Chemist just rang, went to pick up my prescription from surgery - it's shut! So I won't get my patches until tomorrow. They are furious as they weren't told. Several others are in the same position. Wouldn't be bothered if it was any of my other stuff, but not my patches!!! Sorry for the rant.

Just a quickish hello and hope all are ok, it has been quite a busy day, in two places at once, seems funny, being divided up Been thinking of you Joan, we did all behave I think :? It has been a pleasure to accompany you and make sure you are ok t4591
There are a lot of crumbs from the scones, so Toni might have the nu nu out later- ooops, it's my fault, trying to cut them with a blunt knife.
Hi Toni, yes, we want your Sis to move down from Bonnie Scotland now, I know you would love that to happen asap Shall we sprinkle some magic itchy feet dust, I might ask Silver to pop over and scatter some t115006
Pepe has been trying to describe the wafty thing that is on Sleeks broom, a tailer, now I know. It would be chock full of mist from this morning, Pendle was shrouded in it. I bet he has to have one too now. :? Catazon you say, I will let him know, if Sleek has not already ordered another one.
There are babies, there are BABY Manatee's.............Oh they are adorable t4591 t4591
Oh dear Barbara, you are all having a right time. It sounds like it could be a soft tissue infection, if it is tracking, they need to get some AB's in as soon as they can. Insect bites can be nasty and if he has had cellulitis once already, they need to be extra careful. Some special sparkles for your Son t115006 t115006 Keep us posted............Will Niamh be with you for a little while?
We never did get to the T room..........started off, heading towards Skipton to the nurseries, traffic, road words, miles of it. So, turned round after a while, came back and went to the GC for lunch, which was just fine. Then to Tesco, then to Surgery for Dad to have his trotters trimmed..........then home, now breathe..........
No, we didn't win last night, maybe tonight, we would have to do a moonlight flit, we are the local CAB and Medical out of hours service  The house is a million ££, just in case you win the jackpot
Soiree is not a word we used to use either. Drinky poo's on the terrace
Hope you got through to the Neuro. Everything crossed for both Neuro and Son's hospital treatment XXXX
No patches Kath, typical, one of the main things that you need, for your pain relief and they misplace the prescription    will the pharmacy not dispense one for you, they must know you and realise that they will get the prescription as soon as.
A small dose of oromorph will be ok, I know what you mean about keeping it to a minimum though. I try and do the same with Tramadol, as it is opiate based
Good that your knee is a lot better, they can think what they like, they made the appointment for weeks and weeks ahead
I hope you don't mind, but I cannot eat red onion or cucumber, it doesn't agree with me at all............  we will say no more   Don't worry though, I bought a cake while we were out so I will leave that in the cafe.
Love to everyone else, it is pill time, so I will potter a bit as well.

Evening all
Slightly cooler here today. a better day for me after yesterday's escapades. Mobile phone seems to be ok today all be it seems a bit slow to react so I think the new battery is needed anyway. had knitting today and I always enjoy that my friend did not come she had a fall yesterday on an uneven pavement and has fractured her arm at the top of her arm close to the shoulder and is in a lot of pain. will also not be meeting her Friday for our usual coffee. forgot to add yesterday that Mr T left his camera behind on the train on the way home from our day out on Monday, wouldn't mind but he put it on the seat and i said don't forget that when we get off   so have now got to report it to the train lost property.
Toni well done to your brother on his weight loss. Yesterday was a mixed bundle to say the least as many bad things as good I was extremely glad when it was bedtime. oh my sleek has a trailer for her broomstick for the mist whatever next will she think of.
Aidan believe me i got a real shock when given the first price for a battery, i must admit the second was more favourable. so hopefully the guy will remember to get it for next week. as he has promised. yes i was really pleased with the sodium levels staying up.
Joan was watching very carefully under the cloak today Joan just a few crumbs but we were very good. so were the animals all well behaved.
Barbara yes no more bloods needed for 6 months hope youngest son is as ok as can be.
Kath Glad the knee is feeling better.
well time for some pottering
love and sparkles to you all t4591 t4591 t115006 t115006Stay positive always👍xx0 -
Hi to all, cooler tonight, some rain showers too. All good for the garden, everything is growing
You have a rant Kath, cannot believe that the surgery shut and you are still without your prescription. Can the surgery not ring it through, if you are out of your patches, it isn't like you have run out of an Aspirin.
Me thinks a small dose of oromorph to see you through until today.
A little word in the Practice Managers ear, might not go amiss
Some extra hugs and sparkles and anti ouch vibes, to help as much as possible. t4591 t115006 t115006
Hi Carol Good to hear that you have had a day on a more even keel, without the high's and low's.
Your poor friend, falling and fracturing her arm. some extra t115006 t115006 and magic squares, to help ease the pain she is in. Just what she didn't need.
Oh dear, Mr T had an ooops, leaving his camera on the train. Is it likely to be handed in do you think, there are a lot of good people out there, so many items must be taken into lost property. Fingers crossed they have it. I guess you can claim on your insurance if needs be.
I am sure the phone guy will remember your new battery for the phone. Good that it is holding its own at the moment. I am sure you were pleased with the sodium levels being fine
I bet you were glad when it was bed time.
I think one of the possums nipped out from under the cloak to make sure Joan had a little hand to hold in the scanner. Apart from the crumbs I think we were all well behaved. Barbara was singing her choir practice pieces.
Talking of our Barbara, how is your youngest, with his poorly arm? Did he have to stay in, go on IV's or oral antibiotics?
DIL too, how is she feeling now, I hope in less pain.
Miss Sleek has been over and collected all her magazines, leaving a few new ones in their place. Pepe will look at them while I am asleep. Lots of notes in pawhand, as to the outfits she adores. He is resting at the moment, in between shouting for more food.
I take it you found one of the mile high pumpkin pies Toni
Hi to everyone else, in and around and about.
I will move, I need another potter. At home day today............

Morning everyone
Joan I hope all went well for you yesterday. We were all there under the cloak. Hope you didn't hear the rustling of Pepe and Sleek looking through their magazines
Aidan thinks a possum sneaked in with you and held your hand
Aidan Thank you for the breakfast muffins. Oddly enough Lucy has some blueberry muffins for her breakkie.
I would also have turned back no need to sit in rd works  GC is absolutely fine any day. Glad Dad's trotters are sorted bless him.
Supervet is still on standby for the arrival of other manatee calves That one is adorable isn't he? Looks like he's smiling
Itchy feet dust for my sis yes please!

Wahay what a cake is THAT!!! I nearly aspirated on it Toooo Yummy t4591

Hi Carol. Silly Mr T!! I do hope he gets it back fingers crossed
Your poor friend. She does not need that does she? I hope she has kids (adult) who will come and see her. :? You can phone her at any rate can't you? I take it she's at home not in hospital?
Yes Sleek likes spending very much and has a catazon prime account
Kath you call that a rant?!! In your shoes I would have been yelling and furious too
I think once these new chemists get to know you they might be able to put your prescription up if this happens again anyway.
Glad at least that your knee is much better.
Lucy-Lu is taking a neighbour's doggie a walk later while they are out at the theatre.
SHe will have a shower later on Sleek will happily pick you up
I loved the cucumber salad thank you.
Barbara I do hope Niamh's Daddy is on the mend now :? ((()))
How is your DIL with her sore arm? I forgot to ask...
I shall try the horsey poo for Wilhelmina!
Have you been to see the baby Manatees?

Morning everyone.
Been a couple of busy weeks. Spent last week with the kiddies on a farm in Gloucester. It was a good but very tiring (both mentally and physically) week.
Then home to recover in the long weekend and back to school yesterday. My older tennis team did well in their competition yesterday finishing 2nd (same position as the younger team)
Will try and catch up with the news.

