Hi to all, chilly again tonight - well I am, B is boiled, but I keep sneaking the heating higher
We seem to have gained the hour back at some point in the day :? not sure when.
Did Barbara turn up for the singing in the choir? I hope all went well, that you now have your car back Toni, everything ship shape and put away from the safari dinner. Sleek said that the wash machine cooked all the laundry
Hopefully no more auras and no more vertigo for Barbara.
We will take Dad to do some shopping today, more than likely go to the GC for coffee and scone first. Get our priorities right. One has to start the week as you mean to go on
I won't dally, my back is still not happy with itself  not that it ever will be, but, you know what I mean. It is more grumpy than usual. :?
Leaving lots of love and sparkles to one and all. t4591 t115006 Everyone take lots of care XX Aidan

Lovely I think they look like doughnuts!! Thanks Aidan!
No more auras no.
I hope your back has eased a bit :?
Sleek is resting today she reckons Lytham wore her out She enjoyed the food even if they did wait for the chippy to open. Did you see how much sea mist they got?? Wow!! I should think that will earn her and Pepe some brownie points alright
Barbara did make choir no problem and helped a lot. She's stronger than you think. An old boy fell over and she had him up in a jiffy. I think he just missed his chair.
It was the Rev's birthday so after the ceremony (Palm Sunday) we all sang happy birthday and had cake.
Enjoy the GC today I hope Dad gets his shopping ok with your help.
Absolutely 30 degrees?? None of that cold wash malarkey for us. Yes all washed and dried ready for ironing. Along with Paul's PE kit
I like Fever tree aromatic tonic on it's own it's lovely! The colour changing gin was just for effect and VERY expensive
Kath I felt stuffed after the Safari Supper so I know how you feel chocolate can do that, but once you feel better you can do it all over again!!
Barbara did you have both puds too then and some of the wine? We toasted our 13th wedding anniversary too because that was on Safari Supper day.
I love husband getting 'helped' out of the car
I remember once when I was doing voluntary work one of the other volunteers cut up another vollie's' dinner - thought he was one of the people with a disability
Better get on am helping Pom with a scarecrow workshop and we are doing prep.
Love to everyone

I resisted the chocolate today.
Aidan, will you be watching the program about the Nottingham hospitals on BBC1 tonight? I bet you will notice many changes. Not all for the better either.
Not much to tell you today, so I'll just leave you with Spanish Omelet with red peppers and olives. then off to see if the Dormice are waking up.

