    Evening everyone

Hope you have had a good day weather has been quite nice here today a little cloudy but with so sun as well and temperatures have certainly gone up have just been to see the lovelies all are well and fed and happy the bush babies wanted lots of cuddles and Silver sent some Sparkles if anyone needs them they are in the shed along with a nice full supply of hours. I was at my knitting group this afternoon with the sunlight pouring through the window, everyone was saying what a difference to last week. We have had rain showers but they don't last long.

Aiden plenty of sparkles in the shed for Sleek to give out. I was very annoyed with myself at leaving the bag in the café and having to go back for it but well we all do the silly things don't we. Like Mr T who went out without his keys today so when he got home and found he had not got them he had to come back to the high street and into the library to borrow mine so that he could get in. How disappointing not to get your phone case hope you get it soon. can you please let me know when you get your cards so that I know you have received them for my records.
Wow £900 for a phone I will wait until my upgrade is due next year. Snowie was a big softee he really was. the sofa next to mr T was his favourite spot. well if you pass a T room it is very rude not to have coffee and cake.

Joan yes I am sure i will enjoy seeing my friend on Friday.

Kath The summer pudding was just too yummy not to have a slice. and i know what you mean about not being normal I am still trying to define what normal actually is :lol:

Barbara I certainly did appreciate getting out on Saturday last for our delayed meal even if it was my turn to pay I even treated us to fish and chips, we don't normally have that but we just fancied it so fish and chips it was. I am sure you will be happy with the cards if you order.

think it is now time for a potter before I find myself armchair shaped

    Love sparkles to you all t4591 t4591 t115006 t115006

Well, we seemed to be doing well for time on Wednesday, so quite where everything went pear shaped I am not sure :? :?

It is going up for midnight now

Anyway, that's the day vanished into the shed, I know Carol will save me some hours when she pops in :)

Hi Joan, I am glad we don't have to worry about bin days and which bin or bag to put out on what day and time. We have large bins in various locations on the park, some for recycling and the rest for general waste. The park takes care of all the emptying etc, spoiled we are.

I hope you and Sue are ok, I read that you are still waiting for the parts for the radiator...........  It is frosty here tonight, can see it on next doors roof.

Dad is ok, we have to keep an eye on him and make sure things are organised and keep reminding him.
He is a coffee shop addict now, he gets most put out if we say we are not going for coffee :lol:

Hi Barbara - it was warm last night, certainly when you compare it to last week. So you were having a "moment", oh dear, that is early in the year. Did you have to be wafted with a magazine
We were chilly today, when we came in from shopping / GC. So I turned the heating up, think I pressed it too many times, as I was melting within 20 minutes

I don't mind sharing my jam and cream, but I had to smack the waitress's hand today at the GC, when she said is that coffee finished - errrrrrrrr NO.:lol: She thought it was funny and I didn't really whack her, just a tap

I am glad you are filling in the form for BIL, there is certainly nothing to lose and it sounds like he needs a lot of help and support and more than meets the criteria.

Toni and Paul will need a mini break, to get over the holiday, you are quite right. I remember flying back from California, I thought it was an eternity.
They will be shattered and I bet Toni has some ouchies from sitting for a long time. Best send some hugs and sparkles t4591 t115006

Miss Sleek was screeching to Pepe on the crystal ball, about peeples coming home to her house in her village. They did some gliding and shimmying along the carpets, then some rolling and staring into corners and looking up walls.............don't ask me why, but cats do it?

B was pleased to sell one of his bracelets, he was only showing some of the ladies in the T room and one of them said, I will have that please, it was a pearl and seed bead bracelet, ideal for a wedding.

He is waiting to speak to a shop manager about them stocking his jewellery.

We did hear from the lottery, we won £2.90 :lol: just waiting for tonight's email to come through, to add to the big win :? :?

Good for you, having a little nap, it does take the strain off the joints for a while.

Those sparkles are amazing, coming out of the unicorn book :)

I didn't make it in time to leave some cakes, but I see that Kath has left some cheese and crackers, mmmm, very nice too.

