loose it is probably best not to set a low 'end' target don't you think?

I imagine they can set another if they want to once they've got there?

What a lovely idea is the 'open Church' you selling stuff for charities and Mr T showing his memorabilia :)

My fruit bowl is relatively full ATM I filled it on Friday afternoon, but come tomorrow night.....that will be a different matter ;)

Hi to Joan who will probably be posting now ;)a010.gif

and love to everyone else especially Kath and Elizabeth who were suffering and Kerrn with that tooth :x

Afternoon all, just in time for T and cakes, or else it will be dinner time.

    Afternoon-Tea-2013.jpg

I thought we would go "dainty" this afternoon.

Yes, Pepe has been on the phone again to Fe Line, I think Miss Sleek asked him to call, something about there not being enough Shrews  :?

The poor lady, she will only have limited time on her sacrum, pressure sores are a big problem and rarely a sign of neglect. It doesn't take long for elbows, heels and backsides, so get sore, while in hospital, as many of us will know.

Oh the music wouldn't be played brilliantly, have no fear of that, hit a note, miss a note  not sure you would find a tune  yes, I agree, I need a grand piano, perfect height for dusting and polishing :)

I looked a lot older when I had lost so much weight, I like to keep my wrinkles plumped out, that's my excuse at the moment. Carol is doing so well though, all credit.

Mum n Dad popped in for a coffee and a croissant this morning, they watched the last of the cruising with Jane Mac Donald, in Alaska.
Apart from that and a little washing /drying, we are having a chilled out day, the same again tomorrow.

I actually slept for my early evening nap yesterday, it must have been the rain and the winds outside and everyone settled and snuggled inside. The cats all went straight to sleep, no messing about. Anyway, it made a change from watching the clock go round. :)

Well, I will leave lots of love and hugs to one and all, go sort out my T time pills. Only 13 at 4pm.

Take care XXXX Later ---- Aidan

Must have missed you there by a few minutes Joan. Glad the heating is working, despite the flashing  I am hot then cold today, so the heating is up and down like a Jack in the Box.

I can imagine there will be some "hand picked" contestants on the new Blind Date, to bring in the viewing figures.

Right, I will rattle away and make a cup of T. (So far today, I have not knocked anything flying), yippee. XX