Evening to you all have not popped in the last couple of days as the forum seemed to kick me out and I could not get back in but hey presto I am back in tonight Silver must have used some of his magic sparkles for me. have had a couple of quite days. not doing very much this week is not too busy really. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the scales are nice to me tomorrow at SW, but well if they are not it is not the end of the world. It will be very annoying though as I only need the next need 3 weeks to be ok and I will have completed 4 years at target. and 3 as a diamond member. I am also very mean and don't want to have to start paying again until I get Back into target.
so much has happened on here in the last few days. and my poor little brain just cannot cope with answering it all, so I will not try.
Kath do we have dormice amongst our lovelies now as well think I am loosing track of what we have. Spanish omelette looks very tasty indeed.
Barbara I Will be under the cloak on Wednesday and I will bring along some magic sparkles to sprinkle about hopefully the blood pressure will go down next week. we have been married for 48 years in July and my Mum always said it will never last
Toni congratulations on 13 years. we will have been married for 48 years in July and my Mum always said it will never last mind you some days I wonder how.
Aidan those pancakes were really yummy and very naughty of me to have 2. good job all the calories disappear when they get into our café. I claimed my extra hour in advance of the clock change so the pusskins are back in hogwarts good books are they,
ok bones are complaining so I need have a potter.
Love hugs and sparkles to you all t4591 t4591 t115006 t115006Stay positive always👍xx0 -
Hi to all, it has been a beautiful day here m0150 m0150 in fact I was getting in a lather at one point.
The hour that we seem to have gained yesterday, has vanished and it is now 11.30 - where did that day go :? :?
Hi Joan, no I didn't see how much it was to get into Wimbledon, but I will look. I did nosey how much last year and nearly fell of my perch. Hope you are enjoying fine weather.
Hi Toni, I think they are very similar to donuts, the danish whatsits, but they did look good.
Back is kind of back to grumbling, as normal, odd shouts, but usually because I am doing something I know I should not, like getting into cupboards to clean   I was duly told off.
Pepe has been resting too, all that sea air made them both very sleepy, plus eating a huge haddock between them. They did get a huge amount of sea mist, Pepe is going to tell me what it is for, after discussing it with Sleek.
Way to go Barbara, helping people back onto their feet and singing at the same time, no mean feat. Well done you.
How lovely to sing Happy Birthday to Rev Delphine, I bet she was made up with her caring flock, singing to her. Cake too, naturally.
GC was nice, not too busy, they were even getting the tables ready outside, with it being so sunny and warm. Coffee was lovely as was my scone.
Popped into the vets, they only had one box of Pepe's food
I had taken spare sachets back, that I know he won't eat, I usually put them in the animal sanctuary box in the surgery. The lovely ladies on reception said, no, take this box (new box), we will just exchange it, you spend enough and give enough already. Kind of them, so he had better eat it.
They are ordering more and saving me two with the right batch numbers on   Spoiled rotten, no, not a bit.
Cold wash, not on your Nelly. Glad everything is done and ready for pressing, I must do some ironing tomorrow too. Paul's PE kit  I won't ask
The low sugar fever tree tonic is very nice, there is such a range of it now, SO in vogue at the moment, G and T's are a must. I can imagine the colour changing one was expensive.
That was kind, one of your colleagues cutting up a fellow workers meal, I would have been grateful, save time and all that.
It is scarecrow time again? That has soon come round. Congratulations on your 13th Wedding Anniversary t4591
Oh dear, your BP is high Barbara, I am not surprised to be honest, with all the upset with your inner ears, then the MRI coming up, then the face to face on Wed. I will be leaving magic spells for Wednesday at 10, you will be in my thoughts and prayers, for definite. I hope the DWP realise just how stressful all this PIP change over is. I am all worked up about it and they haven't even sent the forms out.
It was very pleasant at the GC, had a meander around the huge selection of plants and flowers. We had a voucher, from last year, so we used it to get an evergreen clematis.
I keep pottering and then sitting, then pottering, just to maintain a level of ouchies that I can tolerate. Neck and lumbar are so much worse than this time last year. Never mind, we all carry on. Paint on that smile.
Glad you made it to choir and saved the poor man who went base over apex. You are a star. How rude, thinking that you had been in the shed.........
So the road is just as bad, for speeding cars. When will people realise that speed costs lives.
You resisted the chocolate, oh Kath, how could you
I will look out on catch up for the hospitals in Nottingham. I can only begin to imagine what changes have gone on. I remember the General Hospital on Maid Marion Way, I remember the Ladies hospital on Peel Street, which I am sure was a work house at one point. My favourite place to work was City Hospital, QMC was just SO big. We did our training there, the times I got lost was just untrue.
I have heard noises from the Dormice house, so I think they are waking up. There is fresh seed, corn and drinks for them, when they come round a bit.
Thank you for the Spanish Omelette, I didn't have time to pop in with cakes.
Hi Carol, don't worry about missing out on what has happened, sometimes the forum races along and reading back becomes a blur. Glad you have managed to get back onto the forum, sometimes the world of the internet, just goes haywire.
You had such a busy week last week, it will be nice to have some quieter days.
I am sure the scales will be kind to you. You have done wonderfully well, truly. It is no mean feat to keep on target for over three years, well, nearly 4 years. All credit to you.
Have as many of the pancakes as you like, all the calories fall out, so much away They have a note up in the T room we like, saying that once the cakes are cut, all the calories fall out
The puskins have redeemed themselves, after completing their task of gathering sea mists, for the wood nymphs.
Apparently, the nymphs spin the sea mists and turn it into yarn, that can then be woven. It is for Silver to use, naturally it will be full of magical properties. t115006 Not quite sure where or how it will be used, Pepe would say no more.
Maybe Miss Sleek has some more idea as to its use.
Well, I had better post, before the PC decides to shut down and restart of its own accord.
An at home day today, rain is forecast for most of the day I think.
Wednesday is Cardiologist review / 12 lead ecg etc...........

