I seem to have become a grumpy agitated person since starting on methotrexate. Is there a way of reversing this side effect or can the effect lessen if the dose is lowered. I am not enjoying being this person and would really appreciate some advice or suggestions

I'm currently on Hydroxychloroquine and Sulfasalazine. I had the latter increased to 3g/day about 2 months ago but the last 2 weeks have had an unpleasant, sweet taste in my mouth and a loss of appetite. Has anyone else experienced this as a side effect?
