Evening all
Wow its so nice to be missed by you lovely people when I dont post for a couple of days. We are both ok all be it a bit tired, it has been a hectic few days. We had a horrible bus journey to our church meal as being earlier travelling the buses were jam packed. to be honest the menu was not really much different in food choice just slightly cheaper as they do a set 2 or 3 course meal. before 7pm. so the next one will be the same time and then it will be reassessed. Friday was the usual dinner with Mr T then meeting friend for coffee. We had the first of our open mornings at the church Yesterday (Saturday) and surprise surprise I actually sold 2 cards  Then last night Mr T, myself and our youngest daughter we at a little Arts theatre in a church in Raynes Park about a 45 minute journey buy buses from our home. where they were putting on a show to say farewell to their 2 producers whom used to go to our church many years ago. it was fantastic. we had had a meal out before. really don't want to think about what the scales will say on Tuesday.. Think I may have been coming out of the shed with armfuls of hours not in Hope Nephews wife likes her birthday card.
Toni Glad you have received the cards and like them. that was quite funny that the brochure that I sent came the same day. now that I have your details when we have new brochure or supplements I will send you one to keep you up to date with them. And thanks again for ordering. yes Don't know where the hours have gone the past few days. although when I read the start of my post I believe  I know where they went.
Barbara don't worry about forgetting things on here I am sure I often do.
Kath Ouch that knee looks nasty sending you some extra sparkles for it.
Aidan hope the new computer B has set up works much better for you. technology is good when it works unicorn cereal whatever next will they think of.
Time for a potter and a cuppa love and sparkles to all and
lets hope for more m0150 m0150
bye bye for nowStay positive always👍xx0 -
Hi to all, a few showers this evening. Quite a wet week according to the forecast
Hi Carol, of course we miss you when you are out and about. We miss all our friends when they are busy, or have glitches with the wonders of technology, appointments etc.
I guessed you were busy, with Church meal, then out with Mr T, then coffee, then selling cards, wow, way to go, you sold two )
The little arts theatre sounds really nice, glad you all enjoyed the show. Oh and a meal out before, why not eh. Don't worry about the scales, I am sure they will be fine. You have been on target for a long long time now and all credit to you.
I am sure Nephews wife will love her card, a butterfly tree one.
It was you picking up some spare hours, it is no wonder they vanish so fast. We say there are not enough hours in the day on many an occasion. Retired, well, I am, but never stop...........
The pc is just wonderful, so much faster and does what it is supposed to do. B is on with scrubbing the hard drive on the other all in one, it is a lovely machine. We will sell it, it is worth a few hundred, it cost a small fortune.
I love technology, my late Dad was the same. If we had something new, he would have to have the same With him being so disabled, his computer was his lifeline to the world, from sermons to watching tv, reading the papers, making cards etc.
Our siesta was welcome and I managed to sleep, must be fresh laundry that makes the difference. I would happily have fresh sheets etc, every day.
I choked on my second cup of coffee in the morning, that was quite a drama. Glad I was in the kitchen so I could grab a t towel rather than cover everywhere in coffee, as I spluttered and coughed
Glad we were not in the garden centre   that would have been so embarrassing.
Talking of the GC, we will be there this morning, (don't worry Barbara and Kath, we can be in as many places as we need when it comes to being there for friends ). t115006 t115006
Happy St George's Day to all.
Pepe and Sleek have been on the crystal ball. They have arranged their mist gathering trip, for early morning, nice and damp, so there should be plenty on Pendle, to gather.
Pepe has ordered Miss Sleek a new mug, for her puskin drinks. From Catazon of course
Silver has left these little bottles of Unicorn Magic, for everyone to carry with them. They contain much strength, comfort and calmness, with lots of protection and love.
I will away, time I was having a little potter about. Some more cleanifying in the kitchen
Take care all, will see you all under the cloak. Special hugs to Barbara and Kath, for their appointments. t4591 t4591
I will go find some extra things for breakfast under the cloak of many rooms.