Oh Aidan, Peel Street no longer exists (my eldest son Richard was born there). The General is closed too. City is my favourite hospital, I only go to the NHS Treatment Centre (on the QMC campus) for my Rheumatology appointment.
We toddled to the benches this morning and briefly sat in the drizzle, then to the Co-op, but managed to get home without getting too wet. The dampness made Chris and I VERY ouchy. scold scold.

Afternoon to one and all -
It rained all night and most of the morning. Better this afternoon though and quite warm. Maybe the tumble dryer has raised the temp. :?
Hi joan, Dad is not too bad thank you, we keep an eye on him every day. B has been round today, to make sure he was ok, helped him with some garden pots.
I did see the notice in the daily mirror, it was a mis placed sign, without a doubt and obviously upset some people, understandably.
Hi Kath, I imagine Peel Street went a long time ago, not sure if they were doing something with it before I left Nottingham, back in 1988 /89.
I know the General closed, it has all been given a big facelift around there, and around the Castle. It needed it, it was a bit creepy there at night, as was the lace market, walking through there and down all the steps to Broadmarsh, was quite hair raising.
That's good that you don't have to trail round the QMC for your appointments. It is a huge place, when we did our training, there was still one of the four blocks that was nowhere near finished.
City is nice, I enjoyed my time there. Even if I did have to walk that corridor a thousand times..............
Glad you managed to sit on your benches, even if it was a little drizzly. Then the Co Op and then home, with those ouchies. We will be sending them packing as soon as t115006 t115006 t4591
Vegetable risotto looks delicious, thank you, I will take two portions please, for our supper tonight
Have had a fair day at home, B cut my hair, which I am always very grateful for. I will do his later this week. Dads needs cutting too, so the salon will be busy
B has been tending the garden, sorting out the pots and getting them in order, tidied up, put into evergreens, perennials etc. Hibiscus all together, Pieris all together, bench in the middle, the new clematis in the raised bed, all looking nice again. I pressed some shirts and then Pepe decided that he wanted the ironing board more than I did  He wanted to have some pictures taken to send to Miss Sleek, bless
https://photos.app.goo.gl/qtoahODm33cmlCcV2
The first one, looking super fluffy, with those oh so blue eyes.
Some ironing board gliding, looking very very fluffy and a scruff pot.
https://photos.app.goo.gl/6756aOD4UuJSoiIM2
I am sure Sleek will be printing the pictures, to put in her collection.
I am informed, :? by Pepe, that the thread, woven from the sea mist, is worked on the teeny tiny looms in the Nymphs home, into little squares, which can be laid on ouching areas, they sparkle with magic and have soothing properties. Nice to know and something else that can help with our tender bits  They need a regular supply of sea mist to keep up, as the squares are so fragile, they don't last very long.
Sleek will be on with organising another trip to Lytham, the sea mist there is of a better quality apparently. Well, it would be, it is a very delightful area.
Washer is on its third do, drying nearly all done. Seem to have caught up a bit today.
I hope everyone else is ok, don't be worrying too much Barbara, I can tell you are, even from my side of the hills. We will both be ok tomorrow, I will be sending pepe and sleek will be there, under the cloak of many rooms, to keep an eye on the DWP assessor. The more you need help, from another person, the more points you score, it is not just about what it wrong with you, it is how you are affected. My thoughts will be right there by your side.
My appointment and cloak duties, are for 1.30pm, not seen my Cardio for a year now and I always go every 6 months :? :? Still, the back end of last year, just went from one thing to another and then Mum passing...........
We are taking Dad with us, he likes a ride out, we will have lunch in Skipton and go from there, at is about 25 min from Skipton, to Cottingley and the Yorkshire Clinic.
Hi to Toni, hope you are ok and no more headaches / auras.........Sleek said you have been busy peeples.