Hardly slept last night, had a small dose of Oramorph, which took the edge off my withdrawal symptoms. So will be glad to restart the patches, but must start to reduce them. Hopefully should arrive sometime between now and 4pm. So going for a swim with the Manatees to calm me down. :?
I think I'll leave it at that for now. Thank you so much dear friends. Hope you all like the lunch/tea/supper."Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea." Robert A Heinlein

No, sitting in road works was not doing it for me, so it was about turn and go to GC. I had roasted carrot and cumin soup, it was lush. You would have liked it Toni. Some chunky chips and then a scone, of course.
Vets are still waiting for the next baby manatee's, twins, for sure, according to the scan. The baby is smiling, they are adorable and then some.
Silver is on with sending itchy feet magic dust, to your Sisters. Best be looking for houses
Yes, just under one million, it is fabulous, here is a link to it. I am in lurrrve with it   I could do some serious pottering here, in fact I would need a buggy. It's nice to dream.

Steady on with that cake, I will have the vac suction at the ready, we don't want any aspiration of cake   It was good though........
The cloak of many rooms is spotless very well immaculised.
Sleek and Pepe were out this morning, gathering mists. Sleeks trailer is perfect for gathering large quantities, ready for the nymphs to store. They have gone back indoors, now that the weather has cooled.
Pepe wants a swagger stick, for the wedding  an antique one apparently. Sleek thinks it is a wonderful idea, but they are not on Catazon, so they are having a word with Tim Wonnacot - they do know some very famous peeeples. 8) 8)
How was choir? Sleek said there was a lot of high notes from the peeples. I think Barbara will be there, via the shed, of course
Hi Kerrin I was thinking about your week away, I bet it was good, but as you say, very draining on all counts.
Glad you had the Bank Holiday to recharge the batteries a bit. Your scholars are doing very well, coming second on the tennis competition. Credit to you they are.
How are you doing with the Sulpha? Hope it is helping as much as possible. Sleek said Tomicat is very trim now - they keep sending magic food parcels, with no calories.
Hi Joan, no worries at all, it was a pleasure to be there with you, we hardly noticed that there was a bit of a delay (which there often is with MRI appointments). Glad it all went ok, just wait for the results in a week or two.
Dad is ok, he came for coffee in the morning, now he wants a machine like ours, so I have ordered him one from Ebay. The one he has, is a bit confusing for him, so I said, it had had its day anyway, so we will take it to the recycling centre
Hi Barbara, I am glad your Son is having IV ab's, good that it was caught early and the D Nurse will keep a close eye on it, while she is doing the IV drugs. At least he is at home again and on treatment. Arm and leg, how strange. I wonder what set it off, did you say he was bitten. Wonder what it was, I know Horse flies can give really nasty bites as can false widow spid--s (shudder)
Never mind, it was not meant to be to get over Skipton way and the GC was perfect, a steady lunch, before Dad had his feet done.
There will be over 2000 houses by the time they are finished building around town, which means at least 3-4000 people, 4000 extra cars.........all adding to pressure on local services. I always thought we were in an area of outstanding natural beauty, but, that doesn't seem to matter, when Govt want more houses building.
I am sure the baby manatee will let you give him a little petting, he is a real smiley baby.
Enjoy the cakes and muffins. They will sustain you while you are heading to choir practice. Steady away in the shed.
It is very tempting to take the sling off and perfectly normal, just makes things all the more ouchy for your DIL.
did you get anywhere with the Neuro department?
Hi Kath. I am sure you had a restless night, the oromorph would help, but the patches are required for a reason. I think many of us are on some serious drugs, to help us through daily life. We all try to keep some to a minimum, but, if we are ouching, then there is a need.
I know my cardio and my Gp are quite happy that I am on a whole raft of pills, despite their risk of dependency.
I really hope your patches arrived, the surgery need to offer an apology. Matron will pop in
The swim in the manatee pools will help you no end. t115006
The chicken was delicious, thank you kindly
We had quite a steady day at home. Dad popped in for a coffee, then neighbour across the way called in, then neighbours from other side, brought her neighbour and daughter, to look at jewellery.........B has more commissions now - so he will be very busy seed beading.
Watched the tennis from Madrid, then they changed channels while we were napping and of course the sky q box doesn't know that. Most annoying.
Off to the T room this morning, then the Vets, then shopping.
Hi to Carol, Christine, Mig, Toady, DD, Charrisse and all.
I had better have another potter. Leaving lots of hugs and sparkles t4591 t115006 Everyone take care XXX Aidan