Everyone ready?
Of we go......Barbara get in! We'll make sure you aren't late for your appointment and Kath will pop in after hers
For now we'd better pop those two into the relaxation room. Actually after the week she had maybe Carol can join them?
Cups of tea in our lovely new unicorn mugs (staff only so that's all of us in the café) coffee if anyone prefers it.
Hmm what's the breakfast? lemon and blackcurrant traybake lovely Aidan
I am glad you and Dad enjoyed your visit from BIL and SIL yesterday and Dad had MCd's. Not for me either
I am so glad the PC is so much better you are lucky to have a techie at home My Dad was the same with technology too he had one of the first computers...got my bro a ZX81 (one I still remember) we played tennis I think it was on it for months!!
We were out last night for an early celebration of Tia's birthday and she had her presents from us and a lovely suite of jewellery which we had ordered
If I can I will upload the pic later. Food was WOW!!!
Sleek is so exited (don't remind her about her check-up later today please  ) she has a new mug! It is thermos one so keeps her drinks hot or cold and won't burn her paws She has a drinks holder on her broomstick now
they have been back awhile having collected their mist and packed their bags to join us all in the cloak.
I have put some of Silvers sparkles in my pocket it also works well on panic attacks it says....
Unicorn cereals from Ocado so I can get some easily enough thanks to the link you sent yesterday
Carol the cards are lovely I am waiting for the first birthday to come along (Tia's card was already bought before they came!) so I can get some compliments Your own post must have been fast to catch up the card delivery! Yes please keep me up to date.
What a busy time you've had and sold 2 cards too that is good at the open Church The bus journey sounded awful and the food not much better
I am not worried about SW I expect you to maintain target and get your double diamond award
So Barbara was talented at making guy Fawkes's? Then you could easily make a scarecrow just add some wire and wood so he'll stand up
Mine will be 'different' again
All set for today and you are safely in the cloak in the relaxation room. Ready to go out for your apt when needed and hold Kath's hand too
Kath we all love salted caramel popcorn here too....oooh! no calories. Just make sure the cats don't flick it about like their litters
Not to worry Noo-noo is packed
The cake looks lovely of course with plenty of Cornish clotted cream
Barbara will sing and it's like an angel so it will keep you calm.
Joan no thunder or lightening for us but some nice showers. Are the dogs ok with thunder? I have a feeling Sue isn't??
Rightyho onwards and upwards
Love to everyone

Morning everyone.
Working from home today as I have a blood test and physio appointment. Got more done in 2 hours than I normally get done in a whole day at school. No naughty kids to disturb me!
Body continues to adapt to the Sulfasalazine which I’m very pleased about. But i think I will need to call hospital later as I doubt GP has my new prescription.
Will try catch up when I’m back from the doctors.

Lemon and blackcurrant tray bake Yummy yummy, thank you Aidan.
I hope Barbara's appointment went as well (or better) as mine did. MTX blood test results are more than satisfactory. I've to reduce Leflunomide to alternate days for the sake of my BP. I've lost 6lb in 6 months. And most embarrassing of all - my knee isn't Vasculitic, I have bursitis and one has a scab! So she is making an appointment for scans and to drain any fluid off. She told me not to kneel down - HAHAHAHA I also have some dry pads to cover it and I'm to let the air to it when at home. But I have to kneel down to stretch my back and hip to relieve them. I'll let you know when the scan appointments come in. All in all, it wasn't a bad appointment. Thanks for being there with the bush babies et al.