Hello to everyone
I am in early tonight for some reason so i have had a little trip down to see the lovelies before I Post they are all happy fed and watered.
Weigh in today did not go too bad was another gain of 1/2 lb. but I had had a chat with consultant before weighing. and she agreed to tweak my target up to what ever my weight was today which means my target is now just 4lb above what it was, generally any change should be by 7lb, but at consultants disgression it can be tweaked by less if you are having problems, and as it was agreed before I weighed I was classed as in target and did not have to pay.
had a little ride to a neighbouring high street a short bus ride from home and had a good mooch around the shops there for a change. and of course I had a nice cup of coffee before returning home.
a couple of slightly busy days coming up then 6 days time off to Edinburgh for 4 days.
Barbara well as you can see from above with consultants approval my target was slightly raised before I weighed so all was well although I did gain 1/2lb today. oh yes you have many carers including four legged carers as well as 2 legged ones even ones who need wheelie things with them.
Aidan Love the pictures of Pepe he is gorgeous and by the look of those pictures he knows it too. Now tiny magic squares to help with the ouches too. and the Pusskins have redeemed themselves by collecting all the sea mist. Hope your Cardio appt goes well. and those pies well what can I say just had to have one would have been rude not to. I love that saying when the cakes are cut up the calories fall out. Staying at target is actually harder sometimes than losing it in the first place.
Joan thank you weigh in was again 1/2 lb gain but all ok as have slightly change target as I put at the start of this post. Hope you are both doing ok.
Well its that time for a little wander before I take root in this armchair
Lots of love and healing sparkles for every one. t4591 t4591 t4591 t115006 t115006 t115006 .Stay positive always👍xx0 -
Sorry to b late in again
Carol I do think your target needed tweaking nd hope now all will be well. I was talking about you and SW to our dentist this afternoon.
Nice to look around different shops isn't it and always god to have a coffee
WE had rain too here this morning though it ended up dry Barbara I think 'they' can't get those who are really cheating the system so they get the easier target. Then they make sure there are articles in the paper about people with disabilities who are really fit so that Joe Public thinks we are all the same.
Miss Sleek came over this afternoon Aidan when you were napping nd she says the garden is really tidy - no room for voles....
The printed has been whirring away she has printed off the photos
of her beloved. She says it's 'his eyes.....' Bless her.
I think it's because the ironing board because you use it so he thinks it's important.
Yes the sea mist is of excellent quality in Lytham so another trip will be planned soon if the Beast from the East stays away.
The cloak is out for both of you all aired and ready I think Silver will see to it we can support you and Barbara.
Pinky came out no face planting that was a rather nice and civilised cake
Thank you Kath for the veg risotto it was lovely I really enjoyed it.
Well done for going for the walk and staying remotely dry
Joan I haven't started my own scarecrow these are for a scarecrow workshop we are running next month. I will take a photo.
Better get on!
Love to everyone

