I think I should re-define eating because the mental image doesn't match reality: for Lucy it meant a couple of breadsticks and some crisps but every little helps, yes? The upshot is that she is staying in tonight because things are not that bonny. I reckon she is in the right place but it must be very tough on her, Toni and the family.

I dunno about you but I am feeling utterly helpless. DD

Glad to at least hear there is good news of sorts, staying in was evidently the thing to do, and a little food is something.. will help work out what is an ideal sized portion at a time hopefully.. but wish things were better, hope Sunday is an ok day for everyone. xx

So sorry to hear Lucy is having a ruff time of it, she is in the best place while she is feel bad so she can get her strength back. It shows what a strong young lady she is that she made the decision to stay in hospital, good for her! Hope you feel better enough to go home soon Lucy so you can pick up where you left off with the exams and seeing mates. And Toni I hope you are doing alright and getting enough rest. Take care the both of you sending you cyber (())'s so not to spread my germs!

Lucy hadn't eaten anything by lunchtime but that's because it's a chemo day. Hopefully that will soon be done and dusted and she might manage a mouthful or two later, wouldn't that be good? DD