Afternoon, gosh, we have had a busy morning, in three places at one time. Thinking of our lovely friends from early morning onward t115006 t115006
Well done with the organisation of the cloak Toni, much appreciated. It was quite busy with us all piling in. The relaxation room was ideal for Kath and Barbara, with massage and reiki treatments too.
The Unicorn mugs are perfect and of course, staff only.
Breakfast bake was rather tasty, I did go round with the nu nu afterwards, on silent mode.
Dad did enjoy his McD, but to be honest he could barely remember B and SIL coming over, when we met up today. Short term memory is really going, by degrees.
I am very happy boy with the new pc, it does what you tell it to do Mind you, the other one does now, the one we are selling, B has completely reinstalled windows and it is ready to rock.
I remember the first PC that Dad had it cost an absolute fortune, compared to ones you can get now. Then I had one, with a monitor that was about 2 foot deep, my Lilac Point Siamese used to sleep on top of it :animal_busy:
I remember the tennis game, well, more like ping pong. It was a marvel of technology. My first piece of tech, was a calculator, which was my BIG present, one Christmas. Before that, I used a slide rule. Kids would not know what one was now.
The meal out for Tia's Birthday sounds yummy, cannot wait to see a picture and you must have chosen some lovely jewellery for her 8) 8)
Check up, for Miss Sleek, no, I won't say anything and Pepe knows nothing either. I am sure she will let him know later   A new mug indeed, no doubt Pepe will want a drinks holder on his broomstick now.
He said they had been out early, the mist was very sparse this morning, soon vanished. They are keeping the Nymphs very busy, they have a new automated loom now, their little sparkling fingers were getting a bit tired. Hermione waved her magic wand and gave them the new loom.
Pepe sent this pic, of him kneading his blanky last night - he was very busy.

Silver sparkles will work on panic attacks, I will pop some in my bag......... :? Always handy to have.
SO glad you can get some Unicorn Cereals, we will all be round for breakfast. I am sure they will be low sugar :? :?
Hi Joan, B does have nimble fingers, for all craft things, like his jewellery etc. He is on with some paper cutting project at the moment, top secret I am told
Hi Kerrin, hope your bloods and Physio appointments go ok, no kiddies to distract you means getting a lot more done
Good to hear that you are settling in a bit more with the Sulfa...
It does take a while for prescription requests to filter down to the GP's, so will be worth contacting them for sure.
Hi Kath, so your appointment went as well as possible. I am glad, (which sounds the wrong thing to say, but you know what I mean) that you have bursitis and not more vasculitis in your knees. No, best not to kneel down, is there not another stretch you could do on the bed, to ease your back and hip, there are flexion movements that can help, when you are laying down. Good to hear that MTC results are fine and that the Leflunomide has decreased, which will help your BP. Loosing weight too, well done you.
The Bursitis is usually treated with rest, cold compress, aspirations, or antibiotics as well, if there is a suspected infection. They will likely test the drained fluid, to see if there is anything lurking.
You are very welcome, we were all glad to be there for you and Barbara. ((()))
Now, that Cheese and potato bake looks irresistible, so I won't resist any more, thank you kindly. I will eat some right away, while we wait for Barbara.
It is now pill time, so I will just check that the cloak is all neat and tidy, Silver kept his stable sparkling clean and Toni has already been and immaculised the bathrooms.
Will check back later, in the meantime, hi to all our friends, in out and around about. Love and Sparkles to all. t4591 t115006 XX AidanXX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -
Silver left these amazing cakes for us, full of magical energies, to revive us and relax us.

Afternoon all...very cold here..
will keep this short my eyes are still strange..a bit like me ...got back around 1 oclock was in quickly but went to 2 departments..and then to the doctor..its Macular degeneration..but the dry one thank goodness..so they will check me twice a year..and I still have to go to the other clinic to check the pressure in the eyes for glaucoma ..so not has bad as I thought..
Thanks everyone for coming under the cloak..and so glad that Kaths went well apart form the bursitis..hope they sort it soon
Thanks for all the food I am starving..oh and the unicorn mug..I want one...
Love to all and I might be back later.. t4591 t4591 t4591Love