Mmm....brioche French toast thanks Aidan
Oh my that bungalow!!! Gosh it's HUGE and I love it Dad could easily come with you too there's so much room. You would need a bot like our Bessie Bott to mow the grass. Easily sorted! I have save it to favourites as there are one or two ideas in the garden I would like to steal if I may?
I heard a commotion when I came in so ran down to the sanctuary and was just in time to see the 2nd manatee calf of the twins arrive Both of them already smiling and the Mum positively beaming!
I would have loved the carrot and cumin soup for sure with chunky chips and a scone to finish? What's not to love
That cake was to die for not to die eating so I am glad you ahd suction nearby!! As for the summer berries tiered cale - no such risk it was a pinkie finger cake t4591
Oh I can see Pepe with a swagger stick not sure it goes so well with his kilt so may require a whole new outfit. Sleek is on the case rifling through her magazines again  They do know the rich and famous yes!
I am very pleased that B has loads more commissions so is happily beading
Oh Kath that was not a good night for you, but did your patches arrive in time for yesterday? ((()))
It's really NOT on at all
Barbara all good that your son is being so well looked after I wonder why he is so susceptible to infection? At least he should make a good recovery now at any rate.
I think maybe DIL is ok removing the sling now and then. What else can a busy Mum do?
Lovely singing at choir last night - a good session don't you think?
BKV news well another inspection next month then results I think about August.
One of the farmers put up more bunting last evening.
Hi Joan Lucy enjoyed her dog sitting and took her out for a walk while I was at choir.
We didn't realise the scan was so late busy nattering  At least it's done now to wait for results.
Kerrin you are good going on hols with the kids I used to do that at the special school I worked at. It was good fun
Well done bigguns getting 2nd place.
You must be pleased.

Morning all..
Thanks again for your lovely message for my baby..mind you he is 43..its called hospital at home ..to be honest I had never heard of it and its been around for 16 years in our trust..
Aiden I love the bungalow but we would all have to move in with you and help with the cleaning..when you think the people that won 128 million..a drop in the ocean.. so dad wants a coffee machine..how kind of you to buy one for him..I am sure he will enjoy using it.. I am sure B will sell loads of his lovely jewellery ..not a clue why our son is prone to these infections..the first one was 2 years ago..and this is the second..he said the nurses were brilliant ..they just do the IVs in the community..last time ha had it for nearly 2 weeks but this one they are saying next Tuesday if all is well..Thanks for the lovely cake like Toni says to good to eat..but the Brioche French Toast..now that is just the job for this morning.. I had a lovely cuddle with the baby's..and mum didnt mind..
Toni so you have to wait till August for the BKV.. I just made it to choir so was a little out of breath..but tried my best
Oh Kath ..I do hope the patches come today..its awful ...I hope you got a little more sleep last night..some hugs to keep you going (())and thankyou for the chicken supper save us cooking..
Right we are off to see our son around 4 miles away ..we are thinking of bringing him here for a few days to take the pressure off dill..and stop Niamh trying to swing around the IV stand..no only kidding but she did nearly knock it over bless..and it upsets her to see daddy with the cannular in his arm..
Sorry Aiden you asked about Neuro ..they are called ringing back today.. just wish it was in our trust but its not..

Good morning all
The good news is that I managed to get in contact with the rail company again yesterday and they have Mr T's camera at lost property a London Waterloo Station so he is going there today to collect it. It was Quite funny when i made the enquiries the man asked me the make of the camera and we couldn't remember, was then asked is it digital, yes it is, then asked were you wearing a yellow t-shirt and a bright orange hat, yes I reply, then told yes we have got it here. Mind you if I had not insisted that we ring up and check he would not have bothered. but do I get a thank you no of course not.  I only did it because I did the same thing once when visiting my family in Kent and my daughter said ring them up and again the camera was retrieved from lost property again identified by the last photos taken on it.
My eldest daughter her partner and 2 youngest GC have moved to Ramsgate now, same area as my sister and my Bil the only ones left in Margate are eldest GD her Partner and GGD's, But with new baby due in August they will need somewhere bigger to live i so i think maybe they will try to get to Ramsgate too if they can.
Its cooler here at the moment but still sunny and dry but there is also a breeze about.
Aidan Of course we were good under the cloak except for a few crumbs we are well trained including animals. yes I was glad the sodium levels were not only stabilized but had risen into a normal range again now. and 6 monthly checks are better than every couple of months me thinks.
Toni Yes i also thought my friend didn't need that she dose have an adult son in his 40's but contact with him is very limited he doesn't keep i contact and will happily change his phone number and not let her know, he also won't tell her where he lives. so he is not much help but yes she can always ring me or vice versa. No didn't need the shed for hours this i just forgot i had not popped in what am I like
Joan Mr T's camera has been found and sent to the lost property and he will collect it today. As my friend said accidents will happen but thank you for thinking of her.
Barbara Camera will be retrieved from lost property this afternoon. Mr T is terrible he just puts things down anywhere then loses them   drives me mad sometimes.
hopefully friends arm will heal ok. thank you for the kind words.
Its time now to go and get ready to go out

