Hi All

Pa-ing for Cris

she has had a bad night...ended up doing armchair duties ( unplanned - she actually was 'off to bed' and had turned the fire off, but felt so 'iffy' she sat back down.....woke up 5am there).

Vertigo is back so she is so queasy and the only arm she could be using is inflamed and swollen because of the tissuing. She is unable to sit up or type. that's if the vertigo would let her sit up at all!

At the moment Cris has a pounding headache, but is beginning to feel a bit better - she is going to attempt to stand in a bit and see what happens... x;)

(don't worry - it's either a virus/vertigo)

Stayed on the phone while she did so tablets all taken and she is wobbly but ok and safe!!