I had to check back, before T time, to see if our Barbara was home and ok. Lo and behold Hugs for the squiffy eyes. t4591
Not as bad as you thought, is good news. I am glad we were with you, we did keep quiet, even Silver didn't whinny.
Macular degeneration is age related in most case, no, I am not saying any of us are old, but......... :? :? The dry condition is the more common one and is the less aggressive form, by a long way.
Keeping a check on it twice a year is good. Now to check for the eye pressure and possibility of glaucoma which can be helped, with medication, if it is found.
Now, rest and relaxation is prescribed my Matron. Help yourself to everything that there is to eat, Kath left a lovely cheesy potato bake and of course there is Unicorn Cake, Silver insisted.
Phew. I will rest easier at siesta time now. Love to all, XXXX Aidan t4591 t115006 :animal_busy: Will be back later..........XX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -

The printer is whirring and Pepe's picture is being printed off (one for the ickle house one for her basket. Oh and she thinks the new Prince should be called Pepe. :? Not sure it's a royal name though.

You do have a unicorn mug because you are staff. Not sure where it is though :? Might be in the dishwasher I put them all in when we got back
Kath I am pleased it's not the vasculitis bursitis not great admittedly, but could have been worse Bloods all good and lost 6lbs!!
Lef to be decreased and scans imminent. Let us know and we'll all be there when you have the dates.
Thanks for the cheesy potato bake it was lovely.
Kerrin I hope blood test went ok and physio and maybe just maybe the prescription will be at the GPs :?
Glad you got all that work done well done without the kiddies to disturb you

Hope this made sense Internet explorer is super slow this afternoon

Evening all
Weather has definitly cooled down here today but at least it is dry. and I only had a light jacket on when I went out and I was not cold. It has been a slower paced day today and I had time for a chill in the coffee shop.
Aidan yes I know you miss me when I don't post but it's its a lovely feeling. we are all one big happy family here, I love the Caticorn mugs. Saturday was a very good day first the shock  of selling 2 cards then great evening complete with nice weather too. as far as the weight is concerned all I ask is that I am still in target tomorrow to complete my 4 years at target. the butterfly tree card is lovely isn't it. never not been busy since I retied in fact I think sometimes how did I fit everything in when I worked. Glad B has given you a better computer to work on. talking about computers do you remember my about my clearing my spare computer of my stuff to give to the church, and Mr T then mucking it up after I cleared it so that he couldn't get back into it. well he has never got around to getting into the shop for repair, and he tells me today that they don't need it now they have brought a new one. so I am left with a spare laptop that I cannot get into.   . love the cake from silver they were delicious just had to have a slices or two maybe three even.
Toni The relaxation room was great especially with the coffee in our new mugs. Good job the cloak has many rooms with us and all the animals included that accompany us glad you all enjoy Tia's birthday. fingers crossed for the weight I want that 4 years at target and the triple diamond this week.
The pictures of Tia's birthday was lovely. Prince Pepe well maybe not. we probably wont know for a couple of days yet.
Joan I have had a couple of days where I have not done much.
Kath good that your apt went well. don't kneel down ha ha if I tried to kneel down I wouldn't get up again. hope it all gets better soon.
Barbara Glad the eyes were not as bad as you thought. we were all there under the cloak of many rooms with you.