I enjoy this forum too Kath, I used to write on more, but seeing as I run out of hours so readily, I will stick to this one, which is just the best :)
A lot are really good, very informative and helpful, just as this one is. Sometimes you have to cherry pick, as there are always people who like to spoil it for others.

I just noticed we have a weather warning for snow. NO, we don't want any more, I know what snow looks like now, thanks all the same.

I see you have had your bloods etc done.

Thank you for the cheese and crackers, we are very much cheese lovers.

Hi Carol glad to hear that our lovelies are all ok, I seem to have neglected visiting them, but I know they are well looked after. I think some of the bush babies have gone over to see Toni, to help with any ouchies.

I will gather some sparkles too, when I next potter into the shed.

Good that you went to your knitting group, enjoying the sunshine instead of watching the snow.

Oh dear, you left your shopping and Mr T left his keys again. Ooops. I bet he was not best pleased.
I have left my card in the checkout machine before, fortunately the shop had it safe, they said it happens umpteen times a day.

I am miffed that my phone case has not arrived yet, hopefully today. I had an email from the card company to say they had been dispatched. I will let you know when they arrive.

Doggies do like sofas and even more so if there is fussing and cuddles at the same time.

It is wrong to pass a T room, when they have gone to the trouble to bake cakes and make coffee :lol:

I had better move, have to be up a little earlier today, the company I bought my new phone from, have bought my samsung and the courier is coming to collect it between 9 and 6, so I am hoping for five past nine, rather than five to 6.

Hi to Toni, hope you are both ok and catching up on lots of sleeps and not too ouchy.

Hi to Kerrin, Elizabeth, Mig, Toady, Christine, DD, Charrisse and all.

Many hugs and lots of sparkles XX Aidan t4591 t4591 t115006 t115006

Apple pancake rings Aidan? look nice they do :) I hope they are healthy after what we've eaten this last week??

I have put on 3lb and Paul a whopping 9lb!!!

Arrived back at Manchester airport yesterday am and then home. Did 3 loads of washing yesterday and have one more to do before starting on 'normal' stuff!

I had gone I think 39 hours without sleep by the time I went to be at 9:20pm last night!

I still don't have my land legs and the world is gently swaying :?

I met a pusskin in a bar in Trujillo Honduras. She was adorable and reckoned she knew Pepe and Sleek from Hogwarts  Miss Seek has been super-clingy and adorable though a bit cautious that I might yet leave her again.

I will begin the photo uploading process soon :? I didn't get any of you lot though how is that? I though I got one of Aidan on the zip wire...etc

I hope all is well with everyone?

    Love

    Toni xx

PS yes I have several bush-babies here :D

Aidan, we really envy you living in a park that takes care of your various rubbish. We have 3 bins. Black for general rubbish, blue for paper/plastics/glass. And brown for garden waste.

It's been cold and wet here. But the sun seems to be trying to peep through. m0150 m0150 m0150

Nice to have you back in the fold Toni :)

39 hours with no sleep, oh my..............I do hope you slept well when you finally got to bed.
Glad you had a safe journey home, even if things are still moving with your sea legs

I am assuming that the food was good :lol: and plentiful too. Not to worry, it will soon come off, Paul will have to jog round the village a few times.

So you met a puskin who knows our two, well, a small world indeed. I will ask Pepe, he will know, they can look up the hogwart puskin records.

Pepe has let Miss Sleek give you her undivided attention, knowing that peeples are home safely. They will catch up later when we have a siesta.

Did you miss the shot, of me the zipwire, oh, there I was, tethered and trussed into a rather unforgiving harness.  :? :? second thoughts, it was not a good look :lol: :?

I am glad the bush babies are there, to tend to any ouchies - steady away now............

I think we felt the same when we moved into a park home Joan, as if we were only here for a couple of weeks. I bet you felt great, after living in a flat.

HI Barbara we had three or four inches of snow when I got up   where did THAT come from. It was melting as fast as possible and by late morning, there was nothing left, apart from Pendle Hill.

It would have been just as bad in Blackburn I would guess. All our little roads were covered over.

Oh the puskins are bonkers sometimes, chasing things that aren't there, or are they ?? Why they look up walls and growl, I am not quite sure  :lol:

I am sure the shop in Skipton will stock B's jewellery, he is expecting a case, to put all his display boxes in, to arrive today, like a medium suitcase type, with wheels and handle. Nothing as of 4pm  it says "out for delivery".

The case came for my phone, it is the wrong one   I have emailed them and said this isn't the one I paid for............sigh. Good job I have kept the packaging.

I am glad your Niece in law is happy that the attendance forms are filled in, rightly so, I hope it goes through with minimal delay.

Bin days used to drive my mum mad, I am so glad we don't have to worry about them, B just takes the rubbish 50 yards to the big bins. Sorted.

Don't let the teeth dig into your gums, they do need adjustment at first, to get things nice and smooth.
I would be gagging from here to Preston :lol:

Oh, the DWP are getting into the modern age, sending texts out to people. I am still dreading the form arriving, I just know it won't be long........still, it will have to be done.........

It is scary, they know that too.

Hope all your snow has melted

We are more than happy not to have any bins Kath, to cart here and there. The grounds staff look after the big bins with their tractors and the bin lorry comes up every Tuesday, to gather everything up.

We have had some nice sunny spells, dark now, so not sure what it is going to do at the moment. Rain is fine, no more snow thank you.

Crispy whitebait, lovely, I don't mind if I do. I had mackerel for lunch and B had pilchards. All in all a fishy day

B's carry case has arrived, so that good.

I will away, time for me to potter a while. To say that we were up early, the day has vanished in no time at all.

Oh, the cards arrived Carol, they are lovely, very pleased with them indeed, well packed.

Let me go see what I can find to have after the fish, something light and calorie free.

Love and sparkles to everyone, in out and round about. XX Aidan

I think this is low ish calorie :? :?:lol:

I will be meeting up with my friend tomorrow after dinner out with Mr T will be going to a place near where she lives for a change. have had a quick peek at the lovelies all are doing well.

Aidan hope you found some hours and sparkles in the shed to top up on.
Oh dear leaving your card in the checkout machine not clever that. Glad your cards arrived and you liked them. 1 happy customer that's what I like to hear. yes Snowie certainly did like sofas and fusses eldest daughters one is the same. Did the courier come early or did you have to wait all day. Mr T wasn't a happy bunny no but well it was his own fault for leaving them at home. sorry that your phone case was the wrong one that is so annoying.

Toni Hi and welcome back hope you had a super duper holiday. I am sure you will soon get rid of the 3lb you put on. Wow 39 hours without sleep i bet you were glad to get into bed last night.

Joan always enjoy going out so I will have a good time.

Barbara Yes Mr T only had himself to blame really he forgot them, thing is our keys are keep in a key cupboard near our front door and as mine did not get in there yesterday after i came back in i did not have to go to the box yesterday so did not notice he had left them behind. yes I have left mine in the door before silly isn't it. Also thank you for ordering some cards from the website You should get them in 3 or 4 working days they will let you know when they have been shipped, I am sure you will love them please can you let me know when you receive them Thank you.

Kath I love my knitting group it is a great way to spend a couple of hours.

Hi to all, no more snow, a little rain, otherwise uneventful weather, which makes a change.

Hi Carol Is it Friday already, goodness me........I will have to pinch some hours back.
Time for lunch out with Mr T and then meeting up with your friend. That will be nice and I am sure she will appreciate a natter after such a rough time.

The lovelies are all thriving, I think I saw some extra lambs, as it is the time of year, these were orphaned, so we will need to hand rear them. Barbara is an expert with mixing milk formula's and we will have to take it in turns to feed them. They have had their night time feeds and are resting under the nice warming lamps. Too cute.

Yes, we are happy customers, the card is lovely and the printing is spot on.
The one with the pus cats on is for our Niece's BDay. The butterfly ones are wonderful, perfect ones to have in, just in case. They can be for any occasion really.

The courier came before lunch, picked up my other phone, cannot call it old, it is only 11 months since I bought it.