Hi to one and all, once more
Before midnight as well, wonders will never cease.
Hi Barbara, we will be swapping cloak duties left right and center today. Thank you, in advance, for nipping under, along with everyone else.
Glad you like the pictures of Pepe, he is a gorgeous boy and those eyes, well, no wonder he has me wrapped around his little paws
Yes, hair all tidy, ready for the Dr. I will cut bill's but not Dads   I would have to be fully promoted, to cut anyone else's hair and that is not likely any time soon
You are more than welcome to the support, from all of us. Sadly the easy targets are the honest folks, like ourselves. As you say, the ones that milk the system and then some, are well known and nothing seems to be done.
You seem armed and ready, I know you will be nervous, but we will all be there holding hands and you can hold Pepe and Sleeks paws too We are all carers for each other, rightly so.
That pie was just so good, I could happily wade through it.
How is your vertigo / mennieres, is it a lot better now. Make sure you mention that this is a problem too, requiring even more help and support.
Loads of hugs t4591 t115006
Hi Carol that sounds far more agreeable, to juggle the target weight a bit, after nearly four years, it is the least they can do. You have done amazingly well and it is the keeping on target that is harder than loosing the weight. You are quite right.
Nice to see some different shops and coffee is essential. We must be a nation of coffee shop visitors now. Everywhere, there are coffee shops, t rooms etc. Very French.
Are, we on countdown to the trip to Edinburgh, wonderful.
The magic squares are ready for use, Silver will carry them with him at all times. The Nymphs are using the last of the sea mist, so our intrepid duo will be off with their jars asap.
Thank you, I am sure my Cardio appt will be ok. He likes to compare ECG's on a regular basis, he reads them like a book, whereas I just see the basics. He can spot the tiniest discrepancies. Just as well, being a cardio consultant :? He will be asking about the DWP and if they are leaving me alone. They annoy him intensely. Consultants do not like having to repeat themselves umpteen times, to say that their patient is NOT WELL and will NEVER BE WELL. Sorry, it was him shouting, not me.
How is Mr T, is his neck a lot better? I hope it is.
Evening Toni. No worries, I am late 99% of the time.
Ah, Sleek was here early evening, explains why Pepe was absent from the bed, for a while. I am glad she likes the garden, no room for voles. Just sheep.
Monday night, very late, stood at back door, said to B, look, there is a deer, other side of the hedge. I definitely need to go to have my eyes checked again. Since when does a roe deer have a short neck, thick wooly coat and look like a sheep  It must have got out of the fields opposite the park entrance. It was happily eating the grass at the front of us.
Today, three sheep went past :? :? The farmer has been, on his quad bike with trailer cage on the back, I assume he has rounded them up.
I guessed Miss Sleek would be printing her beloved photo's, the eyes, yes, I can see where she is coming from.
The ironing board is very important and he always does a full performance when he goes on it, he loves it.
I think the Beast from the East is a bit of a scaremongering by the press. It is dropping cold for a few nights, but no snow forecast, maybe up in the highlands. Not that the papers like to sensationalise things
Pinkies out, very nice too, perfectly pert little finger
Look forward to the pictures of the scarecrow workshop.
Thank you for airing the cloak, it will be busy today, without a doubt. Silver will of course, make sure everyone is in the right place at the right time.
Right, I had better do some pottering. Another Tramadol per chance.
Hi to Kerrin, Christine, Elizabeth, Mig, Toady DD and all, in and about.

Just having my breakfast before getting ready for cloak duties....
Aidan I am sure the cardio will be happy enough with you she will have looked at the results and assessed any differences and probably get cross with the DWP yes
I do not blame her getting cross 'hearts' do not like being stressed :x
Then of course there's our Barbara's DWP assessment to get to...thank goodness Silver will round us up. Plenty of supplies under the cloak for us all including soft loo roll for the little room
The Pepe photos now have pride of place in Sleek's little house. She keeps on touching them with a gentle paw. Fabulous gliding and posing there
Hermione said they can fetch more sea mist tomorrow as she also thinks the press were bigging up the weather
Sheep? Sheep? Our Skezier would love them We have cows or horses in the next field.
Right better get dressed l need a shower

afternoon all..needed to get out of the house after the face to face
She came 5 mins early..I did expect them to be nice but not this one..she has been a nurse all over the world..does houses up to sell..and walk for miles..made me feel useless..lots of questions with 3 or 4 options..then things like do you go out..well yes I do, were do you go... GC ..shops, doctors..told her we have a chariot and take it with us, has I cant walk far..how do you get into the doctors ..OH takes me and parks up well how long does it take you to walk to the reception..2 mins..so its times and not distances they ask..she wasn't interested in the new letter so asked her to take the copy's we had made..then it was grip my hand ,I couldn't so she tried to bend my fingers..she saw me wince..so stopped and then asked for me to look up down and sideways..my neck hardly moves, she didnt ask me to walk, I think because one of the letters says I fall because my legs give way because of this back..then so awful personal questions..
Anyhow now I must wait..thanks so much for all your support..Pepe and miss sleek didnt put a paw wrong bless um..and must say you were all very quiet..
Carol so glad you have had your target tweaked..good for her..and thanks for bringing all the lovely animals along..must clean up after therm..
Toni they will always pick on the easy targets.. thanks for being under the cloak not sure how you all got under but you did the job of calming me down..
Aiden..thankyou..for all the sparkles..and hugs..maybe they will leave you alone..hope all is well today with your cardio..I can understand his frustration at the DWP..and I am sure you have leaned a lot about cutting hair..so maybe promotion is not far off..and you have been seeing deer but they were sheep we used to have cows all over our gardens..until the farmers retired.. the vertigo comes and goes in small doses so can cope with that its the big ones I dont like..
Joan it was my assessment for PIP..not a clue how it has gone but we shall see..is your heating working ok ..its much colder today..
Right I need something sweet , so apple pancakes it is thankyou Aiden..

