    Morning everyone :)

Aidan that us exactly what I thought about rainbow trout Pepe would without a doubt faint. Sleek would soon get the hang of it and if she reads this might just try showing him one :? so she can watch him faint and then caringly look after him.

She hasn't sussed out that his 'headache' is like her s from the other day no she thinks he really has one  She suggests you give him some metacam and he lies down in a darkened room :) Get well soon Master Longstockings ((()))

Eating some wafflejaffles....mmmm :) thanks sorry about the clotted cream

I didn't dare say yesterday incase it didn't happen, but Paul was able to take his Mum home yesterday :) They couldn't operate due to her overall health, but seemingly they have moved a bit and aren't causing the 2 bob bits now.

I think B uses a daylight bulb for his bleed-work? am I right? If so they really, really help :) All those commissions he will be very busy and no doubt happy too :D

Definite buds on Wilhelmina but no flowers yet. It was village clear-up yesterday and one lady decided to jet-wash the path in the afternoon. I 'helped' cups of tea and the like, but somehow also ended up filthy, soaked and in need of extra pain meds and a wheatie last night  I used some of the nymphs sparkles too and am pretty well ok today :)

I wondered who all the work-persons were with the piping going in and out of the enclosures!! What a great idea it will help Barbara no end with the feed. Having said that she might start saying the 'old days' were the best

You would LOVE Cheshire Oaks I do very much overnight would be fabulous! there are eateries too my favourite being Carluccios (sp) Italian.

Yes probably we would be more likely to eat cake and drink coffee if we met up that's true.....but the range is one of our favourites I could buy up the whole place :)

I started with my contour pillow when I was in REAL trouble and it took a fair few days to get used to it. Now I wouldn't be without it.

Morning Barbara. You can keep using your backing track for Nessum Dorma - I think we all should!

    l022.gif

It does take a while to get used to the contour pillows, but it is worth it mine hasn't caused so much trouble since I got my first one.

I suspect Pepe was unsettled due to the start of bell pain and that would upset Aidan well I would me.

Maybe you are hungry again because you feel so much better just knowing the eyes wasn't a tumour?

I don't like the look of your knee either Kath. June is such a along way off could you get DR or nurse to have a quick look to be on the safe side???

That raspberry polenta cake was so lovely I took some over to the ladies at the village clear-up. Didn't tell them I didn't make it myself  they are all so talented with their Mary Berry cook books!

Ah Joan I knew you were waiting for something. Yes the snow delayed you. Hope you get a date very soon.

Love to everyone, Kerrin and Carol XXX

You're right Aiden, there is fluid there, but will have to wait unil June, unless I can arrange to see Matron one day. They want to scan it first though, as they're not sure if it's solidified or not. It's even less red today. I'm avoiding kneeling. Hips and thighs are painful though. Might increase Pred by 5mg for a few days.

Scones, with home made Damson jam and clotted cream. Spare jam and cream for those who want it.

Afternoon all...went to a carboot this morning its only little and on a car park so not to bad on the feet..but its very cold..then to Morrison for breckie :)
Joan I did read about Asda and Sainsburys..I just hope they don't lose job over it..so Sue sleep without a pillow ..it does make you wonder if its for the best..
Toni so you got all wet and muddy..glad to hear you are not suffering today ..I will try one of these pillows..I have tried every other... yes the old way is the better way..cant be doing with high tech feeding.. I would hate to fall in the vat when mixing it.. so Pauls mum is home..at least she will have her own bed..silver is so lovely... :) we used to go to Cheshire Oaks quite often ..like you say well worth going just to eat... :D
Kath I am glad they will scan your knee..hopefully like Aiden says they will be able to drain it..hope those hips ease up for you that is all you need.could I have 2 scones please..in one of those moods..
Aiden..how lovely that Bs orders are coming in..the more people that know :D you must be very proud of him..I did wonder about my eyes when making the jewellery it got harder and harder..even with my light and magnifier  glad to hear there is nothing wrong ..at least nothing new..awful to feel unsettled..note what I said to Toni I am worried I might disappear into the vat of milk..if you could try it out first ... :) those Waffle Jaffles look good whatever they are..but no clotted cream what a shame..
Right better rest these eyes.. :o

Afternoon to all, bright and breezy today cfly with some dark clouds over Pendle :? :?

I think Sleek is bringing a Trout over, in a bucket, later on, to check how his "headache" is doing. I know he will faint, if it jumps out of the bucket  :lol: She can then tend to his needs and pop the trout back in the river in the village.

Pepe is a lot better today, sleeping for the most part, after all, showers are tiring, not just for daddy's. No more "headaches" and eating fine. He has had a funny tummy since the day I delivered him, all those years ago. His notes on the PC at the vets, are very long

I wasn't quite sure about the wafflejaffles, but they are very good indeed. Clotted cream, why not. We need our calcium.

I am glad to hear that MIL is now home. The gallstones have stopped grumbling and re positioned themselves, so they will leave well alone, which is understandable. No more "headaches" for MIL either
I hope she is ok and she will be happy to be home, I bet the nurses miss her and vice versa. We always had our favourite patients, even though we never told anyone...............ssshhh

B does have a super bright LED daylight lamp, it is like being on stage if you look at it   fortunately it is movable, like an anglepoise lamp. He is busy away as we speak. Very pleased with his orders. Word of mouth is a great way of expanding an empire :D:lol:

So you did a wee bit too much yesterday on the Village clean up, ready for the competition to begin, is it May, or June? I forget

There was a frost here last night, we could see it on the roof next door. Don't think it hit any plants, they all seem ok. Ever hopeful of some wisteria flowers, I will have a closer look at the buds tomorrow, on our way through the garden. (makes it sound like we live on some vast country estate :lol: )

I am glad the Nymphs sparkles came in handy, some extra hugs too, for any ouchies t115006 t4591

I think Barbara will be pleased with the new feed pipes, it will save a lot of dashing about, when all the babies appear.

So I would love Cheshire Oaks, I will have to Google it and nosy around. I am sure we would be stuck in the best coffee and cake shop for some length of time. We like the range too, the coffee is questionable, but the sparkles are wonderful.

Oh, his Lordship is awake and shouting the odds from the kitchen door. He listens for when I sit down on my gel cushion, then gets up   It is not a noisy cushion and certainly not a whoopie cushion  :lol:

I probably didn't give the contour pillow enough time, one night and agony Ivy, was enough to give it the boot.

I am always a bit "off colour" when Pepe is having one of his upsets. The Vet in France said that cats especially can take on the same illness as their owners   he had done a lot of research at the Vet Hospital in Toulouse.

Silver is looking fab u lous, dripping in sparkles t115006 t4591 very welcome they are too.

Thank you for the big hugs Joan, you are a love, truly you are. Don't worry about me, even the Drs just go with the flow, I am high maintenance B says  :lol:

I was reading about the potential merger of ASDA and Sainsbury's. Not quite sure how it will affect the shopping / prices, quality etc. If standards drop, we will go back to shopping in Mark's. Time will tell.

Hope the weather is good with you, hi to Sue and the doggies too. XX

Hi Kath, yes, Matron will gladly attend to your knee. Good that it is not as red today, less kneeling will certainly help.

Go for it with the pred for a few days, help to ease inflammation in your hips / thighs and knee for that matter.

I will send the bush babies over (the ones that are not expecting babies) to assist with easing those ouchies.

Scones, oh well, you know I cannot resist a scone, at any time of day. So I will take three, two for me and one for B :) I must say the Damson jam is rather lovely. Thank you.

Toni will detect the clotted cream from a 100 miles, so she will be along any minute, as will Barbara. I will leave a special peaches and cream pie for Toni, face planting sessions are great fun. Then the scones can be eaten all daintily with pinkies out

    64929_640x428.jpg

Heading for pills time, so I will away and fuss in the kitchen.

Evening all hope you are all as well as can be.
So I have not been on for a few days I decided I soend too much time when I am in on the laptop so have been spending a lot less time on the net over the last few days. Have done all my ususal things over the last 3/4 days. on thursday had a good afternoon out at the local ms group with the cards.
Mr T had a tiler come to give us an estimate to replace some tiles in our kitchen and by what mr T said when i came in he didn't sound very enthusiastic about doing it. wanted to charge £700 for the work and £60 for taking the rubbish away, but we would have supply the tiles. so I think Mr T sent him a e-mail back telling him we had accepted another quote. actually we haven't but decided we didnt want him to do it. Our grandson will do the rest of the decorating as long as he can stay with us while he dose it. but he cannot do tiling.
Friday the usual lunch with Mr T and then coffee with my friend.

Saturday we had the open morning again at church.
Today is not a good day I woke up in bad pain knees grumbling and my back also and to add to a real mother of a headache. so did not go to church and spent most of the morning dozing.

So Aidan you found the hours i left in the shed. the unicorn slippers are so cute
love the soldier scarecrow Toni it looks brilliant. as for the buses i often go out and think who can i upset today with the walker as Barbara says it is often the younger people who get up and offer their seat. still i don't let it get me upset anymore.
I see the royal baby has a name now and not the name every one was expecting. Louis Arthur Charles.
Glad the knee is feeling better Kath I had bursas on my elbows a couple of year ago the swelling took a while to go down hope yours goes down quickly.
yes Aidan have retrieved the carrier bag from the shed with the hours in didn't have as much luck with the cards Saturday it was an us only morning. the technology problem was not with the spare laptop Aidan
it was my small tablet it decided to completely crash i had to take it back to factory setting in the end but it is ok now
So ok now i have forgotten everything else so sorry if i have missed you out.

love and sparkles to you all t4591 t4591 t115006 t115006

Hi to all. There is a very full moon out tonight, shining brightly through our side window :) Cold too. Frosty again, the poor wisteria's :?

Hi Carol, I thought you would need some extra hours. Days run away, as we know all too well. How I managed to work 12 hour shifts and do everything else as well, I will never know. I guess being well, had a lot do to with it

Sorry you have the ouchies, knees, back and a horrid headache. You did right to rest at home and doze a while, rather than sit on an unforgiving pew. Sending some extra t115006 to help with the hurty bits.

That was quite some quote ££ for the tiling, plus you had to buy your own materials and pay £60 to take the rubbish away  We will take it away for £20 :lol:
Mr T did a "dear John" letter to the Tiler, I am sure there are others who would give a better deal. Word of mouth, does anyone around, at Church etc, know someone who is willing and capable?

No luck with the cards at Church, just you and Mr T :(

Oh dear, your tablet had a hissy fit  restoring factory settings is often the best thing to do, as long as it is working well now. PC's, tablets, phones, they all get clogged up with information that is just space occupying. I am always clearing the phones and PC of rubbish.

The slippers are wonderful, we should all have a pair, as long as I don't have to try and walk in them :lol: We could wear them when we are in the cloak of many rooms, extra sparkles are always welcome and the floors are padded, so when I go flying, I should be ok  :lol:

I hope your ouches are improving Toni, after a rather busy time in the Village preparations. Sleek said her Village is looking very nice, she was showing Pepe via the crystal ball. Did you find the peaches and cream pie - silly question Aidan
Hope MIL is ok at home (())

Hi to Barbara, Christine, Mig, Toady, Kerrin, Elizabeth, DD, and all.

I thought it was high time I popped into the enchanted forest, it looks stunning with all the Bluebells

    36849-1920x1098.jpg

Off to the GC this morning, for our usual coffee's and treats, it has been nice to have an at home week end. Dad is ok, he popped in on Sat and we rang him Sunday.

I will potter again. There is no pleasure in sitting for more than a few minutes. Never mind. I can always fuss.

Love and sparkles to everyone t4591 t115006 XXX Aidan

Baked French toast casserole for my breakfast Aidan thank you.

A nice quiet weekend is sometimes ideal. Dad can see you anytime he wants being so close by and if you don't see him you can phone him as you did :)

I am recovering from my help with the village preparations very nicely thank you. Sleek is going to fly Pepe over the village to show him how smart we are looking here. Those inspectors could come as early as tomorrow  1st May :?