Patches arrived at 4.30 pm. Feel so embarrassed to have let myself become addicted. Serious effort to wean off them. I felt like a junkie!!! Withdrawal symptoms were dreadful. New regime - one patch (25mcg) then try to get them down to just the 12mcg. One half dose of Oramorph at bedtime only. I feel much better now. Ironically, now I've run out of MTX but not worried. I'll just miss this week and get some more for next week. No wonder Chris thinks I have dementia.
Carol, so glad you managed to get your camera back. m0150
Barbara, I hope your son is on the road to recovery. Niamh doesn't want a daddy with an arm full of nasty pins.

Afternoon to all, quite cool today, very breezy too cfly
It is fabulous isn't it Toni, of course we would have Dad with us, he could have his own wing but only I would be allowed to immaculise the kitchen, constantly We would have at least one housekeeper and a gardener to keep it all ship shape. See, I am off, dreaming again.
The garden is perfect, by all means, nab some of the ideas.
I see we now have three baby manatees, wonderful, they are all doing so well and all have smiles Kath will be in there later, for a paddle and a cuddle.
I will keep the suction machine, to hand, at all times, just in case of cake inhalation the three tier one is a proper pinkie cake, with earl grey T don't you know.
Don't they just, having access to all the famous people. It is Silver you see, everyone loves a real Unicorn, so he can get to places that are normally out of bounds ie, into the homes of the stars of stage and screen. Pepe also wants a gold fob watch, like Tim's.......boy, he aint cheap this puskin.  I think a change of outfit will be the right thing. If it is windy, we won't want his kilt billowing out.
B has had to put an urgent order in for more beads etc, with the recent commissions, they are soon used up. He has 7 to do at the moment
So the BKV results are in August, that's good, plenty of time for Barbara and I to throw potato peelings and cabbage leaves around the next village. At least they are bio friendly :? :? We won't put them on pathways, where someone might slip, just in gardens and hedges
Hi Barbara, I am glad you youngest baby (43) is doing ok at the hospital at home :? not one I have ever heard of. Unless it is a new name for district nursing and Infusion service.
Everyone would be welcome to come stay in our new bungalow, are there three, or four bathrooms............I would have to follow the housekeeper round to make sure that everything was immaculised properly, to clinically clean
Imagine, winning 128 million, I just cannot think what would go through your mind. One minute you are just carrying on with normal life, the next you are in the Forbes rich list !!! They do help you with the big wins and offer lots of advice and support to winners. They would have to give me Oxygen.
A good idea to let your Son come stay with you, while he is having his IV therapy, as you say, it will take the pressure off your DIL, who is in enough pain already. Plus, Niamh doesn't like the cannula in Dads arm. You can make a fuss of him as well. Aid his recovery
So neuro are ringing back.........mmm, I have heard that before, from hospital departments..........keep on at them, tell them you will send Matron to see them.
Way to go Carol, the camera is safe and sound, that is great news, even if you had to go through umpteen questions, shoe size, eye colour, etc
No thank you's forthcoming? ............right, I will send Silver over, to scatter some appreciation sparkles, watch out for them, they are extra glitzy. t115006 t115006
So most of the family will be located within one area soon. Would you ever think of moving? I know you love going to Margate to see everyone.
6 monthly bloods are far better, good that things are on a more even keel, with sodium levels etc.
What a shame that your friend has little or no contact with her Son, not knowing where he is living, or what number to call him on.
Friends are often more caring than families, sad but true in many cases.
Hope you had a nice lunch with Mr T and a thank you, per chance.
Hi Kath So glad that your patches have arrived. Don't you be saying that you are embarrassed, by being dependent on them. There is a word that is very important, that is necessity. We all take medication that is classed as liable to cause dependence. It is a case of what is right for the person, how it makes their life more tolerable and enables them to have some form of activity. I was very worried about it at one point, but my consultant said, you would not be the same person sitting here now, if you did not take your medication regime.
If you want to try and reduce the patches, then that's fine, but don't cause yourself worry or undue pain in the process. If you have to go back to the normal dose, then so be it.
I am glad you feel better now though t115006 I will stop rabbiting on now.............
Glad the paddle with the manatee's was worthwhile, their pools are perfectly clean and quite therapeutic with the salts in the water. Three babies to cuddle now t4591
Chewy Almond Cookies, they look divine. Let me go see if Toni has some clotted cream..............
There is, I knew there would be a supply Thanks Toni.
We picked Dad up and went into town, to the T room........it was busy out, but the T room was quiet, so we sat at our fav table, near the cake counter.
I had my first coffee, took a sip and managed to throw half of it down my front. My crisp white shirt was soaked. Goodness knows what I was doing.   Lots of napkins and a clean damp cloth from the kitchen and it was all mopped up.
I didn't disgrace myself any more, scone, and more coffee was fine. Glad I had my light jacket with me, to hide the huge stain. Vets, for more Pepe food, (which he is liking at the moment) then Sainsb, then home.
Just watching the tennis from Madrid.