Barbara you did really well we were all so quiet Sleek put a quiet spell on herself and Pepe because she knows how they screech when they get together.
Silver dropped some sparkles on you and on her too.
I think your answers were spot on so all should go well I hope fingers crossed ((()))
When Lucy's turned up it was an hour early and Lucy was in bed (she was v poorly on chemo at the time) I said she must come back at the right time!! How brave was I?
She duly came back and I let her in she tried to make Lucy stand on tip toes and she fell over.....
Anyway you did GOOD!!
Just need to wait for Aidan now

Hi to all, finally, I am here, right at the end of the day.
We didn't get in until after 4pm, so it was a sort out and cup of T and then siesta.
Hi Toni, the breakfast was yummy, I must say, it looked uber good.
Thank you for your cloak duties
My cardio consultant has now retired, today was his last day..... ....I was so shocked and quite upset really. He has looked after me for 24 years now, with great skill and great care. My late Dad too, was under his care on a couple of occasions.
MY ECG did not show any changes, some ectopic beats, but they were not near the T wave, so he was not concerned  Pleased with all my recent blood tests, not worried about raised tryglicerides.
He said that one of his colleagues, who is an eminently qualified cardio consultant is taking over his patients, who choose to see the Dr privately. He said I will be very well looked after, so I am happy to carry on going to the clinic, I trust his word completely.
I know his secretary quite well, she popped out of her office to say hello, she said they had been talking in the morning, how are you going to tell Aidan, that you are retiring :? :? She is secretary to the other consultant as well and said I would be fine with him looking after me.
He was quite concerned how much my poor old bones and joints have deteriorated and how difficult it is to manage the pain sometimes, even with enough medication to knock a horse out. He had to launch me from the examination couch, otherwise I would still be there   He asked if the DWP were leaving me in peace, I said, for the moment, but, they will be starting again soon. I won't repeat what he said. He said it is not nice to hear, but both main conditions that you have, will only get worse, they will not get better. :? :? Anyway, onward we go.
I am waffling on, I do apologise
It was kind of Silver to organise everyone for two cloak duties and the softest of loo rolls is essential, most kind.
Ah, bless, Miss Sleek touching Pepe's pictures, she is a darling. Their trip to Lytham is all set for this morning, must keep those looms going in the nymphs underground home, we certainly need those magical squares.
Hi Barbara, oh dear, you had a visit from the nurse who had lost her bedside manner a long time ago. A little less doing up and selling houses and a bit more compassion, would not do her any harm.
I am sorry she was off hand and then bending your fingers back, how dare she, I am hoping Mr B was there, to witness this. There are things that you can ask a person if they can do, or would be ok to try. Fuming I am. If Sleek had not put a spell of calm on Pepe, he would have had his claws in her.
I know they are not interested in what is wrong, it is how much time and help you need to carry out your daily life. On the one hand they put great store on being able to have some form of social input from family, friends, ability to go out, then on the other, they make you feel so damned guilty for going out and how long it takes you and how do you get there and this and that.........
Oh yes, the personal questions, seeing how we react to being asked about our continence, our bathing, our dressing............oh I am shaking inside for you. I was thinking of you so much today. I am glad to hear that us being there was calming for you. XX
Let us keep a positive outlook, putting her aside and focus on your award being forthcoming. t4591 t4591
I am glad that the vertigo is lessened. Yes, we have deersheep I will go and have another eye test
Hi Joan, oh yes, pepe is well loves and totally spoiled by me, he has me just where he want me, at his beck and call, 24 / 7. I hope you don't get thunder, it is the wrong time of year. Mind you, with our weather, we can get anything really.
Oh Kath, we love love love cheesy chips, one of life's little treats without a doubt, we have them once a week, at least. Cheese and chip butties, with lots of butter............lots of calcium :? :? Thank you for leaving them for us.
Just reading your post about the DWP visit for Lucy. You did the right thing, asking them to come back and the right time. Poor mite, feeling so rotted with her chemo and then having to face them as well. Stand on tip toe, then falling over, I hope they were very apologetic and suitably aware that Lucy's needs were high priority.
I remember Cris and her doggy going missing, goodness that is a long time back now. Bless, never finding her again, but helping others to find theirs. Heart warming.
Dad has the same very expensive :? tv as us, well, it has stopped working. We tried all ways, but no avail. It is under warranty so they are coming to collect it next week, after the Bank Holidays. He didn't want to be without one, so we went into Curry's on the way home and he bought a smaller 32 inch, to use now and then have for the bedroom.
I was drooling at the latest tv's...........We could be tempted..........
All in all, a long day.
So, I will bid everyone well, hi to Carol, Kerrin, Elizabeth, Christine, Mig, Toady, DD and all
I will pop something out for breakfast. Everyone take lots of care. XX Aidan

