    hi nanaking,

    i cant stop once i start on those tubes of crisps, there leathel,

    hi everyone,
    well i have been good the past 24 hrs and will try and continue, will be happy if i weigh in the same as the week before. beena realy bad week, stressed out and sore and we know that dont help especially when there is so much chocolate about, ive had a fred-o bar and thats it. hope you all have a better week and have happy numbers on monday, enjoy the weekend when it arrives,

    Hi Coco,

    you have done well too only eat one of those small bars only. I'm getting cravings, asked my girls to get me some choc on monday, luckily they forgot. But only till next week, then after that if my husband wants to cheer me up with a box of choc's I won't say no.

    Keep going everyone, it will happen, dont get dissapointed, keep trying, I know there are really bad days but you cant be good all the time.

    id be really happy with 2 stone but even 1 stone would be good for now.

    Hi all,

    Coco, I forgot to put it on earlier. I lost one pound, which means in total, 9 pounds lost so far. I was naughty on saturday, I had a bar of mint aero.
    Hope everyone else is getting on ok

    Sorry didnt get weighed yesterday - was working!
    I have lost 1lb - My body just doesn't seem to want to loose at the moment does it. Not going to worry about it and just plod on!

    Hi Cath, yes that's what you have to do, just plod on and it will keep coming off, and the slower the better they reckon, because that way it should stay off. Don't get disheartened, you are really doing well.

    cath, a lb is good well done, if we lost just a lb a week we would be half a stone lighter in 7 weeks and would keep it off. id be happy with that. so well done and keep plodding , its working xx

    Well Coco,Karen,Cath , I am ashamed to have to tell you I havent lost anything again . I have been in so much pain lately I cant get into dieting . I will get back to it as soon as i sort out my arther pain I hope . ....jillyx

    jilly there is nothing to be ashamed of, it gets really rough when the pain is really bad so please dont beat yourself up , there is always another day to start your diet ok, massive hugs to you xxx

    sorry did not get weighed this week what with eating at hospital and grabbing what at hand do not feel will have lost any and away next week will walk a lot and swim every day so will be fitter if fatter lol good luck every one val

    hi all had blood pressure check today they weighed me and was only 14.6 and 5ft3inch so am happy bunny today val

    Haven't been on for a while, but once the swelling goes down on my leg I will be back to start dieting again.. Not worth it at the the moment as I said the swelling still quite bad.

    that fair enough but becarefull what you eat or you will be making things harder for yourself hope it does not take to long val

    Have now reached 14st but as my AS is giving me a lot of grief have decided to put things on hold for a while.
    I have actually been quite static since Xmas but with one thing and another just can't cope with thinking about dieting as well at the mo'! :cry:
    All the world is mad except thee and me and even thee's a little odd!

    hi did get weighed tue but was in forgn lol did not know what it ment so will get there this week good luck all a stutter does not meen we have to stop the sun is out loads of fruit in shop so off we go again val

    Brick wall? I think I hit one made of solid steel! However as I am now struggling to fasten my trousers I am back on track (I think!) I need some major motivation.But am really really going to try.

    Me too! Steel wall is exactly it!
    Said I was going to join my daughter whilst I am staying with her, on the WW ProPoints which she is very successfully doing, but between feeling quite bad with all the pain which in turn makes me feel like I am rather a drag on her even tho' she is very good and insists not, so am not getting myself into the plan at all.
    Unfortunately it's one of those occasions when I will be very glad to get back home.