Then she will show him the trout....I have a feeling she is hoping it will flip and flap  she is so naughty!!

I am very pleased to hear your poor little boy's 'headaches' have eased and he is ok for now. I bet you were worried about him when he was so ill as a tiny fluffy kitten though :? I suspect we are very in tune with our cats - so are you feeling less out of sorts now too?

Just look at those bluebells! How lovely the enchanted forest is looking.

    Enjoy the GC

MIL is doing well back at home and enjoying some normality. Probably won't have her favourite 'slot' for dialysis though :(

I thought B would have a daylight bulb. You go over and look when he is beading you will see just how much easier they are to see. Bless him Beavering away!

Oh my....what can I smell?? Hang on a moment......what is it? Cream? peaches? pie? All 3!! Wow!!! Can' stop to check how many there are...........SPLAT!!!!!!!

Carol! I am so sorry to hear how rough you were feeling yesterday I hope a little better today? You were wise not to go to Church feeling like that. ((()))

Thank you I am glad you like the soldier he is lovely we called him Charles. The baby's name isn't what I expected, but still a very good one. After Louis Mountbatten maybe?

Glad you sorted your small laptop now even if the method had to be drastic.

Now Barbara I don't think you could fall into the vat...no it has a lid on it and formula is added from the side. Quite safe. I know the old methods are the best, but it was getting such hard work remember all those feeds you were making up?

Paul's Mum is happy to be home in the peace and quiet I think.

Do try the pillow it might take a few days to get the hang of it of course, but now you have such a good mattress it would be a good idea.

Kath thank you I had 2 scones (needed to add a little extra clotted to mine of course ;) )Eaten with my pinkie out!

I do hope the knee is ok today and sorry about hips being sore. Did you up the steroids?

Joan Sue is right it is better without a pillow. Problem is we are all used to having one aren't we? My back is ok...ish! Hope you are ok?

    Right onwards and upwards.

Today is my birthday I am 30 now...sigh

As you all know, I'm having my knees scanned and drained and probably a steroid jab. Can't wait, counting the days. Results from my appointment on 23rd.
    CRP - 6
    ESR - 5
DAS - 2.36 :D Very happy about that. I haven't taken extra steroids yet Aidan, but I have been using Fenbid (Ibuprofen) gel on it. Those Bluebells are a delight.

Glad you are enjoying your day Toni, and I love Lucy's Unicorn slippers. Help yourself to as many scones you want.

    Let there be cake :)

Glad you are recovering from the village duties, so judging can begin tomorrow, goodness  Barbara and I will pop off to the next village and throw some bin bags around :lol:

Pepe said he was going out later, to see Sleeks village and to see a fish   we know what will happen, if said trout jumps, he will faint.:lol:
Pepe seems ok at the moment, it is nothing new, he has had a dicky tummy for 16 years, mostly controlled now with diet. Trouble is I give in and let him have some mayo, not a lot, but maybe he had a build up.......... :? I have cut back on said treats

I am not too bad thanks, still a bit iffy, but getting there.

I love to see Bluebells, Spring Wood, near us, is just carpeted with them, wonderful to see t4591

The GC was just right, nice and quiet on a Monday, so we were well pampered. Lots of coffee, scone, croissant and T cake (not all mine).

The slippers are great, Sleek looks perfect with them :) Pepe highly approves.

I bet MIL is enjoying getting back to her own routine. Glad she is ok, even if the dialysis slot might well be different.

The beads are much easier to see with the daylight lamp on, well, he managed to see them - it would be pot luck for me

You did find the peaches and cream pie, I think Barbara is still mopping up

Hi Joan, good that you had assistance to take a lot of "stuff" from your tablet. Just visiting websites, clogs the system up with "cookies". Windows has a habit or remembering everything, twice

Hope you are having good weather and can get out and about as needed.

Morning Barbara, goodness me, what are you doing here, in a morning

Is the special meal for all of us :) we don't want to miss anything, seeing as it is being brought in. Even better, no cooking.

Thank you for the flowers and the hugs. Bluebells are just gorgeous, as you drive by the woods, lots of people slow down, to have a look. It is a nice walk through the woods there, but not for the likes of crutches and wobbly knees

Thank you for cleaning up the peaches and cream - Toni enjoyed it, obviously :lol:
Yes, two nights of frost and another one tonight apparently. Then it starts to warm up. Warm is ok, hot is not quite as ok.

Hope you had a nice trip to the GC, a voucher is a voucher and any excuse is fine, it is important to support local business, that's my motto.

Hi Kath, the bloods seem ok, commensurate with your RA etc. Nothing too off kilter which is good.

The gel will help as much as it can, keep the steroids in mind, just in case things get more painful. ((())) for any ouches. t115006

Neoploitan ice cream wafer, don't mind if I do, thank you kindly. I am sure Toni will have enough cake, do you think I should put another face plant one, for her Birthday? Ok, I will do.

Aw thank you all for your kind birthday wishes.

I have had a lovely day cake made by a lady in the village (a definite face-plant, but remained controlled.... :? ) nails done paid for by Lucy a huge bouquet from Charley cash from Paul ready for my trip to Cheshire oaks on Weds :)

Also did a litter pick Joan!!

I left the bag full for you and Barbara to throw around the next village tomorrow morning. Of course the judges might not come on day 1 this year....they did last year

The food Barbara had ordered in was lovely - thanks Barbara :)

Brought us in a spot of

this stuff we can drink on tablets :)

Glad to hear Pepe is better today....Sleek has a video on her mobile I hope it's not of Pepe and the trout :?

No mayo for him not matter how sweet he looks.

Salted caramel cake for me and Neapolitan wafers from Kath how perfect a day is this?

I will try to keep mess to a minimum... :?

    Evening all

been a very cold windy day here today not nice at all but at least it was mostly dry had some rain early morning and some around lunch time. we had been expecting rain all day as forecast.
the ouchies and hurty bits are a lot better today not perfect but better than yesterday.

Aidan I honestly don't know how I did a full days work brought up 2 daughters and still had time to relax I really don't know. think you right about being well with no health problems.
thanks for the sparkles. yes think the Tiler was a bit excessive I have been into a family run handyman shop in our local high street so have the details from there and Mr T will be looking into it they seem to cost less to do the work but tiles will be extra but they will get them for us and they will only charge to take the rubbish away if it is a lot so the search is still on. no no card sales at the church but I did sell 4 at the local MS group on Thursday.
yes tablet working ok since I reset it. yes and we could creep about very quietly under the cloak with the slippers, as long as we didn't fall.

Toni Sleek is really naughty teasing Pepe with the trout naughty pusskin  Love Lucy's unicorn slippers. Glad Mil is home and doing well. when my pain is as bad as it was yesterday i would not be able to sit on the church pews without making it worse so I don't go.

Joan I too hope the weather is better the rest of this week hope you and Sue are well and have some good weather to get out on your scooters.

Barbara I agree a lot for the amount we need tiled but we are looking into someone else now. if we could tile it we would it would be a lot cheaper. its just a pity our GS had to give up his college course due to his pancreatitis (which he has suffered with for about 7 years now.) before he learnt the tiling or else he would happily do it for us. when we have had the tiling done he will do the rest for us. the technology thingys are all sent to try us but well sometimes it calls for drastic action.

Kath i bet you cannot wait for the knee appointment but at least it looks a lot better and feels better. oh wafer cake cannot resist that good job they have no calories in the café they all disappear. definitely looking forward to warmer weather again.

time for a potter now and some medications to finish the day off.
hope we wake up to some of this tomorrow m0150 m0150 m0150

You are very welcome Toni, glad to hear that you have had a lovely day, with gifts and £ ready for Cheshire Oaks shopping session :)

Nails done, flowers in abundance, a lovely cake by a kind lady in the village....... :D:D And you helped with a litter pick.