Talking with my mouth full of muffin apologies  the Noo-noo is running!
Aw Aidan!! You must be devastated After him knowing you and your Dad before you too Sounds as though the secretary and Cardio absolutely trust his replacement though so I am sure after a few visits you will feel the same ((()))
Lucy 'lost' her neurologist for her epilepsy in December and bawled her eyes out!
No change is good I am very pleased all is well.
We all had a spot of lunch out between yours and Barbara's appointments with some posh cuppas so needed the soft loo roll
The tumble dryer is on washing Lucy's bedspread which Sleek was sick on in the night (bedspreads are essential with pets) all washed and in the tumble dryer now
She is out with her beloved all made up and looking pretty in her frock.....I am expecting her back any minute now.....
Joan I answered your questions about Cris earlier, but sadly no that poor doggie is gone still
Better get on now
Love

I've just arranged for my dad to have a 'befriending' appointment through Independent Age www.independentage.org as he spends so much time alone, he's beginning to talk to himself, and to mum. So Anita and I thought it would be an added interest for him.
I feel I was very fortunate with the doc that did my 'face to face' for PIP. Some sound horrific. No empathy at all.
Aidan, don't apologise for waffling, we all do it and at least it makes a nice interesting post. Any way, when you've been with your cardiologist as long as that - you just HAVE to make your feelings known.
Joan, hope you and Sue are having a good day.
Right, almost time to change my patches but first, a thick slice of rich fruit cake spread with lashings of butter. Everyone enjoy."Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea." Robert A Heinlein

Evening all
How are we all I enjoyed my knitting group yesterday we had about 12-14 people. had a Tesco food delivery today due for 10-11.am instead of tomorrow and what a fiasco that was, firstly get a text at 10.30am to say driver is running late he will now be with us between 10-11.25am. Then at 10.20 he rings us up telling us he is outside .Mr T goes outside to see but he is not there so I ring him back asking where he is he is only parked out side a block 2 streets away silly man he says he cannot find address. when he calls he got a telling off from Mr T because he was a driver who has been here before. shopping delivered and we both go out. On my way back I end up getting on a bus with a load of school kids and their mums because they left school earlier for start of Easter holidays. so had trouble finding a seat and had to stand most of the way. thank goodness I was only 4 bus stops from home.
Toni It was actually my consultants fleeting remark last week that made me think about tweaking the target. and as I was there early this week I thought I would speak to her before the weighing started. and she agreed and told the weigh in lady that it was ok to change it. So you were talking about me to your dentist were you. quite enjoyed looking round the shops.
Aidan yes I am glad the target weight was adjusted however Mr T said that's cheating when I told him. who dose he think he is ha ha I will have to post my collage picture of me before I started SW and then when I reached target. the difference is quite good. our high street is full of coffee shops we are spoilt for choice. yes three 3 full days to go to Edinburgh. Glad the Cardio was happy with your results.
JoanThank you I will am looking forward to being away for a few days.
Barbara I think the animals were well behaved under the cloak all very quite. but they were all listening i'm sure to what was going on. I asked as she mentioned it last week it could be done and as I was there early this week i asked her if she could organise for it to happen no problem.
think it is now time for a little potter the joints are a groaning. so they need a bit of exercise.
Love and sparkles to all