Have had a couple of niggles with the new one, but I have sussed one of them out, just one more to go. Nothing major, not a fault with the phone, more me, finding my way around it  and probably pressing far too many things :lol:

I will take a couple of t115006 t115006 for an ouching back, nothing new, just the same, but shouting a bit more than normal.

Onward and upwards to the kitchen his Lordship is asking for more supper.

Love and sparkles to one and all, everyone take care.

Off to Skipton today, with Dad...........no doubt coffee, cakes, toasties etc.................

IT'S SUEDAY. :D hi Sue, it's sunny here, a bit cold but I'm wrapped up well. As I'm sure you and Joan are too. Do the doggies have little coats for this weather? m0150 m0150 What a cheeky man!! :?

Barbara, we could all club together and get a super big park home together. Be warned, I will need a toilet all to myself as nobody else will get a look in'

Aidan, how lovely, new lambs. Is it almost time for our Dormouses to come out of hibernation? I made sure there are Hazelnut trees for them to nibble on.

    I like that Suesday!!

Thank you everyone it is rather lovely to be home.

I slept like a log and will do the same tonight ;).

Today has been rather busy as it is Charley's 23rd birthday and we have been out 8 of us this evening. I know I will be asleep soon enough again tonight.

I promise tomorrow to upload the pics for you all to see. Especially of Carla-cat from Honduras. She is tiny!! Miss Sleek said Pepe found her name on the list and she is quite a talented pusskin especially at quidditch and something I hadn't heard of called 'sucker-the-customer' :?

Miss Sleek was confident enough to leave me this afternoon to go and visit her beloved :)

    I bet it was noisy!

Hello to Barbara! Aidan and Sue, (Joan) Kath and of course Carol :)

    I hope everyone is well.

All washing and ironing done now :)

    Love to you all

Well, the best laid plans, yet again

Decided not to go to Skipton, stay local, go to T rooms, then shopping, then home and have the rest of the day indoors.

Now, at 11pm, I think I am nearly caught up with myself and B has just gone next door to sort out their computer.................

Anyway, that's by the bypass, how is everyone :?: Let me have a little read.

It is Sueday, hi Sue, lovely to see you again. I see Joan has been out walking the doggies.

It is good to have a laugh a day, I am glad no one was stood behind you writing down your card numbers

They say, do something that scares you every day as well. Not sure about that one........... :? :? Keeps the Adrenaline going apparently. Every time I step off a kerb is enough to scare anyone :lol:

I hope Joan managed the shopping and the dial a ride was on time.

Hi Barbara, of course we all need to be living on the same park, in our lovely park homes :) That would be lovely, we could all go on mass to the GC for coffee etc.

I remember you mentioned the farm, when we first opened the sanctuary to our lovelies. I think you were the perfect candidate for arranging the milk formula's for the little lambs.

Pity the pay was so bad, but, you did enjoy it.

The roads here were terrible too, no one could get over Pendle, but that didn't stop them trying   there have been two accidents on the main A59, one involving an oil tanker, so the road has been shut for three days, hence all the traffic has been coming through town, which was a nightmare...................

It is open again now, the snow soon went, I was very surprised to see everywhere was white over again. No two days the same.

As said, we didn't venture over to Skipton, it was nice to stay local and the T room was wonderful, huge scone, with cream, jam and butter and so much coffee, I could have sat there all day. Three coffee's was enough though, I was getting a bit jittery

Of course, extra calcium in the chocolate cakes, plus all the feel good endorphins that are released, well, they are when I eat it :)

Definitely arrange your afternoon T, don't miss out on it, not when there are cakes involved.

Hi Kath, we could have the biggest park home in the world, each with our own kitchens, bathrooms (of course), social meeting area, umpteen bedrooms, all en suite, with walk in wardrobes..........goodness, it would be a size  We would need our own field for starters.

I think the Dormice can come out of hibernation, we have so much food for them, we can put the lights on low and let them wake up gently, once they sniff out the fresh sunflower seeds and hazelnuts, they will be up and about.

Hi Toni, I am not surprised you slept like a log and will likely do so for a good few nights, after all the wonders of the cruise and the rather tiring journey home.