Don't worry, Barbara and I will be out early doors, throwing ribbish around the next village (biodegradable of course), we will tie bin bags high in the trees  :lol: It is for the greater good after all, for your village to win this time :D

Thank you for the fizzy drinkies, perfect to take with all our pills. Tastes rather nice.

Sleek did take Pepe to view her village, they had a lovely fly round, surveying all of her land.

Then she had put a huge bucket in the garden, with ping pong balls floating on top of the water. Let's play get the ball out of the bucket. Pepe was not convinced, due to his recent shower, but he went along.....
No sooner had he batted one of the balls, up jumps a very large Trout. Well, you can imagine, he did a vertical take off, as only puskins can, then he fainted. :lol:
Miss Sleek shrieked with laughter, to the point where she had to rush in and have a wee. :lol:

He was revived on smelling salts, Pilchard odour  After he had recovered she showed him the video and even he chuckled.

They cast a spell and the trout was put back in the stream.

They were a bit naughty and knocked on the door of Mrs Grumpy Pants, then hid on top of the roof

Go for it, with the cakes and ice cream wafers, we will clean up in the morning

Hi Carol It was cold, it was blowing a fair bit at the GC, a chilly wind. No rain for us, but I think we are in for some this evening onward. The south seems to have had some horrid storms and very rough seas along the coastal areas.

Glad the ouchies have stepped down to a more tolerable level, that is about the best we can wish for.

It makes me feel tired, just thinking about working full time, keeping house, going out, doing everything and more and still have spare time. I am certain the days are shorter now and keeping up with things is a hurdle and a half.

Good that Mr T is on the case of a better deal for tiling and supplies, always best to ask around. What a shame that your GS had to give up College, due to pancreatitis, sending extra sparkles his way. t115006 Not pleasant at all. I am sure he will do a good job, with the rest of the kitchen work.

Well done, selling 4 cards at the MS group. :D

Just starting to turn frosty again here tcold I can see the moon shining bright through the window.

Dad has his eye test today, so we are off to Sunny Skipton. Usually quiet, as there is no market on a Tuesday. No doubt we will meander into Nero's and partake in coffee and snacks. A trip to the big Tesco no doubt. I will stock up at the bargain shop on my cleaning products, (as if I don't have enough already)

Cannot believe we are in May already.

Right, time to potter. Hi to everyone, Kerrin, Christine, Elizabeth, Mig, DD, Toady and all.

Lots of love and sparkles to all t4591 t115006 t115006 Take lots of care XXXX Aidan

Hi to all, at nearly midnight  my how the day flies by.........

Hope everyone is as ok as possible, some extra sparkles will never go amiss though t115006 t115006

Hi Joan, it is set to become warmer by the end of this week, up to about 18 degrees for us, which is fine for me. Not overly warm, but pleasant.

The eye test. Fiasco, but never mind. Well, off we went to Skipton, through roadworks, then a nasty accident on the A59 near Skipton. The road had only just opened I think, the car and motorbike were on the back of a recovery vehicle - goodness, the car was trashed and the motorbike too. The biker is seriously hurt, the lady in the car had lesser injuries. The A59 has claimed so many lives it is just a lethal road, speed is the biggest enemy.

Terrible, I hope they both recover. t4591

So, we get into Skipton, just in time, Dad goes in, then comes out, it was an error, the letter came out by mistake, my test is not due until December. So B went in with Dad and the same apology was given..............
Early coffee and brunch then, Nero's was quiet, so we were pampered and welcomed by the lovely staff. I just had scone, jam and clotted cream and then caramel cheesecake for my lunch :D:D I didn't fancy anything savoury.

We did our householdy shop, over the road, she put all our things through the scanner, then said £7 please. I thought, that does not seem right, but, whatever, I am saying nothing. Checked when we arrived home, 5 items never scanned, so we did get a few bargains :D:lol::lol:

Popped into Tesco's, gathered a few bits, then headed home.

Will be nice to have an at home day today, to catch up on a housey things.

I hope you and Sue are doing ok and the lovely doggies. I know you will enjoy the fine weather.

