    Well!!! I have been very good for the last week salads and fruit. Stopped buying bread because "it is my one weakness" If I buy a loaf I eat a loaf!!!! I dont feel as bloated as I did and I have decided not to get weighed!! I find it demoralising, I am going to guage my loss on the fitting of my clothes and believe me there are plenty that I need to get back into - My goal is a lovely pair of black trousers which I bought at the beginning of the year but now cannot fit into!
    I have also been swimming this week and am going again tomorrow, I got a cheap deal at a local Hotel 10 passes for £19 to use the facilities so me and my sis are going and when they are used up, I am going to join the Gym - no heavy training lol - just the aqua classes and swimming to start with, I have had a bit more trouble with arthur so I am hoping that a bit of excercise will losen up my muscles as I have become very stiff.
    Anyway hope you lot are winning with the dieting, and I'll keep you up to date and let you know when I get back ito those trousers!

    The heart is now willing but still waiting for those weighing scale batteries. Is anyone doing Slimming World or weight watchers?

    Me too! Steel wall is exactly it!
    Said I was going to join my daughter whilst I am staying with her, on the WW ProPoints which she is very successfully doing, but between feeling quite bad with all the pain which in turn makes me feel like I am rather a drag on her even tho' she is very good and insists not, so am not getting myself into the plan at all.
    Unfortunately it's one of those occasions when I will be very glad to get back home.
    So just following this am now back home and determined with a new vigour, to get back to my diet plan which is the (now) very old WW! I just find that I am very comfortable and know this upside down and inside out and don't have to keep calculating things all the time...
    Here's to a continued weight loss starting NOW!!! ... :lol:
