Has anyone tried prolotherapy injections? Do they work? A quick Google search brought up lots of promising studies on prolotherapy effectiveness for treating osteoarthritis pain - better efficacy than both exercise and cortisone injections.

Sorry first post and instruction to say hello hit with a problem. Lol. So hope this is adequate to join. I have osteoarthritis in my right hip, pain isn't high, and nearly had steroid injection, but stopped that dues the the you can only have 4 in a lifetime rule.