I hope you all had a lovely time, for Charlies Birthday. I put a cake on FB for her :)

Carla cat, pepe was telling me that she was a very good student at Hogwarts, very agile and quick as a flash. She has a teeny broomstick apparently, but she can fly like a rocket. Sucker the Customer, now, that is a new one, I will ask about it..............

They were all on the phone at siesta time, what a noise. Sleek is beside herself with glee, now that all her peeples are back in her house. They were speaking in different languages to Carla Cat, I never knew they were all multi lingual as well

Sleek appeared while we were watching the tennis, pepe snook out without a sound and they went for a whizz round the town and up over Pendle.

All washing done and sorted, well done you.

Well, it is now well gone midnight, B came back just before 12, having sorted next doors computer. We are on call at all hours.

An at home day today, (will see how that goes). Dad will pop in for coffee.
Sunday, our Niece is coming over, without her Oh, who already has plans with her family. We will meet up at the GC and have a late breakfast. I am hoping she has made a nice carrot cake, they are yummy.

Hi to everyone else, Carol, Kerrin, Christine, Mig, Toady, Elizabeth, DD Charrisse and all.

Aidan finishing computer fixing just before midnight?

If it's not that it's doling out medical advice!

Yes Carla-cat was adorable I think 'sucker-the-customer' has to looking sweet to get food off us!!! I hadn't realised that she was so talented a cat! They are now multi-lingual then? I'm not surprised as Carla definitely heard my English 'cat' and understood me :)

Afternoon to all, wet wet wet here, just started pouring down.

I hoped you got everything you needed when you went into town on dial a ride Joan / Sue. Some of the people on the park have little doggies and they wear coats when the weather is bad. I know yours have lots of long fur to keep them warm.

The phone is fine thanks Joan, I am sorted I think. I got a partial refund for the case, it is the right case, but they did not have any screen covers, so they refunded me some of the cost. That's fine. I have ordered the perfect one, but it has to come from China, so it might take a day or two

Dad is ok, as long as we keep him up to date on what is happening, when, why and where.

We are open all hours for advice Toni, medical, technical, you name it.............

Little Carla Cat, she is lovely and she has sucker the customer completely sorted.
Multi lingual, yep, there is no end to the puskins talents.

The pictures are really good, loving the hair :) That's ok, we can look sideways. Nice ship, charming Captain and Waiter. Fine costumes of the dancing ladies.

That was quite a large balcony on board, very nice. Was it all plane sailing, or where there ups and downs.

We need some of that pasta, in the parmesan wheel, oh my, it looks SO good t4591

I hope you had a lovely time out last night, for Charlies B Day.

Pepe will be chatting to Sleek later, when we are having our siesta. They might be a bit quieter today, after the frenzied chatter after your arrival home. Bless

He has been doing some gliding and carpet clicking, after having a brush and preen.

Hi Barbara, I forgot to ask if the choir practice went ok, no trouble with the teeth  I do hope it is settling into place.

I did read about our warmer weather, somewhere in the med, I forget, what are we like. :? I am not that warm to be honest, but I will believe them.

The park home might have to be multi level, but there will be at least one lift. That was we can all keep the views.

We only have breakfast / brunch, if we go out, otherwise it is sandwiches for lunch at home. Never have breakfast, well, coffee and a ciggy, not sure that counts :?:lol:
Looking forward to our GC visit tomorrow. It will be busy with it being Mothering Sunday, so we will get there early.

Tea for 2, Tuesday at 1, sounds perfect, enjoy.

Happy Birthday to your youngest Son, 43, gosh, 43 seems a long time back now..............Then your GD Birthday, then GD coming with partner, it is all go this week

Hi Kath, did I thank you for those lovely potatoes, I don't think I did, my apologies. They were wonderful.

Thanks for the unicorn slippers, on FB, I do need them, without a doubt :lol:

It has been pretty wet here, so stopping at home today, doing housey things, lots of dusting and fussing.
BIL and SIL are coming round at some point this afternoon, hopefully sooner rather than later. We don't like hanging around waiting.

The pancakes are looking very good, I might have to pass on the banana ice cream, but Toni will have plenty of clotted cream to share. I don't need to find snacks for T time, you saved me a job, bless you.
I hope those ouchies are easing. Some love and sparkles to help them go away t4591 t115006 I think the bush babies are still with Toni, but the possums will come over later.

Right, I had better go fuss a bit more, before visitors. The peace will be shattered when SIL arrives :lol:

Love to everyone, in out and around about. Will pop back later. Take care, hugs and sparkles XX Aidan t4591 t115006

After they had done their checks they gave her over to her responsible Mother's care. (I think that is ME :? )

She is super-achy and headachy some bumps bruises bitten tongue but otherwise ok :?

Catch you all in the morning I hope

    Love

Oh dear Toni, sorry to hear that Lucy had a seizure. Sending lots of ((()))
    canva-get-well-soon-card-MABzzjbFsFw.jpg

Me Bill Pepe and Tosca send our feel better soon wishes. t4591 t115006 Sleek has told Pepe all about it and he was most upset.

Good that the paramedics did all the tests and then handed over to Mum. I bet she is bumped and bruised and ouchy.

I imagine you will be sleeping very lightly tonight, one eye open, on watch. :?

Don't worry about being late, look at me, it is always going up for midnight. Ever since I was retired from nursing, there have never been enough hours in a day

We had a pleasant siesta, slept a little, rested the bones and joints a bit.

Today we will be busy, with brunch along with Dad and Niece, then BIL coming in the afternoon, SIL has the flu, so is not coming. I will be wearing a mask, as I don't want any germs, thanks all the same for sharing them

Oh and we need some shopping, I will gather some hours from the shed, in readiness. I am sure we will need them

Hi to everyone else, Carol, Kerrin, Christine, DD, Mig, Toady, Barbara, and all.

We will watch some tennis from Indian Wells, love the venue, I was in Palm Springs, which is not so far away, fabulous, in the middle of the dessert.

Some Pecan Pancakes for Mothering Sunday, have a lovely day, to all Mum's, here and those who we remember so fondly. XXX Aidan

    Morning everyone :)

All seems well here Lucy still sleeping soundly. Nurse Sleek was on duty last night and assures me she hard not a peep! She is right I think; Lucy was asleep whenever I checked on her. She had been out with her friend missed her AEDs (anti-epileptic drugs) far too late a night and no doubt too much booze. She will learn by this I am sure and one day look back on this and realise how risky her behaviour was.

I missed a Teenage Cancer Trust do last night too! It was 80s/90s too  Paul was going to go as Hawaii 5 0 and I had a rather fetching neon outfit including a green tutu, pink leggings and yellow headband with lace on it. We were going with Pom and husband as his son is a nurse and works for TCT.

Aidan you have many visitors today? I am sure it will all turn out well and be good fun. Are they coming to you or to Dad's to look at all his new windows/doors and decorating?

Paul had to sit next to 2 very snotty people on the plane  Wanted a gas mask too!!!

Thank you all for your kind wishes I will keep Lucy as safe as I can and I am sure she will feel a good bit better today.

Sleek has already been over to tell Pepe the latest about Lucy as soon as I was 'on duty' Even Tosca was sending good wishes and she isn't that kind of cat according to Sleek  Pepe sneaked over in the night did you know? With his DRs bag so Lucy has wet ears

Morning to Joan (and Sue) I hope all is well with you and the doggies. Lucy is ok I think - bitten tongue etc, but ok. I have caught up on my sleep.

Kath I have sent over the possums/bush-babies if you need them? Kept one small bush-baby for Lucy.

Carol I hope all is well with you all - all your lovely family GKids and GGkids :) and that Mr T is behaving.

What is your latest knitting project? and is your weight still staying steady?

Barbara thank you I had my hair done the day before I left to make sure I looked respectable

Miss Carla Cat was very good at Suckering the customers. I gace her loads of Paul's chicken

I hope your baby had a great birthday :) 43 is no great age at all is it?

Right better get on I have things to do places to go and people to see.

    Love

    Toni xx