The baby Manatees are just adorable and are doing just fine. They have had extra feeds, just to boost them up a little.
We have another surprise, Blush and his beaux have two babies,  who knew, they came out from the bamboo, for the first time, they are cute beyond measure. t4591 t4591
I think I might have to head in there for a cuddle.
It's all go in the Sanctuary.
Silver has been making sure everything is well and sprinkling the newcomers with delicate sparkles t115006
:animal_busy: Pepe has had a sleepy evening, in between eating like a trooper. All that looking in meow magazine, for new outfits, has tired him out. He did find a rather nice gift box, for Miss Sleeks Tiara's
He has ordered it, but doesn't want her to know, he will save it until next week. t4591
I will go and have another potter. Leaving hugs, love and sparkles to all. Toni, Carol, Kerrin, Christine, Barbara, Joan, Kath, Mig, Toady, DD et al. t4591 t115006 t115006
Everyone take care. XXXX Aidan

Aiden so you ended up covered in coffee..but I see it came out in the wash thank goodness...so B is busy away and ordering more beads..a shame is cant get his own shop ..but the business rates these day..maybe when we win the lottery apparently the hospital at home if for people that would be kept in hospital..a bit like district nurse but the ones that come here just do the drips..
we have more babies..how lovely are the bush babies..better get more baby milk for them and feed bu hand..
Nuro rang to say they are sending me an appointment for a scan..yes another one  she said we have tried to contact you by phone I said sorry you haven't, I check the phone when I come in
Clotted cream and Roddas the very best..it will go well with the pancakes..
Carol I am so please you got the camera back, there are still some honest people around either the staff or if someone gave it in..M T is off the hook.. so your eldest daughter and family are on the move..have they found somewhere they like..
Joan dont you worry yourself about reading everything..hope you and Sue have a good weekend..
Kath dont be embarrassed I had to come off cocodamols..buy that took months but I did it..my stomach couldn't take anymore , like Aiden says many pain med are addictive..I am on the patches and know I cant do without them..but at least they are easy on the tummy..
Right better go Niamh is coming for a couple of hours..now the drip is over with..

My, those Buttermilk Pancakes with Cherry Syrup look scrumptious. Must have some IMMEDIATELY, if not sooner.
The new babies are so gorgeous, You're right about me going for a paddle Aidan. I know I said swimming, (whisper) I can't swim, never learned how to (whisper). One coach gave me a rubber ring, a belt with ropes and a float. I still sank. He pulled me out and sent me home.
We didn't go out today, we intended to, but we just couldn't get up this morning. Had a lazy day, so the ouchies are pretty awful, as I've all locked up.
I love the box Pepe bought for Miss sleek. Who by the way brought me home on her broom, after taking me to hear Lucy sing in her shower. What with that, and Barbara's Nessun Dorma, I'm in bliss here.

Afternoon to all, a bright day, some clouds, but quite pleasant. Windows open and a nice breeze.
Hi Joan - I thought it was Suesday, Ah, new post, right, I see. That's ok as long as you were both ok and managed to do all your errands.
Everyone will be welcome to come visit our new bungalow (of dreams). Dad would certainly be there, we could keep an even closer eye on him then. He likes the fact that we are so close by, only a very short walk, or, a long, slow walk for me  but I get there, with several stops. B can be round in a flash.
Hi Barbara, good to know that your Son is with you, the nurses have been and sorted out his IV antibiotics. Great that they are working, that's what we want.
It is international nurses week this week, so I am taking a bow Even though I am long retired, I will always be Matron.
Niamh is coming back to yours I would guess.
I was covered in coffee and I have no idea how I did it. A little sip and then I was drenched..............  The stain didn't stand a chance with my immaculising wash cycle
B would not like a shop now, not with the overheads, you have to take so much, just to pay the rent, rates etc, before you make a penny. Besides, he has your truly to look after and I am high maintenance
It is a good idea, the hospital at home. People recover better in their home environments for the most part. Plus, it frees up the beds for acute admissions. They seem to have it down to a fine art and I am glad that they are all lovely We always tried.
The Bush baby babies, are simply wonderful, as are the manatee's, they are all liking the formula you made up. It will boost their immune system along with Mums milk. Manatee's look after their young for at least two years. But we would never separate them anyway.
Neuro trying it on again with "we tried to ring you". huh. Do they realise that you have just had one scan?
You answered my question, Niamh is coming for a visit. That will be nice, is it chips tonight Mr B If so I will ring Toni...........
I am loving the waterfall of hearts Kath t4591 how kind.
I hope you enjoyed the buttermilk pancakes, they were rather moreish to say the least.
Paddling with the manatee's is better anyway, then they can come up to you once they are sure it is ok. Oh dear, you sank like a stone........even with floats and roped and rings............ sorry, I am not giggling, honest.
So you have had a lazy day, that's fine, but being locked up and having bad ouchies is not so good. I hope the pains ease, leaving lots of hugs and sparkles t4591 t115006 and a drop of pain killers too.
It is horrid, the other week, after we had been what seemed like everywhere, in the car, in, out, in out.........by the time we got home I got out, but I could not stand up properly and could barely move. I said to B, you go in, I will be there in a bit   I pottered up the ramp like Mrs Overall
Kind of Sleek to take you home on her broomstick. I am sure Lucy's singing was just wonderful
The omelette looks super tasty, thank you, I will pinch some for later.
How is everyone else. Busy about, in, out, visiting, gardening, pottering............
Pepe and Sleek were out early doors for some mist gathering and chatting about clothes, tiara's, shoes, walking canes, kilts............they were well away. He is tired out now. Bless.
Dad's new coffee machine arrived today, only ordered it two nights ago  he was here having a coffee and a croissant, so was very pleased. We will take it round on Monday and show him how it works, all very simple, with the L'or coffee pods.
Well, it is now pill time, so I will away and fuss in the kitchen a while. I need to move anyway.
Hi to Toni, Carol, Christine, Mig, Toady, Kerrin, DD, Charrisse, Elizabeth and all.