Hi to all - Just reading about the horrific killing of pedestrians in Toronto, dreadful, just dreadful.
B's Aunt and Uncle live in Toronto and his Aunt and Uncle that were here a little while back, are going to visit over there in May. You just don't know where you are safe. I guess any of us are targets, but we won't be made prisoners in our homes.
The cakes did look too good to eat, so I have kept some, for display and some for eating. Carol has already had three slices
I am glad we are close by to Dads, he would not cope without us, that's for sure :? :?
Pepe wants a blankie, with meeces on, Sleek said to him that she had been to the Vets and the vet was kind   He fainted, but soon came round, with pilchard flavour smelling salts
He loves the picture (we do too). Looking very gracious on her new comfy.
The local cat lady, must be an expert in immaculisation and dedustification. All credit to her. We like immaculate Kind of her to get a present for Miss Sleek.
Bless, printing Pepe's picture out. Not quite sure about HRH Prince Pepe, who's pedigree name is Apollo Ragamews (that sounds quite regal).
Sleek said she was going to write to The Duchess, with the suggestion.
Tia looks lovely in her new jewellery - no idea who could have made it Totally unique.
We are all SO glad that our Barbara and Kath are as ok as can be, gosh, we were on pins. But, that's our job, to care and share.
I will let you lift the new Unicorn mugs out of the dishwasher, just in case I launch them across the kitchen
Yes, everything made sense, despite your browser being iffy today
Hi Carol Good that you had a slower day and stopped off for coffee, one must have coffee and cakes. We enjoyed ours at the GC in the morning too.
We are a big family and as happy as we possibly can be, if not a little "off the wall" at times. Anyone reading a random post would think, ok, what ARE they talking about
It is a lovely feeling, that we care such a lot about each other.
You would be in shock, selling two cards, after so many no show's on your Church open days.
Everything crossed that you will be on target today - I am sure you will be and then you can get a BIG medal for doing so well
This computer is just fine, touch wood. I do remember the other laptop that was going to the Church, once it had been sorted. Now the Church has one and you have a spare, but you are locked out...........mmmm, that can be worked around, but I cannot remember how   I think Mr T should have it unlocked, then you have a functional spare, rather than one that is redundant.
I had better move, it is 1am already. Neighbour across the way, rang earlier, she has shingles, bless. On her back. Been to Drs and is on Zovirax tablets, said to get some calamine and not to scratch the blisters, no, no, no. Matron will find out.
Hubby came over, as both their phones were having hissy fits, so B sorted them out. We are open all hours again  I just fussed in the kitchen with supper.
Pepe is howling like a demon, so I had better go feed him, again.
Everyone take lots of care, love, hugs and sparkles to one and all. t4591 t115006 t115006 XX Aidan

Oh Barbara, MD, but dry not wet, so bearable. One lady I knew has the wet type and have to have injections into her eyeball every week or so.
Lovely photos of puss cats with their blankies and Tia with her bling. We are proud of our pets and children.
We went for a toddle to the benches this morning. Rather a chilly wind though. cfly cfly tcold When we got back I took the pad off my manky knee and rolled my trouser leg up to get the air to it. But got cold after a couple of hours so put a fresh pad on and rolled my trousers back down.

Afternoon to all, mizzling with rain here, lots of mists. Cool this morning too, after the hot days last week.
Hi Joan, yes, he was a lilac point Siamese, he was lovely. I don't like to be out in storms, not so bad if you are in a car, they are one of the safest places to be. But on a scooter, or walking......... we were caught out a couple of times in France and it was pretty scary.
Hope you Sue and doggies are all as ok as possible.
Hi Kath, you had a toddle to the benches, it was quite chilly this morning
I see you have been airing your knee, then keeping it covered. The ultrasound will give more details. Draining the area is the best option. Says me, who said you are NOT putting that needle in my knee......... typical nurse
What were you doing on the rooftops   in thunderstorms, oh my days. I am sure the view was lovely :? :?
So you are still kneeling
mmm not good for the knee though.
I see you have left three baked cheesecakes, with passion fruit. I know Toni will need one as soon as she sees it Thank you kindly, I will take a couple of slices for supper.
The waffles were very moorish, Barbara will have a choice of delights to choose from
I hope you are both relaxing after yesterdays appointments, we all need a lie down I think.
Hi to Toni, how is MIL doing? I hope the staff are still spoiling her. Any date for the camera :? :?
Sleek and Pepe went out for mist gathering, forgetting their wet weather gear, which I found in the hall this morning  I am sure it is near a full moon, because he is nearly as bonkers as his Mother at the moment  charging about and growling in corners...........  Mother was nearly hysterical over her pilchards at lunch time I think they might have eaten a bit too much Unicorn cake and taken in a slightly high dosage of sparkles t115006 Having a freshly bleached tray always ends up with major excitement.