You can indeed do mornings Barbara, I have only managed that a few times in umpteen years

The next village to Toni's looks a right mess now, I think we did a great job, a nice touch, to throw some bloomers up into the trees :lol:

Pepe has spent the day recovering from his ordeal with the large trout. He has forgiven Miss Sleek and they have been chuckling about it, over the crystal ball :lol:

The meal for Toni's Birthday was lovely, including the safe bubbly drinkies. It was a big mess to clean up, I will bring in the nu nu in the morning, just to go over the floor again.

Mum always walked me to school, then come back for me. It seemed to be miles, which is probably was  She had her work cut out, looking after the Vicarage / Rectory, which were always huge places. I learned all my cleaning skills from Mother. Bless her.

So you are eating all your greens, well done. Vitamins for eyes, these are the top ones I could find

Lutein. An antioxidant that's been nicknamed “the eye vitamin,” lutein protects both the eyes and skin. ...
    Zeaxanthin. ...
    Vitamin C. ...
    Vitamin E. ...
    Zinc. ...
    Vitamin A (Beta Carotene) ...
    Omega-3 Fatty Acids. ...

A trip to the health shop me thinks. Lutein is found in greens, spinach and carrots :)

I hope you had a lovely time with your Niece, I know you like to have a laugh and put the world to rights, she is a tonic for you, which is lovely.

Hi Kath, so the prednisolone is up by 5mg, that will help with the inflammation and the ouchies.

Keep an eye on your leg, in case it gets hot or tender where it is swollen. Matron need to be popping in every day, to keep a check :)

The crusty pasta a broccoli bake is fab, thank you kindly. I didn't get time to pop in with a cake.

I see you have had a busy day Toni. Thank you for posting the pictures, the balustrades look lovely, front and back, with bot busy on the lawn and Humpty Dumpty nearly off the wall.

It is a lovely bungalow :) Sleek is very happy in her house and village, she keeps telling Pepe how much she loves it and says all the peeples in the house love it too. Bless her socks.

I see the Birthday cake is shrinking :lol: go for it, it looks very nice.

After having two lots of cake for lunch, I had a hypo when we got home and I had to throw chocolate down, as my blood sugar was in my boots  obviously I can eat lots of cake :lol:

You rest well, we will all catch up again today.

I have a few things I want to nosey at on the t'internet, maybe order some more troosers. Premier Man have some serious bargains, the last two pairs were £10 each  cannot go wrong.

Love to all, Kerrin, Carol, Elizabeth, DD, Toady, Mig, Charrisse, Christine and all who pop in for cakes and a natter.

Veggie cheesy toasties just the kind of thing to set me up before Cheshire Oaks!! Thanks Aidan!

Sleek and Pepe were screeching this morning on the crystal ball this morning (raining buckets so they are staying in today). Al about the mess in the next village. That will teach them for cheating they reckoned. Luckily its all biodegradable so fair enough.

Imagine them all out in this rain picking it up. :?

Charley and her GF brought Daisy some Pawsecco. Have you heard of it? It is a drink made by vets to give our pets a treat. Not sure that she will drink it though

How annoying about the eye test! I would have been pretty cross not like it's on the doorstep is it? Anyway Neros and a bargain shop made up for it a bit I am sure ;)

Sounds like your Mum was a good teacher when it comes to cleaning :) My Mum always walked us to school too only 1 car (if you were lucky) per family in those days.

Joan I do hope you haven't got this torrential rain like us the dogs will hate it :(

Thanks for the pasta Kath I had some for my tea last night :)

I hope the extra steroid helps a bit ((()))

Foot and ankle now too?

Oh Barbara I am sorry about going mad at the party I haerd the cream was all up the wall and ceiling again :( I do get over-exited on my birthday  Luckily it didn't end in tears eh

Thanks to Aidan for clearing up.

As for the rubbish in the next village it was all biodegradable and they cheat!!

    Were the bloomers yours?

Off to Cheshire Oaks at about half 9 with Paul for the day.

    Hi Carol

Sleek loves teasing Pepe, but he doesn't mind. MIL is still doing well she's back on form :)

We have lots of this scold today.

    Love to everyone