Oh my gosh how happy was Sleek? She keeps getting her tiaras out of her box and rearranging them!!!
How sweet is Pepe
I am so sorry I am so late on had a manic day.
First thing the man came to fix Lucy's shower AGAIN!!! 3rd time and it's not a year old yet
Then I was in Church at bacon baps and book sale. Making coffees and Teas.
At the 11th hour our new villager brought in a box of warm samosas so help yourselves everyone I bought us a load.
This afternoon I had visitors and just a long chat to my sister who(....isn't Silver amazing? ) was sorting out stuff with a view to coming back down here
S sorry to have been AWOL
Will be back in tomorrow properly glad to see at least that Kath has her patches and Barbara's baby is doing ok. Carol's husband (thanks to Carol) will get his camera back.
Joan tell Sue not to worry we all do that!! Charley's pusskin is absolutely fine now
Aidan is planning to have a gardener and domestic assistance and why not?
and best of all - TWO baby red Pandas
and baby manatees who love peeples!!!
Love to everyone

Hi to all, a wet evening here, still quite warm.
I am so glad that Sleeks present arrived, Pepe was hoping it would be there today. I wondered what the shrieking was when they were chatting earlier  noisy or what Of course, a Lady has to rearrange their Tiara's regularly He is so happy he is eating all his meals
It's amazing what a little bit of magic, mixed with a lot of positive thoughts can do, how cool that your Sister is sorting out, with a view to moving back near to you. I am sat here with a big grin Over the moon and back. t4591
Silver is indeed a very Spiritual being, with sparkles for all occasions t115006 t115006
I hope it is third time lucky, with Lucy's shower, 3 times in less than a year, mmm, not good.
Bacon baps, coffee and tea, sounds good to me, as do those Samosas........guess what we had for supper? yep, samosas, this is all getting super magic
How is Rev Delphine? I trust she is well and looking after her flock
Don't worry about being AWOL, or having manic days, we all have them, sometimes far to frequently
I am just waiting for the email, from Camelot, not holding my breath, but, always dreaming of what if.............I am all ready to put out the advertisement for an housekeeper and gardener
The baby Panda's are just bundles of loveliness and the manatee's are always smiling and love being petted. Under the watchful eyes of their mums of course.
Just caught the last bit of the Eurovision -- not quite sure I agree with the winning song :? :? Our singer SuRie, did very well to carry on, after having an idiot run on stage and grab her microphone. Frightening.
Glad we didn't sit and wade through the entire programme, it is just a political voting platform now. Bring back Sandie Shaw, Lulu, etc.
Anyway, I won't get on my soap box. Our cafe is not a political melting pot, we prefer cake and T / coffee and lovely animals.
I had best be pottering. We are going to our neighbours for lunch today, it has been postponed umpteen times, for one thing and another. Finally we are going. It is all of ten steps across the little road in front of us. Nice and local
I hear Pepe mooching about in the kitchen, so I had best be feeding him again.
I think Sleek is coming over to gather some morning mists, with her beaux.
Love and Sparkles to everyone. Take lots of care and I will catch up at some point today / tonight.......... t4591 t115006 XX Aidan
XX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -
Lovely breakfast Aidan thank you I shall have a bi of everything I think
Pepe and Sleek were off first thing.....into the ether came back both with full 'tailers' and baskets. They are taking said items to the ravine later. Sleek wanted to show him the new Tiara box!
So much screeching!!
Has she told him her Auntie should be moving down here soon? That means Mrs D'arcey too
I am very pleased to hear Pepe is eating so well.
Eating out tonight then? That will be very nice. Nice isn't it all this glorious sunshine m0150 but not too hot.
The Rev came to the book sale early and had her bacon bap. After which she had to dash off to do a wedding in the next village.
We aren't impressed with the shower either in fact we are going to request they extend the warranty for an extra year so that we get 2 hassle free years like everyone else has.
What happens is it won't switch off :? then last Sunday Lucy's cousin was staying with her and flushed a make-up wipe down the loo.....that stopped the saniflo which meant......it stopped pumping out the water which meant....yes a flood.
All my towels used and then had to be re boil washed
With the help of my ex MIL soon had that sorted. Saniflo been already this week and sorted their part which was fair enough.
Ah well here's to happy showering from now on eh?!
Hope you enjoyed your samosas we did
Camelot may yet ring you so don't loose hope and if it's sold by them you can always offer £2M to get your bungalow
Off to the Sanctuary to see the babies I believe some of the hippos are expecting too......
Hello to Joan and Sue and doggies too
Love to everyone else