Aidan oh yes what would we do without coffee shops such a necessary addition to a trip out. Glad you enjoyed your coffee too. I am certain your right about people think what are they on about maybe they think we are on the loony train I just love the way we care for one another on here your right it is a lovely feeling. don't think there will be a big medal but I know what I have achieved in my own mind and that's what matters. I have told Mr T that he can get it sorted out but how long it will take for him to get round to it is anyone's guess. poor neighbour shingles is no fun I had it august 2016 just before MR T 70th birthday do but was lucky and got antivirals from doctor at hospital within 48 hours and was over the worst part (the blisters) within 2 weeks.

Evening everyone
Today I have been very busy helping give out Best kept village posters and also putting up another scarecrow Pom and I have made, a soldier who is kneeling down putting a poppy wreath on our village memorial to the soldiers lost from our village.
I have yet to get a photo sorry will do so tomorrow.
I see Kath has brought us a lovely cake…..3 did you say Aidan? Thanks goodness because WITH the salted caramel sauce I am going to have to…..SPLAT!! Thanks Kath
Good girl getting your knee out even if you couldn’t manage all day every little helps.
Tia did look lovely didn’t she? We had a fabulous meal out. Did your Mum know you were on the roof in thunderstorms?!!
Aidan I heard about the killings in Toronto and have no personal connection with the area, but feel the pain for everyone there. Dreadful.
Thank you for the waffles duly consumed before delivering posters.
Pepe wants a blankie? I’m sure I can get one for him . The meeces aren’t real so not at all scary. We LOVE his name Ragamews Miss Sleek is practising Daisy Ellen Dewsbury Ragamews in her best handwriting.
Our new mugs are all out of the dishwasher and clean ready for re-use.
Gosh your poor neighbour shingles is not nice Lucy had it at 11 to be honest I wouldn’t have been surprised if she had gor it on chemo, but so far so good.
Silly pusskins they got SOAKED this morning! Why didn’t they take their mackintoshes sou’westers and galoshes? Still I believe the mist was VERY good quality.
Joan I am glad Sue copes ok with lightening when she is safely inside the bungalow.
Have I missed Barbara? I have been rather confused today…maybe she is celebrating all being well yesterday (well more or less) or even practising Nessum Dorma????
I am still just so very relieved after yesterday. All is well
Carol I am very proud you lost 1lb and got your TRIPLE diamond award tonight - WELL DONE!! Those photos are really good proof!!
Lucy had shingles at 11 so knows how you felt.
We are all slightly mad in the café, but who cares we keep each other going and that’s all that matters to me.
Hope Kerrin is ok and not too headachy.
Love to everyone

Hi to all - still drizzling, quite chilly too, so I have been tapping buttons on the thermostat last week I was lathered  But, that's Great Britain, we are an island in the Atlantic, therefore the weather is always changing.
Way to go Carol, I am SO pleased for you, I saw the pictures on FB and left my greatest compliments. It is hard work, as I well know. Not always the loosing it, but the keeping it off. Hats off to you.
Coffee shops have gone from hardly any, to at least one on every street now.
I remember the Kardoma, in Nottingham, (Kath and Mig will remember it ), if you went there for coffee, it was a major event and a big treat.
I don't mind people thinking we are off the wall with our wonderful tales and adventures in the cafe world.
You are right, we do care, we worry about each other and always wish for the best, for everyone on the forum and it is a good feeling.
I am sure Mr T will get around to having the laptop sorted. It won't take long to gain access to it.
Our neighbour has antivirals too, she says she feels not too bad in herself, just the itching the the pain is quite bad. I keep telling her not to scratch, lots of calamine lotion. Easier said than done though.
Sleek was saying to Pepe that there are a lot of peeples doing things in her village, putting papers all over. Naturally, with it being Sleeks village, it will be the outright winner.
The scarecrow sound lovely and very poignant too. Look forward to seeing pictures. Hope you are not doing too much :? or am I too late in saying that.
Of course there are three cakes Toni, oh, I see you found that out already I will get a mop, that toffee sauce has gone way up the wall, did you take a running jump
B's family are not in the area where the terrible tragedy took place in Toronto.
So Sleek is practising her best paw writing, of Ragamews, bless her. That's why she wanted to borrow some of the ink in our cupboard, for her quill pen.
Being immuno compromised on chemo would certainly be a time when something like shingles would take advantage. Glad it didn't though. Lucy had enough on her plate and then some.
The mists were very good this morning, super thick and very easy to spin into magical threads. No idea why our duo went out, thinking it was a warm Spring day  They had to have the heaters on full, on their brooms.
I think Barbara will be having a rest, after all the stress of recent weeks and hospital appointments etc, they take their toll and recharging of batteries is needed t115006 t115006
We do keep each other going, without a doubt, anyone who wants to come in, are more than welcome.
Nessum Dorma, wow, that is not an easy one.........
Yep, those are indeed, some of the Nymphs from the ravine. It is chilly tonight, so they are deep underground with their little log fires burning, very cosy they are too.
Time to potter a minute, I am setting like cement.
That's better, tramadol taken.......... oh the joys eh :? :?
I had best be fussing a bit really. As if I haven't fussed enough already :?
I guess we will be at the T room this morning, Dad always likes to go there, as well as the GC. I will go any time
Love and sparkles to everyone, in out and busy about. Hope all are as ok as can be. t4591 t115006

Morning everyone.
Had a good day working from home on Monday. Blood test took 5 mins and physio went well. He taped my shoulder to try and re-align the muscle which means no swimming till Thurs/Fri. Not ideal as am supposed to be doing a swimming comp on Saturday. Time will tell. Do I g some research, my headaches could be caused by my tight trapezium muscle. Have a new pillow to help sleeping.
And no, the doc didn’t have my new prescription but I called the hospital and it is now sorted. Had a call back from Rheumy nurse within half an hour!
Tomicat has been guarding the garden as there seems to be a new cat on the block. It even ventured into the house today, lucky Mr possessive was sleeping.
Barbara, hope you are resting and recovering from your hospital visit.
Carol well done on the weight loss. Something I need to do but like eating too much!
Time to get going. Round 2 of tennis today, at least this time I’m not organising it.

Morning Kerrin I am glad to hear physio went so well All taped up and on rest until Friday. Comp Saturday oh dear I see what you mean :? Fingers crossed anyway.
Suspected the prescription wouldn't be ready, but sorted out quickly so all good!
Daisycat sometimes has an intruder and if she sees one she is 'on guard' too straight away. She often sits bum to the house on the front door mat
Never mind your diet how is Tomicat doing with his weigh loss? Do the calorie free treats from Sleek and Pepe help?
Morning Aidan barking mad we might be, but who cares if we keep each other cheered
Oh the caramel sauce :? yes I did take a running jump    it was just so lovely looking
I have to agree with you coffee bars were a rarity and in fact rarely did we even go in a café as children. Somehow, despite the price, Mums are often seen in them with their babies and toddlers.
Sleek is indeed supervising the placing of laminated best kept village posters  she wants them all tidily in rows
they went out this morning all togged up and it was SUNNY!!
Glad Silver was chatting to the nymphs in the picture, I though so no doubt helping add magic to the yarn they spin
Did I tell you I can see several potential flower buds coming into life on my wisteria? I am so exited - thanks Pom I am not doing too much we do a lot of sitting in cars chatting as well as working and Pom makes a lovely latte
The pharmacist, who spotted Lucy's shingles at 11 (a bit young) said she would be highly likely to have it again and one of her friends got it. She is one who didn't make it sadly. Not through shingles though chest infection.
Enjoy the tea room I know you all enjoy it there
Yes Nessum Dorma - very tricky. I suspect Barbara will be best if she's been practising it!!
Morning Joan sunny here hope it is with you too?
Love to everyone else!
